Perfect Weight Loss ProgramExcellent format and very user friendly. The diary helps keep me on track. I never counted calories and I truly believe that impacted on previous failures to get my weight in check. The ability to change my daily diet plan and customize to my taste is a game changer for me. After two weeks I have completely eliminated my evening grazing habits which I believe was my biggest issue. Fasting is the answer for sure. I actually feel more rested in the morning and seeing sustainable results on the scale is very encouraging. Thank you for your guidance on my weight loss journey..Version: 2.22.9

So far I like itI don’t have a problem with the app. I like it. I would suggest for the female clientele to add menstrual cycle tracking as an option when setting up their profile. Our weight fluctuates, our strength fluctuates and adding information on how that is normal could be very beneficial for someone who is just starting their journey. Women have enough external factors that weigh on our minds, but understanding how this is normal would be helpful..Version: 2.22.3

So much yummy food!Given that I’m gluten and lactose intolerant, don’t eat beef, and shy away from seafood, recipe based diets have always been an issue. Which is why I’ve always done calorie counting. This takes considerable effort and is not sustainable while also working hard and maintaining relationships. So when I found this I was pleasantly surprised. Not only does it take into account all of my preferences and food intolerances, it also gives me the option to leave out food that I don’t think I can get in abundance. The food you can eat is surprisingly abundant. And good recipes. They even give you a shopping list - perfect if you’re busy. The one downside is egg whites. They’ve given me a lot of recipes with egg whites. What do I do with the yellow..Version: 2.3.0

I love it!I am having a very different experience from the negative reviews listed here. I am vegetarian and the recipes look delicious! I just made my first breakfast and I loved it and I feel satisfied- energized and complete but not stuffed. I am waiting on my grocery delivery so had to swap a meal with one I had ingredients for and it was an easy swap process. The measurements are offered in teaspoons not just ounces as some reviews said. Also I am not charged weekly as some reviews said - I am on a monthly plan. I reached out to customer service via email telling them I only wanted the plan for one month and I need to cancel after and within 10 minutes they got back to me and already canceled for next month. Great resultsI got this app for one month. And that was the first time I lose weight, after trying so many diets, and medication and weight loss tablets, I have tried it all. Only with this app I could lose weight. I can chose the ingredients I like and based on that they sent me a personalised day by bay and meal by meal plan. I found it very easy to use and navigate, plus the meals were delicious simple and very easy to make, specially the snacks, my children loved the snacks (soooo healthy) I really recommend that app if your aim is to lose weight the easy way.Version: 2.1.2

Easy to follow guides!I’m very new to using this app and had issues with not being able to sign in. The team are very quick to respond and resolve any issues which is great. I’m liking the app so far being able to add and track calorie intake. The only gripe I have is that tracking water intake is set in fluid ounces and it would be nice if this was more dynamic so that you can go mls or set your own intake for each glass of water. Unimeal is Actually a Great App - Despite some Negative ReviewsEverything is right there for those who need it, and it is quite impressive: The Diary to log your weight. The graph showing your progress and if you are considered overweight, within ideal weight range, or underweight, the tips, the exercises, the meal plan (the meals don’t really align with my tastes in food, but you can’t win them all). It is all very convenient, and easy to use. People just have to use it. Admittedly, I joined Unimeal out of desperation, and a knee-jerk decision. I had packed on weight, and frantically googled weight loss with age, etc. Before I knew it, I took a survey, and in the blink of an eye I subscribed to Unimeal. I then questioned myself for doing so, and read reviews, after the fact. Many were negative. But upon reading them, I saw they were negative because the people joining Unimeal did so like I did, and wanted a refund. Apparently they did not read the terms of service, etc. I corresponded with Unimeal agents who spelled things out for me and.Version: 2.22.7

MotivationI have tried to lose weight on my own and it was always …, “oh well, I’ll start tomorrow… again… but even a few days in, this app and the meal plan are just what I needed to keep me focussed. Information is powerI’ve been very impressed with this app. The amount of referenced information provided has been second to none and the meals and workouts have been exactly what I’ve asked for. I chose a vegan meal plan which isn’t always easy for diet apps but this one has met every expectation and has been easy to communicate with. The motivation this app has built in is superb. Fitness Made Fun and AccessibleI'm loving it. The only thing I want to add to the Unimeal app is a section where I can add other things I might eat during the day, so I can keep track of my overall calories. Sometimes life happens, and I end up at a dinner party or going out for drinks. That would be really handy..Version: 2.19.3

💪🏻 It’s a really good app. I love it. 😊I don’t see the problem.🙄 I read all the reviews and I have to disagree. There is plenty of food choices yes in smaller amount (are we wanna lose weight or gain?!) but if you put your week together you can make the shopping based on that . I choose 2 meal a day with 2 snack time and that 2 meal actually plenty enough sometimes to much for me. There is nothing wrong with it. Good meal choices I love the exercises in the videos they look easy but try it out they are not. I already lost 4lbs in 4days. 💪🏻 I will keep going. And so just fyi this is still the best price out here. Weekly $16 it’s still cheaper then going to a personal trainer..Version: 1.8.5

Lots of resources and clearly written recipesI like the approach taken by Unimeal, There are articles to read and learn from, a coach, and easy to follow meal plans. What I don’t like is the use of highly processed meats in the majority of meals. I substituted regular or deli meats for jamon, air dried pork( looks and smells like a dog treat), and salami (sometimes) I like that one. There are plenty of vegetables, some fruits and occasionally cheese and butter. There’s also a quick exercise program and I can do a lot of it even in a full knee to toe cast. I needed to lose about 25-30 pounds. I’ve lost 6 in about a month. I’ve never felt hungry..Version: 2.19.3

Very thorough AppI only have been using the app for a week and I find it amazing! I am able to view a day’s and week’s meal plan, and print or save a weekly shopping list. I can swap meals or particular ingredients if I forgot to buy an ingredient or don’t feel like a meal. I can track my meals, weight, water intake. I LOVE the variety of daily exercises, with text instructionsAND video instructions. I am sure I haven’t unpack all that this app can offer, It even offers some basic learning health blogs. There is nothing an app can do for my motivation at the moment, but working on it! … And I receive notifications reminding me to drink water and time for meals..Version: 2.22.7

JENNIFER FIXED MY HEIGHT… now I love the appMy height was not entered properly therefore my BMI and calories were incorrect. All the advice did not apply because my entire day was less than 500 calories!!!!!! This was never fixed and my second request was not answered. I want a refund. Once Jennifer loaded my correct height the app worked just fine. I love the meal plans and shopping list. My new start date is next Sunday so I can shop for all the ingredients I need. Meanwhile I will try to make similar meals with the ingredients I have on hand..Version: 2.2.1

So far so goodMost reviews are focused on the difficulty of canceling the subscription not the actual information the app provides. In a sea of information, I find the information on this app relevant, concise, and useful. I find myself reading what’s being presented to me which is rare in apps (often too lengthy). Lot’s to go through, I am excited! I’m going to commit to the plan aka following the calorie limit per day and see if I am able to achieve my goal in 28 days..as per the faq response. The good and the badNice and colourful, good meals, good mini courses, good workouts. What I don’t like is that when I want to track food and I type banana I don’t just get banana right away, same for other simple foods. It’s also very self led which may be good for some people but if you need more guidance then this isn’t the right app for you,.Version: 2.17.1

Très SatisfaiteLe régime marche très bien. J’ai perdu 11kg et je continue. Les + : les recettes faciles et rapides (si un ingrédient ne vous convient pas : pouvoir l’échanger, le modifier ou le supprimer) ; bug dans mon application: réponse et solution en -de 24h. Les - : l’application demande un peu d’apprentissage pour en tirer le meilleur. En fait il faut bien tout lire.
