✓ Casting or Streaming and lack of optionsT-mobile jump the gun on this. I think they know that there are Smart TVs that have options to stream or cast. T-mobile should have worked out the most important parts that customers demand from every TV company or TV app. I don’t like that I can’t steam or cast to my TV but I do like the having TV available with my tablet or phone on one simple bill. ✓ Needs WorkA lot of functionality is missing such as Picture in Picture and external casting. The fact hat I can’t cast from my iPad to my Apple TV 3 feet away, despite being on the same home network, is ridiculous. Decent channel offerings but the interface feels about 10 years old and could do with an overhaul to offer a more intuitive user experience. Overall, it has the potential to be pretty good, but is still a work in progress at this stage..Version: 1.0.3
✓ Great concept at a great price, but still very immatureExpecting much more for a late entry into the streaming entertainment space. I was disappointed to see the app is buggy on Apple TV and has no way to mark favorites in either channels or shows. Basically you have to navigate the clunky menus or search for what you want every time. If this was a new entry into a fresh market space, I could forgive some basic functionality expectations lacking on launch. That’s simply not the case here, they just missed the mark. It was easy to sign-up and activate the service so kudos there..Version: 1.01
✓ A great start but please read feedbackThis has the potential to be a 5 star produce but a few things need to happen in order for me to let xfinity app go. Like most users we need PIP support as I love to watch and browse on phone at the same time. Second we need a recent or favorite channel icon. Third profiles need a lock or way to lock a child’s profile. If I made my kids a profile and turn on parental controls, there is nothing stopping them from just clicking on my profile as the app asks each time which profile to use. Last please update to support a higher resolution on TVs. It’s bad when my own parents came over and notice how old some of the Channels look because no HD support..Version: 1.0.2
✓ Precise location issueI can not use the app. I’m on the latest iOS 14 OS and my location service are on along with precise location. Still can not use the app. Can not open it. It’s saying please allow precise location. UPDATE I’ve been paying for the service for 2 months now and I have only been able to use the service 1 day. Yes I said one day. ✓ BuggyApp is buggy, loses connection every once in a while. Lags when watching a recorded shows. Still new so I’m giving it the benefit of doubt. Not much cheaper than other services.Version: 1.0.3
✓ Lack of features is disappointingStream quality is well done, however the praise stops there. There is no PIP features yet, something that competition already has on iPad and iPhones. Showing channels are part of your plan, but then getting nothing but blackout restriction errors is complete false advertising without explanation. This service feels like it should have been launched 3 years ago with the lack of features it actually launched with. A bit underwhelmed..Version: 1.0.2
✓ I love it but big problemIf you have T-Mobile home internet it not going to play live local channel but another problem it won’t play on fire tv but it will play on my iPhone same WiFi connection just don’t understand why live local channel won’t work with fire stick on T-Mobile home internet..Version: 1.0.3
✓ Needs support for vizio or airplay functionalityThere is no way I can watch TVision without buying the hub on my Vizio Smart TV. You guys need to contact vizio and add the TVision app or add the airplay feature so I can mirror from my iPhone and that would also solve the problem..Version: 1.0.2
✓ Great service, poor appI love TVision and it works great at home... however, the app on iPhone keeps crashing and logging me out, then saying it can not log in and to call customer service. After closing and re-opening the app a couple times it might eventually work if your lucky. The iPhone app definitely needs a lot of work to bring this amazing service to iPhone reliably..Version: 1.0.3
✓ Keeps saying cannot find my locationI get a good 30 minutes in of a show before it constantly pops up to say “cannot find my location.“ I have to wait for a commercial, close it out then launch it again every time. I will unsubscribe if this isn’t fixed immediately and for good! This is extremely annoying considering I give permission for the location at log in & in my settings! WTH.Version: 1.0.3
✓ App AccessI can log on at home but I can’t use the app on my phone. Deleted and reinstalled multiple times. It keeps stating that it needs precise location. To which - the allowance is enabled. It’s been like that since I got the service. Wack. (LOC-002).Version: 1.0.2
✓ AppleTV app seriously brokenAs other reviewers have noted, the AppleTV app doesn’t recognize swipe gestures (e.g. when viewing the guide). That means you can’t change channels. To make things worse, the channel on which mine is stuck, and thus the only channel I can watch, is Fox. This is a pretty serious bug, so I hope it gets fixed soon..Version: 1.0.3
✓ Missing one of the most important featuresIt’s tv done wrong until they add Picture in Picture support to both iPad and iPhone client. Most of the other streaming services support it. It’s a must for a consumption device like a phone or tablet. I would rate it as a don’t buy until they correct that, then It will be a home run!.Version: 1.01
✓ Casting/Airplay OptionsT-Vision is very easy to use, except for the fact that there is no way to watch it on my Google Chromecast or my Apple TV! (I have an old edition where it doesn't allow me to download other apps except the ones already there.) This would be a very great edition, and if added, would allow me to put up a much better review! Please T-Mobile, implement this feature into a new update!.Version: 1.0.2
✓ Need improvement.Well we must have a option to setup favorite. The apps needs to be updated to utilize new control center feature on IOS 12. When I used atttv app, control center always pull up the information and when I lock my iPhone I have full control appears, but with TMobile app nope I have to manually open the tiny control and then find my Apple TV and then use volume control. No excuse TMO DEVs you should do your ground work before release. Also not very happy with picture quality and sound is compressed. So I might get back to ATT TV..Version: 1.01
✓ Great idea, but isn’t supported at allTVision was switched from a set top box to an app on January 1, 2021. The biggest difference was I lost CBS and TMobile stopped providing any type of support for their product. The IVR on TMobile’s main number does not recognize this as a product they offer, most agents have never heard of it and hold times are around 30 mins to an hour with no option for a call back (because it’s not recognized as an actual service) and there are no online faqs for equipment issues. Audio problems that others describe happen frequently and usually last 2-3 days before being resolved. Doubtful they have a Network Operations Center (NOC) to maintain quality. It’s a great idea, I want to support it, but I think TMoblie have up before they launched it, don’t really expect it to last so probably not worth joining unless you can get the equipment for free..Version: 2.2.0
✓ T vision appUnable to stream from iPhone to smart tv using hdmi adapter. Unable to stream on Samsung galaxy via screen mirror to Samsung smart tv. Unable to download tvision app on Samsung smart tv. You are required to have external ways of streaming before using this service. It is $15 cheaper than some competitors. But those competitors already have an established platform ready to use on your devices..Version: 1.0.3
✓ Connection issuesI’ve had tvision for a few months now and it’s worked just fine up until now on my firestick! Now is all it does is buffer and says connection issues please check your internet connection but there’s nothing wrong with my internet! It’s working fine on my husbands roku tv and the Apple TV! ✓ No way to stream without a T-Mobile HubThe T-Mobile website says you can stream to your TV using multiple supported devices but that’s not exactly true. You can stream but you’ll have to buy their TVision Hub for another $50 in order to do it. There is no casting button currently built into the app. What’s up with that? Even my local church’s app has a casting button. It’s not that difficult. So, I thought I would just plug in my device with an HDMI cable and watch it that way. NOPE! Not supported! Q: What good is a TV app if you can’t watch on your TV? A: Not too good!.Version: 1.0.3
✓ Good idea but still buggyIt’s good when it works. The app on my iPhone which is fully updated to iOs 14+ is really hit or miss. Right now the app will not work at all saying I need to turn on location and precise location. I’ve toggled every location setting on and off, uninstalled and reinstalled TVision app and it is all to no avail sadly..Version: 1.0.2
✓ The worst of the Streaming Apps!I’m a big fan of T-Mobile because of their great customer service and cell phone plans, but man is this app bad!! Between the constant error messages and the constant inability to watch the local channels even when I’m in my “home area” - this is by far the worst of the online live tv streaming apps. In case you were wondering, the named issues occur whether on your iPhone, iPad, or AppleTV. Didn’t want to write such a bad review, but T-Mobile needs to significantly improve the stability of their app as well as the TVision service..Version: 1.0.3
✓ Solid service but the app is ROUGHNo complaints about the service, the content and price are compelling. The app (specifically the Apple TV app) need some serious polish and feature additions. It feels sluggish, buggy, and unfinished. Using it serves as a pretty stark contrast to the rest iOS experience. Keep updating and improving the app and I’ll happily change my review!.Version: 1.01
✓ Would love it butWe joined tvision and we were really loving it accept for the volume on some channels and starting at 7 pm every night it would start buffering every 2 minutes. So we have decided to cancel our service until they can get those issues fixed and we really hope they do soon. We want to come back.Version: 1.0.2

Can’t cast to my tv , but the app isn’t available on Samsung tv App Store , can’t use the service without buying a separate device i don’t want . ✓ Apple TV App Constantly crashingI signed up for TVision pimarily to watch TV through my Apple TV device. So I watch it through the Apple TV Tvision App. Unfortunately, I have not been able to get through one entire show without the app crashing or endless buffering. I also get frequent messages within the app stating that I’m not connected to the Internet. However I can immediately switch to Netflix or Prime and watch any program I’d like - effortlessly. So obviously, it’s not my Internet connection. I so wanted TVision to be a great alternative to cable, or YouTubeTV. I was excited to try it, however it’s been pretty disappointing. ✓ Horrific after a moveSo we moved, NJ to FL. It worked for a few weeks then...live local would not play. Then after about an hour call, it worked. Then 2 hours later it was completely down with No subscription. After a 1+ hour call I was told to wait 3 hours for the subscription to reactivate. After a power down, reload the app, same problem. So with this, no CBS, issues with the app starting up...seems time to move on to another streaming service. I’m still not running...1 more call?.Version: 2.2.0
✓ NEEDS an option for airplay for castingMy tv (Visio) is amongst the few that does not have the ability to download a TVision app. That being said if I want to watch TVision on my tv as opposed to my phone the app would need an option for casting, or airplay. My only other option is to purchase the hdmi device and remote. It’s a decent service but T-Mobile is missing a chunk of their user base by not implementing other options for viewing..Version: 1.01
