✓ Could be fun, but it’s fixedI have Played across multiple servers. Every one has one person that is so much more powerful so fast that they are either cheating, or obscenely wealthy. The one that I am referring to went from a level 21 to 25 in a matter of a week. This has been reported by multiple people in multiple servers to the developers. Nothing but crickets. There has been a suggestion that these people are developer plants to entice people to spend money. Walk away before spending your time and/or your money. It’s all rigged..Version: 1.2.156

✓ Developers do not care about “bugs”When I first started placing this game I was very impressed and enjoyed the varied things you can participate in with this game, but than I was struck with a “bug” which stop me from accessing the Puzzles- instead I am left with a pastural landscape where one has to race around while being pursued, I have tried again and again to see if Customer Support would aid me in returning the game back into what it is supposed to be but I have been met with little enthusiasm and the general response is “we have forwarded your concerns to our developers” after which I hear absolutely nothing back unless I complain again. This situation has been ongoing for weeks now. Which is why I do not recommend this game, especially if you end up with problems. Edited... a few weeks later..... I have been having persistent problems trying to get my “bug” problems sorted. I have been having repeated email exchanges with a guy called Sergey from Customer Support who it seems to me thinks that I am a complete moron!! Believe it or not but he should really go into another form of employment as his customer service stinks. After repeatedly telling me to reinstall the game and to update the game; things that I have already attempted but without any success and now I am no longer getting any kind of response!! ✓ CheatersI play this game on two different servers. I like it a lot. That said, one serious problem is the obvious cheaters who are allowed to prosper—unlike other games. On the newest server, one alliance was suspiciously large the very first weekend it was open. Currently, the R5 of that alliance is self-admittedly drunk and rampaging around with a ludicrously large castle—far over the current migration limit—beating up smaller players just because he can. ✓ Horrible customer serviceWell the game has loads of bugs. So many im not going to take hours to write them all. Simply put this could be a good game if they cared more. Iv sent to complaints about events and such and I get a 3 word response (“update your game”) well I’m as nerdy as it gets and I have the newest version with a brand new phone. Doug event will just stop giving you boxes. Arena event you can be top 10 in the server and loose to a person not even on the leaderboard. I’m sure they have some excuse for it. Game promoting bullying which going even further and in my opinion typical sadism. I’m witness when four monarchs had castle 23,23,24 and 24 had a rally to the monarch castle 12. This is not bullying this typical sadism to beat the weaker and do not let him grow. I will suggest what to do. If someone attacking castle less than 70% of his power, do not let him build soldiers for 30 days and his allay will shrink by 30% permanently. I’ve loved it, the challenges, the million ways to improve your power, but recently every update has done nothing but take things away. I’ve never encountered this before. The last several updates have made everything harder and more expensive. They now take 30% of your troops when you upgrade. They take the opportunity to earn heroes through play and change it to a money only purchase. They make daily tasks more difficult. And they ruined the Gold card, which is a money purchase but you used to get a lot from it, including a hero. Now- it’s harder to complete and no heroes. So why would I continue to buy it? I’m seriously questioning my desire to play the game at all. The most recent update is severely broken for my server, but works well on others. It’s been more than a week and we have gotten zero response to our notice of issues. So, not only is the game evolving into one that you can only be successful if you spend money, it is effectively now stealing from us by not giving us the same things in the update that other servers have. Very poor business plan if you ask me. The only reason I’ve continued to play is the network of friends I’ve made. ✓ Used to be good, but needs changesThis might sound like a complaint, but just honest feedback. The game used to be very well-made challenging and the efforts worked, however on all the servers certain alliances are just too over powered therefore does not allow members of other alliances to grow. Each server has 2-3 alliances really that control the map while everyone else that’s trying to build an alliance has no chance so there’s no point. It just really comes down to the fact that you very quickly will lose interest knowing there’s no competition amongst alliances/competing territories, therefore really no point to the game. Adding to that, for those trying to grow their alliances as best you can, by fight tribes and such, that ability has now been taken away having to rely on rallies (which with all the people disappearing from the game has made it far more difficult) and thus crippling the smaller teams further.... terrible update! As I said again the development and the side quests to the game are great, so that’s why it’s rather unfortunate that the alliance structure and the war structure is so lopsided rendering the game pointless.Version: 1.2.132

We are unable to summon heroes as events are no longer available - where is customer support? Alliance Chat keeps disappearing - where is customer support? Glitches occur at each and every weekend event, as well as every single day, with no solution or assistance from customer support which apparently doesn’t exist. ✓ Very poor Zen Desk customer service & too many game hackersI downloaded this game to play puzzles but did not realise it would trap me into a game of building cities and armies to unlock the puzzles. Very clever marketing. The game consumes a hell of a lot of time. Lot of cheaters in this game that use hacks so it is not fair and puts you at disadvantage. Zen desk support is really bad. I put in a ticket to ask the support team for a refund/replace or compensate me for items I lost due to a glitch in their game with screenshots as evidence and each time I follow up my ticket the support teams reply is always “thank you for your feedback”. This is very poor customer service and hurts especially if you have invested hundreds of hours of game play and money to Kings Legion. I would not recommend Kings Legion to anyone..Version: 1.2.179

✓ HackersI just posted a comment on Facebook: Please stop Metal & Co. destroying the whole server 15. They continue creating new fake alliances and accounts. We have no chance to stop these cheaters on our own with their 100000... farm accounts. I lost the count of all their new alliances. C20, KQ and DLD were just the beginning. It's a never ending war making it impossible for all the fair players to enjoy the game, even if they invest a lot of money. If you don't intervene and remove the cheaters from the server, soon we all will be forced to quit the game. ✓ Waste of time for many reasonsNot worth the effort. Advertised as a puzzle game, but the puzzles are clumsy in design and lousy controls make many nigh on impossible to solve. Actually a battle game, but battles are also clumsy in design. And they pit old servers against new servers resulting in very unbalanced wars where a server can easily have everyone decimated. It is a money trap - if you want to compete, you MUST spend $100s of dollars to buy and develop the stronger heroes. Recent changes made it impossible to even get the stronger soldiers for your weaker heroes without years on the game or large cash spending. ✓ Taken over by hackersThis game used to be good. But now there are too many players with cheat gear and hacking the game. It is obvious that these players have equipment that has been hacked, even with training, equipment would not be that good. Some have unbelievable size of armies again gained through some cheat. If you want to play an honest game based on your efforts, look elsewhere. Devs will make some comment about investigating, then do nothing. They do not respond to messages from in the game. Check the history 10 months since last dev update. If the hackers can hack the game to the extent of destroying opponents and locking their accounts, that I wouldn’t want any payment details with this bunch of developers.
