✓ Ads GaloreWhen I first started playing this game, I really enjoyed it. I am on level 135 and I will be deleting it as soon as I finish writing this review. Not because it has gotten more difficult with each level, because it has, but that is fine as I like a good challenge. My reason for deleting it is because of the amount of ads I have to watch. In the beginning, it was just an occasional ad. I could play 4-5 games and then maybe an ad would pop up but the farther along I have gotten in this game, the more ads. It’s to the point that there is an ad before I begin a game, after each game whether I beat the level or not and now it’s not just one ad. Sometimes, one ad will finish and another will start right after it. I’m spending more time watching ads than I am playing the game. And I understand the need for ads, but this is ridiculous. So it is just not enjoyable anymore, and frankly, there are way too many other games available..Version: 1.3.9
✓ Bug fix problemI've been playing this game for a few weeks now and I like it a lot. Stimulating for the brain. I like the new levels. Am not very happy though because since you did the bug fix yesterday I cannot get onto the game. I click on it and it just doesn't open at all. Is there anything I can do? ✓ Used to love this game. Not anymore.I was thrilled when I found this game. Unlimited "lives," relaxing, challenging at times but never frustratingly so, visually appealing, plenty of opportunities to earn free boosters just by watching an ad--but if I wanted to pass on the boosters, I didn't have to deal with many ads at all, really. Many were only 15 seconds anyway. Fair enough for a free game I enjoy. Now suddenly there's a 30-second ad for Solitaire Cube no matter what I do. The same ad, over and over, with no way out of watching the entire thing every time. I just saw the ad three times in less than 10 minutes. Nope. Uninstalling this game. And by the way, to the developers of Solitaire Cube: not that you're ever going to see this, but I will NEVER download your game. The more you bombard me with ads on every other game I download, the less inclined I am to ever try yours. ✓ So close. . .I agree with other reviewers. I play to relax so choose games without timers. I got to the 130s and ran into the timer bombs and deleted the game. I reinstalled it and started over thinking I would get better and not mind. I have gotten much better at the game but the timer is a deal breaker for me. Many games have a “relaxed or “challenging” option. And, frankly without the stupid time bombs the puzzles are challenging enough for some of us. Why not let us play through feet a certain number of tries? Certainly, you need to make money and I think you are fairer than a lot of games, which is why I keep trying. So you sit through 3 ads and then have to close to clear that Ad and don’t get the extra shots. Another ad goes on forever. And then if you chose not to watch an Ad it plays anyway. ✓ Good game but...I’ve been playing this game now for quite a while and initially it was a cracking game but since they changed how you can use your boosters it’s spoilt it, with this I mean that you could opt to use them mid game to help you finish a level but now you have to chose them at the beginning of the game and they are just randomly placed and my second point is that now every level seems to consist of a timer bomb meaning you are having to rush ever level so it’s took the enjoyment out of the game, this did not happen as often on the lower levels which is fine but now it’s almost every level, which is really annoying, a brilliant game spilt in my opinion..Version: 20.1028.01

At every round, it ‘offered’ boosters for a small amount of money, but you could go broke fast on this game, so I’d watch an ad instead and then find the booster useless. It’s becoming more obvious every level that you have to play that level again and again and again until you are finally given the right pieces to win or you give up and buy cheats to get through the harder levels. I get you want to make money from the game, but you should be able to make enough from the adds between every game (even if we win we still have to watch another add). The game has become stress inducing instead of relaxing. It has got to a point I no longer want to play it. ✓ Fun but...I hate the time bomb and will delete this game because of it. It becomes more luck than skill because they come randomly and you have to focus on removing them rather than on the goal. Often there is never an opportunity to remove them so you have to pay more or watch more commercials for way too few extra moves. It’s a stupid design. Below was my first review: This game would rate five stars because the levels are creative attractive and just the right degree of challenge. However I have to stop playing because it seems to be a setup to get you to watch commercials and keep paying money. ✓ Problem?I used to play this game often and really enjoyed it (despite those interminable adverts) but today, for the third time, the game has crashed. Black screen with a continuous revolving arrow in the middle. There is no way to get out of it so you have to delete the game. ✓ Frustrated, please fix bug.I’ve been playing for a couple weeks and enjoying the game. However, I’m at level 177, have competed the level several times, yet it says I still have two books to clear. Additionally, each stage gets progressively more difficult. And there comes a point that you just can’t win that particular stage unless you have special jewels that you have either won or BOUGHT ! And sometimes you have to use every single special jewel you have in your bag to win one single stage. Even using a whole collection of special jewels I barely made it to win that one single stage. Which means that then you are back to square one with nothing special to help you out on the next incredibly difficult stage! So what do people do? ✓ Classic Zen modeWhy, why, why do I keep getting reset back to level one? Twice now, in the past several months, I was at level 100 and have been reset back to level one without any rhyme or reason. The first time, I logged in to play and there was a notice that I was “awarded” extra jewels and after hitting “okay”, there were no awards and I was back at level 1. The second time was just the other day. I logged in on my lunch break at work and there I was, back at level 1 from 103. And don’t even get me started on Butterflies. I made over 2 million points and the game glitched so it didn’t recognize my score (I saved the screenshot) so, ya, it’s fun but extremely frustrating, to say the least. Almost every time you end a level (win or lose) you have to watch an ad that is at least a minute long. Sometimes you have to “play” the game in the ad to get it to complete. Sometimes the only option is a “get” button that takes you back and forth between the app to the App Store. You go between them 3 or 4 times until the X shows for you to close it. At first I thought this was a bug, but it has to be the design. Here is the additional information/clarification: When you lose a game, there is an option to continue with 5 more chances. You used to be able to get the 5 more chances by using 30 of the points you have accumulated. It has recently doubled so that now you have to use 60 points if you want 5 more chances. People will use up their points twice as quickly, which means they may make purchases more often than they would have. That is sneaky, and greedy. I cannot support that. Prior Review: Went from 30 to 60 jewels to add 5 more chances. Clearly that is a ploy for people to run out if them sooner so they’ll have to purchase more of them sooner in order to keep moving in the game. I will not support greed. ✓ Could have been so good, but isn’t.This game shows a lot of promise, and in many ways is far superior to others of the genre, nevertheless it suffers from the same problems that plague all of these games. The real positive of this particular game is that (unlike many others)the first 100 levels are very playable. After that the same problems of far too limited a number of moves allowed coupled with the fact that unless you happen to receive an insane number of boosters there is very little chance of actually completing the level without purchasing further boosters. This is obviously all done carefully by design in order that you will spend money on the game, which in some ways is fine, but still does not deny the fact that it ruins the game play and you will never progress unless you spend serious money. Strangely, this game has the unique quirk that the boosters are surprisingly ineffectual and the gameplay is sometimes erratic which can be both irritating and amusing in turns. Some ads will move towards closing the ad if you wait 5 full second & then tap X to close, some it’s 8 full seconds. I can deal with those, but the ones that keep looping are pure misguided greed. ✓ Just Delete the Game and Save Frustration.The ads just break this game and rob you of levels. Seemingly every time it switches to an ad, the game halts forever with a whirling cursor. No cure except to exit the game altogether, and lose whatever you were working on. It’s bad enough to have the intrusive ads in the first place, but when the programmers can’t even keep the ads from crashing the game, it’s game over. Now each game is offering freebie jewels but yes, you guessed it, I’ve got to watch an ad to get one. ✓ I want to like this game...but it's overloaded with endless offers to buy bonuses. Every time I fail, I have to click past at least 2 offers before I can replay. Every time I sign in, same story. I know the offers are there, they're all over the home page, but you can't play for any length of time without feeling like you're getting buried under offer after offer after offer. And the bonuses aren't cheap either. If they were, I might buy one occasionally, but paying $2 just to buy your way out of a fail is grossly excessive. And $13 for a small bonus pack? Ridiculous. The game itself is fun and challenging, but I doubt I'll keep playing it. I paid $2 to buy my way out of ads--if I hadn't, I would've already deleted it..Version: 24.0131.00
✓ Cheaters!!!!I’ve been a loyal JewelsMagic customer for the longest time and feel ever so cheated by them. Why is it EVERY TIME there is an update the price of bundles go sky high? ✓ Terrible, can no longer progress without moneyFor a long time i enjoyed this game, i have played over 4000 levels, suddenly they removed the ability to get 3 extra moves by watching an ad, and since they clearly design the levels that you need those extra moves, I used it often. Now thats gone you need coins, and they are so expensive its a joke. I cant pass 1 level now without help from coins because its literally impossible without extra moves. ✓ Deserves 5 starsI have loved this game since downloading several weeks ago. Not only is it challenging for the brain, but the music is very relaxing for me, which I enjoy after a long day of work. 5 stars are well deserved and I will change my review to 5 stars if something is done to fix the ads. Previously I would have the option to skip the ads after about 5 seconds of watching. Now I have to watch a full 30 second add between every game. Even worse, if I get out of the game to answer a call or respond to a text message, I have to watch an ad again to finish the game I was in the middle of playing. Please switch back! ✓ Tech support is slow and unhelpful.Contacted tech support two times. The first was to let them know that my daily challenge reward option isn’t working - it has never worked, even though there have been many days that I completed the challenge. I gave them a specific example even. After a wait I got back an extremely generic, unhelpful message, but they did say that they would look in to a certain challenge if I provided one (which I already had - they just didn’t want to do the work). So I wrote back repeating that on Sunday, May 9, I received 3 stars or 3 different levels, but not even one of them had registered. After a waiting period again, I received another extremely unhelpful message not addressing the fact that my challenge option isn’t working at all (not even one single day have I received my rewards, even though there have been multiple days I completed the challenge), and they basically called me a liar, saying I must not have completed any. ✓ Jewels freezeI downloaded this game a few weeks ago on my iPad. I have been enjoying it but finding every time I play I only get 2 or 3 games done and when I try and go to the next game it freezes up and I simply had to close it down and leave it for some time before it will start again. ✓ Why no rotate on these gamesWhy is there no rotate on these games? my device always need to be changed as it takes a lot of power, and the game is on the end where the charger is plugged in and if i lean on the cable end it gets damaged and I have to end up buying a new cable. ✓ Fun but buggy...updateApp still hangs from time to time when trying to collect 2x the 20 points for getting to next 20 level and you loose the 40 reward pts. Support was useless. I’m guessing those are AI responses. If you spend 40 points to get 5 extra moves you will never get the 3 free moves by watching an add offer again. But you can regain the three extra moves offer back by deleting and reloading the app. Just make sure you are logged in and have saved the game once. You can also get that day’s three 7 pt rewards again. It will make you play level 1, then will ask if you want to use your old saved info. Currently I’m at game 1501. For the last 500 or so games it’s really just repeats pretty much the same games. At some point it stops becoming harder, and your just playing to watch pretty colors blow up..Version: 21.0520.09

✓ Don’t waste your timeThis game has great graphics and can be addicting. Not worth the amount of time that the game gets stuck whenever you are offered a free jewel especially after watching ads. Had to reboot my phone at least 3 times in five minutes repeatedly. I spent a lot of money on this game and even got rid of the ads, but the constant jamming up had me infuriated. Wrote to customer support and was told to delete unnecessary apps 🤨 There is no need for that with my phone even though I tried it, nothing changed. After 2500 games there were no more games to play even though I had money left on it. Had to go back and replay old games just to use up the jewels that I had purchased. Deleting this for good. ✓ Rip off!There are a lot of little bells and whistles that you pay for like most of these games however, this one is kind of sneaky because you pay for it like ‘the magic pass’ which is supposed to give you extra tools and that sort of thing periodically, but when you claim them only about 30% of them ever actually end up in your tools. If you complain about it all you get is some automated computerized FAQ system, asking your name and email address that then asks you to provide a screenshot of the receipt to prove that you actually bought these things! I for one am not going to spend another dime on this game. I’m playing at what I have and getting rid of it. If they can’t be bothered to at least take a look at the fact that there might be a glitch in their system without me having to spend hours looking for some receipt in my volume of email, then they’re not very interested in their customers..Version: 23.0202.01
