✓ Unsatisfied, not worth the moneyIn the app and on here it states, “It's able to measure the number of kicks, shot speed, run speed and total distance run.“ And no where is there a way to access your shot speed, running speed, or anything related to that. Sure it’s cool that I can connect to fifa but as a player looking to get better I would like to know information like this in order to see what I need to work on and then compare this information later on. So I would not recommend this as it did not do what it Adidas said it would do, very disappointed..Version: 1.3.0

✓ TerribleThis thing barely works and even on the 10% chance it records any activity and connects to your phone, it always records that data wrong. Ive ran multiple 2.5k+ runs without a single session recording and played for hours outside to only have 20 passes record. This thing is terribly unreliable and inaccurate and the “AI” is about as smart as my puppy. This device also has no use beyond the fifa mobile app, such a narrow scope of use for $55. ✓ No longer worksThis has worked on and off for the past year, with occasional annoyances like having to resync or not recording all data properly, but generally it’s been good. This last update though seems to have coincided with not being able to sign it at all. Every option leads to an error, so this is fundamentally unusable now. ✓ It’s okayI’m glad that I’m able to see my stats and such. But sometimes the GMR doesn’t record what I’ve done. ✓ Very poorly executedThe hardware and software integration is just plain bad it doesn’t track most of the time and shows it’s disconnected even though it’s connected and fully charged when you think that your stats are being recorded only to later comeback and see that barely anything has been recorded since it’s kept disconnecting throughout a session as an idea has great potential but under the hands of adidas who don’t make software or hardware the integration and experience take a massive hit to a pretty great idea of a product maybe actually invest in a proper dev team to get the integration sorted out as for the hardware guess that can’t be helped considering google make bad quality hardware and adidas doesn’t make any hardware.Version: 2.1.2
✓ Seeing other statsYou should be able to track all stats apart from just passes and distance ran football players actually want to use this to track their data to improve as a player so it would be beneficial to see your top speed, distance ran in a session, shot total etc..Version: 1.2.2

✓ Ultimately disappointed athleteI think this has a long way to go. Even if the stats were a representation that’s great...but now it has just stopped working or recording. I’ve reinstalled the app a half dozen times with all her “stats” not recorded. My 10 year old daughter is a ‘high level’ athlete and this was supposed to be that individual motivation; alas this has been a huge disappointing Christmas gift, after having been the “cool dad”. ✓ What a waste of moneyThis app at first was ok i thought it would work, i followed the instructions and went into my first game with it today. I played one of my best games yet out pacing everyone on the wings and hitting quite a few powerful shots. now when i come to see my stats they don’t come through so i have to delete the app n reinstall it. finally when they do come through they were by far the most incorrect things i have ever seen. Apparently i only had 30 touches of the ball when i had the most touches of the ball out of anyone during that game, i got 12kmh top speed....... if i’m outpacing people that i’m sure are hitting speeds of above 28kmh then i’m sure i’m hitting the 30+s. the only thing they got right was my shot power, not worth the purchase please don’t buy..Version: 1.8.2

✓ GMR waste of moneyBrought this for my boy to get his states from games, from the get go the whole process took over 5 attempts just to register, paired with FIFA mobile app which is really clunky no direct access to states, and tried for a week to upload date and got the same error message every time, used the in app chat which was a waste of time, they read from scripts asked the same questions said it had been logged but never gave me reference next day same questions same reply no record of my previous conversation. ✓ FrustratingFrustratingly slow to sync, why can the app not store older data and make this available straight away and only sync new data. Please update the FAQs in the app to remove references to FIFA Mobile if it is not required anymore. I just downloaded the FIFA Mobile app to try and help a slow sync and the FIFA app forces you to play a lot of academy before you can even adjust any settings. It is disappointing that it traps you into playing and therefore encourages in app purchases from EA. ✓ Great Concept, Poor ExecutionI love this idea, but it’s barely usable. A few times I returned from a 3 kilometer run only to find that the unit hadn’t actually tracked any of my activity. Then there’s shooting the ball. I’ve taken 200+ shots and it recorded all but one as passes. Just idiotic. And now it’s started telling me that my phone isn’t connected to the internet, so it can’t sync. (Spoiler alert - I’m posting this review from my phone. On the internet.) I contacted customer service to see if they could help and they acted like they’d never heard of such issues. All one has to do is look at other review in the App Store here to see that other people have had the identical issue. Very poor support of a very poor item. Because you can’t see any of your data, it makes it very difficult to tell where there is a tag issue, sync issue or you are simply not meeting the requirements of the challenge in FIFA mobile (which tends to be vague anyway with terms like “shot in the box” or “hard cross” rather than a useful metric”. Adidas support has been excellent though, can’t fault them so far while working through why some days all of the moment (sprints, jogging) will show up in FIFA but zero kicks, while other days hundreds of kicks will show up. The same message kept coming up saying my phone was not connected to internet, even though it was on both mobile data and WiFi and there were no apparent connection issues. Like all first versions of products with high potential there will be teething problems but there are so many issues with it from not tracking shots, counting c.40% of kicks, app crashing during firmware updates (multiple times in a row), poor communication in the app assuming it’s a bot, I could go on.
