✓ Annoying notifications; Useless supportThey keep spamming with irrelevant notifications all day, announcements of tokens, events. I don't need it, I only need trading notifications. Even "bitcoin surges 3.5% last hour" is too much of useless noise. Also, their live chat support is lacking any expertise at all. They work like scripted bots, escalating to email support and email support is not friendly and supportive at all. They keep closing my accounts for no apparent reason, therefore I had two accounts with them. They won't respond to my questions. They took money from me and won't give it back. If you try to get answers from them, they will hang up on you and speak terrible English. They assert that my case was escalated, however it was never. ✓ AvoidAfter over a year of trading way over 5 million of volume they decided to terminate my account and keep my balance for what they say is ‘bonus churning’ And no I was absolutely not ‘bonus churning’ and they refuse to provide me with any instances of doing so, they will not talk on the matter. I have received in my time with the exchange maybe 100 dollars of non withdrawable bonuses and ‘coupons’ to offset their own fees. ✓ Pretty good app compared to othersAt present, the feedback page on the app is glitching and constantly refreshing so it’s impossible to enter or submit feedback at this time. fix that please? my main 3 suggestions for improvement 1. notification options—we should be able to choose what kind of notifications we receive, and most importantly, where they are sent to (text vs email). 2. Reverse button. There should be a reverse button on the derivatives trading page. Other exchanges have this and it’s a helpful feature. 3. Alert notes. When setting alerts for coins, we should be able to enter notes on those alerts, so that when the alert is triggered we receive a message that reminds us of why we set the alert in the first place. ✓ Unreliable app .Their system lags . I don't know if they deliberately do that . When you are in massive profit and you want to sell at market order , it's not able to execute . I made 11% gains on Ecox/USdt pair and when I wanted to close th order in profit I wasn't allowed by the system but when the profit fell to just about 1% and I placed the order it executed . This app can't be trusted . Binance is the only smooth and trusted trading app per my 5 years experience . I only wanted to give Bybit a shot when CZ resigned but they are not worth it . Not at all in my case . This isn't the first . I previously had a trade before th ecox and when it reached my target , the system didn't execute the trade in profit . ✓ Bybit is a scamThis app kills traders with slippage which apparently always works against you. If you win a trade you get less than what you could get at the price you set your take profit at. When you lose, you lose few percent more than the expected. Last straw was when I got charged with 5% slippage when I bought eth recently. I bought at market price at 1210ish but it got executed at 1260ish around 20:20 yesterday. At that time the price had already gone down and was moving sideways at around 1210ish. Now their system has for some strange reason revised the very same identity details and require further details. There is no company address given for how their demands are to be complied with.
