✓ Very good but could make some improvements.Firstly, I would like to say this is an excellent game especially the idea of having to build your way up to make a good team and the gameplay is great. however, I think there could be some minor adjustments: the opposition isn’t hard at all so I think we should be able to change our difficulty level, the parent club achievement is actual very hard so the reward should be better and lastly I think we should be able to buy gold with the cash we have as we can do the opposite of this. ✓ Nearly thereI believe this game is without a doubt the best rugby game on the app store, however it isn’t without its flaws. The most annoying thing for me is there is little to no organisation; the backs are constantly in the ruck and the forwards, more often than not, end up being the only players in the back line. This takes away from the authenticity for me a little because I would rather have George Ford clearing my lines than Tom Curry. Another issue is that the game can end up being rather samey. Shipping the ball from flank to flank can lead to a try at least every other phase. Rugby Nations has great potential but it needs to become a bit more tactical, at least in terms of positioning, to reach the upper echelons..Version: 1.3.3

You can’t get a turnover, they always get a last min try, never miss a conversion or they score a drop goal from the half way line. Seriously annoying unless you are actually playing as them. ✓ Good game but has its faultsThe game itself is good and there’s nothing else around like it, however it does have its problems especially with the gameplay. If the game wants you to lose, you will lose and there’s nothing that can be done, but the scripts for you to lose are very obvious as nothing goes your way. It becomes a matter of luck if you win rather than skill. This is obvious when you AI get like 15 phases and you’ll turn it over after having 3! Also the wind makes it very difficult to make any kicks as it always seems to change mid kick. Overall decent game considering it’s free..Version: 1.3.1

Occasionally you/the opposition will make a mistake but the game will just carry on which is just really annoying and unfair 2. Nations. First of all the nations Overall are terrible and really inaccurate. Somehow Ireland are the best rated team when they are an awful team. Somehow South Africa is 87 ovr and not like 95 considering they won the RWC 2019 and NZ and Australia are worse than Ireland in the game and Ireland have never won a RWC, please fix this or this series of games won’t get any better 3. Prices. The prices on this game are stupidly expensive. You have to pay £2.99 for 24 hours of energy when you barely get any in the first place. And the in app purchases like tokens, cash and training points are way too expensive and nobody would ever buy them Please take this into consideration or your future games will really go downhill.Version: 1.2.3
✓ Best rugby appQuit edit. Still a great game but is there any way to turn off the “help prompts” while playing. It’s a little annoying and it seems to happen at important parts of the game. I get it’s needed for new player Les to show them what to do but for people who have used the game a lot, it’s a bit of a hinderance. This is a great app. I haven’t given 5 starts as there are a few little bug but overall, this is a great game when you get used to playing it. There are a few little issues such as the passing seems to be a little hit or miss (I have fat fingers, so that may just be me). I love that there isn’t an ad every 5 seconds and I hope it stays like that. I don’t mind opting to watch adds to gain energy and to get the rewards. In fact, I probably watch more ads that way as when they are forced on me I tend to delete that app. I’m still getting used to the game, but it would be great if there was a way to buy new players rather than winning them from tournaments. Firstly, there should be an option to change the difficulty like in rugby league 19, as the AI is very easy to beat, even if they have a much higher rating. Like rugby league 19, you should also be able to change the length of games, and make the standard length of a game much longer, so that the player is not forced to use fast paced strategies to win, instead able to play more realistic rugby. Another thing is world cups; I like the way that you win world cups to get better players in you club, but I think they are too easy, and the rewards aren’t very good, it takes too long to get any gold or legendary players, and instead of every World Cup reward pack being random every time, you chances of better players should increase after you win more. If the world cups were more difficult to win, then it would make more sense getting better rewards from it. Despite some problems, the game is good and still fun to play. ✓ Great simI’ve played this game daily for the last 2-3 mths. Been a good go to during covid. Won plenty of games and progressed through the rankings all ok. I like this game. There are a few bugs/tweaks I would fix/change but overall if you are happy to progress a long, master the controls, watch a few ads and score some cool tries then it’s recommended. I even splashed out for $5 of coins at one stage, which the developers totally deserve as they have captured good rugby gameplay on a mobile device. Well done..Version: 1.3.2

✓ Love the game small issues thoughCan’t get enough of playing this game however it does annoy me when small glitches occur, ie. scrums will just keep scrumming without an end or opposition player won’t throw ball into line out. This causes me to have quit the game and come back in, but I cannot play because it used up one of my energy bottles so I have to wait another hour. Another small thing is when a player gets tackled close to the touchline, another player will come and automatically ‘pick and go’ from this player but in doing this the player runs out. ✓ Great game, lacks a few thingsRugby nations 19 is a great rugby game and one of the few out there. I thought it had great potential except for a couple of things. Firstly, like many games, I understand there is a difficulty but sometimes when the game makes it impossible to win it isn’t fun and gets boring to play. I think the ratings the teams should make a difference but not too much just so you don’t get smashed if your team is 1 less rating than the AI. Another thing is that you can’t play for very long because of the energy and it would be better to purchase this game and get infinite energy so it is more enjoyable to play. An improvement could be to add an online part as well but keeping the normal things so you can play offline too. With these things in mind, and if they are added to this or another game, Rugby Nations 19 or 20 will be a great rugby game to play..Version: 1.2.3

✓ RN22This is still the best rugby game out there although there are a few glitches (which would be simple to rectify) which make the game annoying for what would be predominantly rugby following players of this game - 1. From the scrum, when you pass out to the outside half (or any other player) he can only run straight which is clearly a glitch. 2. Occasionally, a player will not pass the ball to the next player along but simply lob the ball 30 yards behind him for no reason. 3. The opposing losing team will just kick it out into touch when 80 minutes sounds, even if there is a point in it. 4. There are times when the opposition kick the ball into touch from loose play and then they get the throw in. 5. In World Cup mode, “New Zealand” is plastered everywhere when next year’s World Cup is in France. As I say, annoying glitches but all in all the best rugby game out there at the moment. Perhaps they could go one further and do a 2023 Rugby World Cup version or even a British and Irish Lions option as well. That would please the rugby purists!.Version: 1.3.6

✓ A few Glitches but still pretty goodRugby nations 19 is a nice game and definitely the best rugby game out there. A few errors in the game are that there isn’t all the rules in the game and I reckon that is crucial, sometimes my team is in the ruck and I can’t press pass or dash or anything u just wait til the ref gives u a time wasting penalty, the opposition never kicks the ball at all and why isn’t there a pro edition so u don’t have to wait 1 hour to play one match. You can buy 24 hours of playing with unlimited boost but it would be nice to have a pro edition or something like that. Why do we have to wait so long to open packs cause say I was on a plane and I was playing this game and I wanted to open the packs but I have to wait 8 hours it’s just annoying, I would be alright if there was some wait time but why does it have to be 3+ hours why can’t it be 1 hour or less cause I always have 3 packs in the match reward packs and 1 in promotion reward. Why can’t we look at the players position cause when u push the highest rated it puts them in order and if u click on their details it just has there stats not there position. why are all the games so easy cause I was playing as Fiji in the World Cup and still beat New Zealand by 14 points. Some players are in the wrong group like in the all blacks, Sonny Bill Williams is in the forward. When i won the world cup with Fiji team, Vatubua was imported to my club and was placed in the forwards and not in the backs like the fiji team. 3. Create some backline moves from the base of a scrum, line out or maul. 4. Add some big hits replay to show how tought rugby really is. Like a well timed tackle or a blockbusting run. 5. ✓ ShamoRugby nations 19 is easily my favourite game, and easily the best rugby game you can get. My only problem with the game is when you are about to score and there is no defending players in front of you, your player will automatically start running closer to the post. If I want my player to run closer to the post, I’ll do it, the game shouldn’t do it for me. There has been too many times when I want to quickly score a try when there is only a short time left, and the player runs towards the post without me wanting it to and the timer runs out. And the same thing has also happened but a defender managed to drag me back out into the field of play meaning i won’t get the try. Once again, if I want my player to get closer to the post, I can do it, don’t do it for me. I know it’s beneficial to be closer to the posts as the kick is easier, but I prefer kicking the harder kicks. Also, I find it thoroughly annoying when I pass the ball out to the wing, but the wing isn’t there. Instead it is a slow centre or forward. The players should stay in there position. An additional improvement I would add to the game would be the ability to have backline plays and moves. My rant is over, but seriously my favourite game and really appreciative of it as there isn’t many rugby games..Version: 1.3.1

✓ Needs Improvement on DefenseThe game is great! It’s a good way to learn how to pass the ball and find open space on the attack. However, this game could use better defensive strategy. Too many times I see my defense get out numbered on either side of the ruck, and I can’t do anything about it. I’d like to be able to shift defenders to either side when necessary. Although I do like being able to add as many defenders to the ruck as I want. However, that only gives more room for my opponent to score. Apart from the occasional glitch that doesn’t occur that frequently and a LOT of ads, it’s a pretty clean game. The one thing I would improve about this game is you should have the option to buy players with the money you earn and not just opening packs to get them. One think is there “never ending scrum” I’ve had this many times where the scrum travels from one end of the pitch to the other without the opportunity to pass the back out and I therefore have to quit the match. Firstly there are quite a few glitches and crashes I have come across it game and while on the main menu. ✓ Incredible game but...This game is amazing - one of the best games I have ever played on IOS. However there are some errors. I do not like how you need to wait for so long to get your energy back to play a game. There is no need for energy levels at all. One other thing I realised whilst playing is when I am winning games and the final siren goes - when the opposition has the ball every time they would kick the ball out to stop play. ✓ Good but could be better.For a free mobile game I think the app is very good. There’s a few minor glitches here and there that happen every so often but I’m not really complaining as they don’t happen very frequently. The only issues for me is....1) it takes FOREVER to advance through the leagues I’m on level 20 and still only in the premier division playing against low ranked teams. 2) the ratings are just broken. In the World Cup mode George Ford is around 73 rated and Owen Farrell is around 90!!! What’s that all about??? As well as this in the reward pack you tend to get a player from the country’s “B” team which is basically the under 20 team which is a little demoralising after expecting a good player from the country’s first team. I understand the game is fully licensed but I find it a little strange how the word cup game mode has all the names of real players but the normal club mode doesn’t (I may be mistaken) just seems a little odd, just go full on PES and change the names slightly so no license issues I reckon. All in all though I do think it’s a really good game and I would recommend it but could be that extra bit better with a few minor tweaks..Version: 1.2.4

✓ Awesome game but time is quickHi there,I rate the game so much,but there’s one little problem that I hope could get fixed or a setting that could be added that is the time,I feel like the time goes too quick and there would be more opportunities for both teams and more better gameplay if it was longer,and another problem which could be added is instead of when the ball is in the try area instead of it being a scrum on 22 or back for a kick you should h ah e the option to carry on playing or touch down for kick etc,one more idea if when you go too score try you should be able to move any direction and not go straight line but party from small areas the game is a well done and I hope you carry on even adding more gameplay and fixes along the way🙌👍.Version: 1.2.3

✓ No energyI think you should make it so you have unlimited energy or it refuels in like 2 minutes (like rugby nations 18). Also, make it free again because I told my fellow rugby teammate that it was free and awesome but he came back to me a few days later and told me it costs 4.99! I ran into a bug where I tacked a player from the other team so hard that he lay on the ground unconscious for a while before getting up and running away. Make it so the ball does not just bounce forward but randomly like a real rugby ball. Squib kicks (also known as grubber kicks) should bounce up like it does in real life..Version: 1.2.1

✓ Improvements neededAll in all I enjoy playing this game, however I don’t understand how the ai choose to kick the ball into touch if it’s 80minutes gone even if they’re about to score, This is also true for when they are losing say within a few points, surely they should play on to try get a losing bonus point. Would be nice if they added Kick of mode, and for you to be able to play the different leagues: ( Super rugby, Pro 14, Gallagher Premiership etc, as well as more international competitions. It doesn’t seem like adding that is too hard.).Version: 1.3.0
✓ Good gameOverall the game has come along way since I played rn13. A few problems with this version though is that firstly the fact you can only play 3 short games otherwise you have to buy to play because u have allocated energy. Then the games should be longer and the computer should be better defensively so you can’t score easy tries by kicking and just running and scoring. The league system is good but you should have 3-5 skill based games so you get entered into the league you are levelled at and then get promoted or relegated from that league because at the moment I’m in the 6th league and I still win most games 40-0 or more. Another idea could be to add a cup so u do play higher division teams so it’s not always rlly repetitive. But overall a really well put together game.Version: 1.2.4

✓ Good game with a few glitchesAll in all i love this game. As an avid rugby fan its very fun and building up your team is a great feature. There are, however some improvements to be made. I played the world cup, and picked south africa, then when i went to play my first game, it was the australian team in south africa kit and it was very strange 🧐. Also i think you should get players from winning the six nations aswell as the world cup. Also, it takes ages to get up to the higher leagues and i think it should be sorted. An online thing aswell might be good? Overall i would still recommend this game..Version: 1.3.4

✓ Needs work1. Running-Player slows down after having massive gap even with 90 speed, 2. Kicking-Opposition kickers are too op. Team score in corner and kicker will bang it through but when I try and miss by a mile, change swipe kicking to arc like kickoff. Opposition will also kick ball in touch even when they are near own life at half and full time. 3. Rucks-It’s nearly impossible to win opposition ball even when you spam add player but they do it with ease. 4. Passing-Nearly every pass is inaccurate and when the ball hits ground and player picks it up it’s called a forward pass. 5. Game length-Games last like 2 minutes meaning you have barely any chance with the ball. Fix these issues and I will vote 5. These are the same issue for Rugby league 20.Version: 1.3.2
