✓ Good then it gets ruinedI have had this game for less than a day and normally I wouldn’t judge a game in that time. However the first level was quick and the bounties are too hard if you use the equipment from the first level. So the main thing is you have to buy the other chapters and I have a rule for myself don’t spend money on mobile games. If the dev is reading this please just make the entire game pay or entirely free nobody likes in app purchases you just feel like it’s pay to win..Version: 3.1.3
✓ Loved the first two, not so much this oneAlthough I thoroughly enjoyed the previous games this one has gone WAY too far over to the stealth side. Almost no actual combat. Maybe I’m not the best player but it seems to require a lot of level grinding. Gets tedious going back through each level time after time. Oh, and what’s with the coins to buy equipment? ✓ Honest feedbackI am a Space Marshal franchise fan and played all three series. Here are my honest feedback to the developer after playing the third title recently: 1. You need to have auto-save function - average time to complete a mission could range from 20 mins to 1 hour, i.e. it takes time. If you just have a few minutes to play, iOS will shut down the app after a while and you lose your progress. To be fair, most people nowadays are busy, they just can play a few minutes a time. Having to start again is frustrating. 2. I enjoy the game because of its focus on stealth and tactics, i.e. you win because you can outsmart the enemies, not because you have the biggest gun and quickest hand speed. I therefore disappointingly found that Space Marshal 3 has a bigger emphasis on boss fighting (sheer firepower) and I enjoy it less..Version: 1.3.1

✓ Best twin stick shooter and no money grabbingThis is the 3rd instalment in the Space Marshall series and it is pure gold. All 3 games stand out from all the other games in App Store and are a must buy. First two games have no IAP and this installment is a free game but has only one IAP to buy the mission pack. Just one purchase and then no more IAPs. The game is easy to pick up and provides a very light hearted and fun experience with just the right amount of stress. ✓ Long time satisfied fanFrom played through Space Marshals 1 all the way to 3. Can’t wait for Chapter 4 or the bounty pack #2. Gladly pay for these expansions as it takes a huge amount of work to create these intricate levels. Lots of thought go into each level offering you different ways to complete the mission, and then some. The enemy can be a little predictable, and if they suspect something, or spot you, they don’t persist too long in their search. Perhaps in hard mode they can be more tenacious in the search or even get help from others in the search. I like that there are different weapons and accessories you can bring into the mission. You can challenge yourself by bringing low level weapons into difficult battles for another level of fun. If you ever think you’ve beat the game, try taking out any boss with zero level weapons and dressed in an apron. Hilarious fun..Version: 3.1.2

If brute force is not your thing, you can do stealth (Metal Gear Solid Style); or if you are up from type of person, there are guns... LOTs of Guns (to Quote Matrix) to suit your needs. Hey, if you are anti-gun, go choke hold on the bad guys for extra points. The environmental puzzle make sense, as there are always more bad guys than your have bullets, so smarts is important for survive. ✓ One of the best games available on IOSGreat game - worth the price, which ends up being way cheaper than any pay to win offerings. Space Marshalls has been the best game with this top-down stealth/shooter direction for the whole series, and three is another excellent installment. The gameplay is executed perfectly with nice, balanced, difficulty. The look and feel are superb. Sneak mode makes every level into a difficult puzzle. I am not writing this to encourage anyway to buy it, just to let the developer know how much I enjoy it. I was actually looking for updates on the status of the next installment like two months ago so very surprised to see it show up. Thanks! ✓ Fun but hard updateThis version is probably the hardest of all 3. The newest update (chapter 2) is pretty tough especially with those dang enemies that revive others and then cloak themselves. Super tough when you haven’t had the chance to earn great weapons. I ended up getting all coins and all weapons on chapter 2. One thing is that I feel in the beginning of the prologue, you’re just thrown into the story, (SPOILER), I thought the Artemis was destroyed at the end of Space Marshals 2 and was at the bottom of the ocean? Where did it come from? Second, my phone heats up like a toaster! It gets to the point that it starts to affect the phones functionality (IPhone X). What this means is I can only do one level then I have to exit the game and wait a while before I can play again. Did not have a problem with this on SM 1 and SM 2. Could be because game is significantly bigger. Other than those two things it is amazing!!!!!! Thanks for all you do and hope you can solve the superheating phone problem!!! ✓ Great game. Try gear score zero!I have enjoyed all the Space Marshal games but despite the slightly high price this is the best one yet. At first I was skeptical of the gear limit system, but it turned out to be a lot of fun and encouraged me to find more elegant solutions to some levels. Overall the artwork if beautiful and the levels are challenging and have good variety. One minor note is that the order of the levels is occasionally head-scratching with relatively easy levels sometimes following super hard ones. If you want an extra challenge try playing all the levels with gear score of zero. I found all levels in chapters 1 and 2 were possible with gear score zero, although some took a considerable amount of planning or multiple attempts. (I found I needed one item that is only available after completing a higher level.) The levels in the bounty pack were also all doable with gear score zero and hard mode in both action and stealth modes, with the exception of one level I could see no way to complete in this fashion in action mode..Version: 2.4.0

✓ Great fun to playSpace Marshals 3 is a real challenge, and I like it! So far, with chapters 1 & 2, the gameplay has been spot on with my iPad Pro. Now, with this new Bounties pack, there’s even more variation to an already enjoyable game. I look forward to more Chapters and more Bounties. I don’t mind paying for the additional content as the devs release them, when it’s this fun and challenging. ✓ Continues to DeliverAlways been a fan of the series; if you liked the first two, you’ll like this. And I like the chapter by chapter releases thing they have going on. One thing I’d like to offer as a suggestion is that the max gear requirements for missions are both good and not so good. While they certainly offer a challenge (and I do mean challenge), it felt like it was becoming a chore in the later levels. I would prefer that the max gear scores be used in some levels rather than all; again, I do enjoy the challenge. Hopefully the max score will go up a little in the coming chapters, if they continue to be every level. Summary: 10/10 bananas, cool hard bit but gets a little tedious later on. ✓ BeautifulI’ve played the full extent of the second game, that’s another great game you should definitely play, but this one is even better. The characters and lines are funny and well thought out. Space and western theme work pretty well. And the game play is incredible and very fun in any place style. I recommend either mainly stealth, or mainly offense. My only concerns is that the full game costs a good amount. They are very replayable, it’s still a little expensive. My final concern is that they will not make another one! ✓ Fantastic SeriesAll the negative reviews I read totally missed the point. People complain that you are restricted on overpowered gear if you want to complete missions for perfect score but you only have to do that once. On replay you can use whatever you want. And the gear score cap is perfectly reasonable to keep missions challenging. You can still use plenty of powerful gear under the cap. It forces you to be creative and tailor gear to the mission not just mow down everything effortlessly. Same for the sneaking. Stealth is obviously important when you’re one man vs an army. It’s much more thrilling to win through precision than brute force. You are a detective after all. Overall, though I’ll admit it’s a bit pricey to unlock all content compared to previous installments, the quality is definitely worth it. The visuals are stunning, the missions are unique and challenging without being impossible, the storyline is immersive, and you really grow to love some of the characters. The game is fundamentally simple yet surprisingly complex at times if you want to be a completionist. It was obviously playtested well. I’ve not encountered any major bugs yet. Highly recommend for people who want to easily spend 2-4 weeks on a single mobile rpg..Version: 3.1.3

✓ Can’t stopI keep playing this game until I have unlocked everything!!! Very addicting and consistently looking back for chapter 2. If The chapters keep coming,.... then I’ll keep paying. I hope you guys have a quick way of generating stages for this game, because I finish the game way too fast. Soon I hope, you guys can add more ways to make the game (metal gear solidish) I mean I was never a big fan of disappearing bodies. Dragging and hiding bodies is also time consuming but fun. Or knocking on walls and leaving traps. Also brings me to a melee option if you are going to have dragging bodies. ✓ The best of its kind on mobileSpace Marshals 3 is a bit pricey. But you do get a lot for your money if you enjoy the gameplay. Space Marshals 1 and 2 were 5 star games in my book. Each entry in the series brings something new and interesting to the table. The stealth takedown mechanic was a great addition to SM2. And I appreciate the Max Gear score in SM3 - it gives me a reason to replay levels with sub-optimal gear, and it encourages you to use a variety of gear, not just the best you’ve found. Basically: play Space Marshals 1 and 2, and if you like them, support the developer and pony up for SM3. The art style is great, more atmosphere and lighting effects than in the previous games, more variety of puzzles, and fun to replay. Not to harp on the value for money, but I absolutely appreciate that I was able to pay once for all three chapters and get a premium, ad-free game. I respect the developers for this decision and I hope Space Marshals 4 will follow the same model and evolve the series even further..Version: 3.1.3
✓ First version caveatsThe gameplay is good, and if you’ve played any of the previous installments, this continues in a similar vein. Love the stealth aspect. The concern at this point is that my progress does not seem to be saved while exiting in the middle of a mission. When you resume, it makes you start the mission all over again. Not sure if this is intended by the developers, as missions can take a long time, and the last thing you need is to be forced to restart, after almost reaching the end. ✓ Amazing!!!This is my very first review on an app or game I’ve never written a review before but this is just hard to ignore the game is hands down one of the best if not the best game on mobile phone I’ve ever played it’s so beautifully designed and thought of. I love the story and the combat. I love having the option to either approach a mission with stealth or just charge in or do both. Controls are very simple nothing complicated which I really love and honestly i was hoping that a 3rd game would come out and you guys made it happen which is amazing I could not believe it when I saw it and above all it’s for free! ✓ Fantastic game in a great seriesI’m a big fan of the SM series and the latest instalment (SM3) is a great addition. Slick graphics, good sound and an interesting storyline make this game a lot of fun and the reward system means it also has a high ‘replayability’ value. Please don’t listen to the naysayers whingeing about being asked to pay £3.99 for the first chapter. ✓ Updated ReviewThe team over at Pixelbite sent an email stating that the in-app purchases can now be shared across a family plan. This is very good news. I still don’t like the in-app ‘incremental’ purchase scheme (in the slightest — and would rather pay a full price up front), but the developers are aware and working to make it less painful. Again, I have to stress that Pixelbite is one of the best iOS developers (since my iPhone 4). I’d love to see them make some bigger triple-A titles, or participate in the Apple Arcade program. With the amazing performance of the first Apple Silicon, and this team’s passion, they could become an amazing 1st-class studio imho. Cheers..Version: 1.3.92
✓ Great replay valueThe entire SM series is pretty amazing. Since you get a few different rewards to chose from after every mission, the game encourages you to revisit each mission several times. The different weapons and suits shape the way you play the game. An absolute must have game. It’s not too challenging but it keeps things fresh. I have all three parts and keep coming back to 1 and 2 after all these years. I am glad they introduced a free mission. It gives people people a taste for what it’s like before spending a fiver. ✓ Worth the money imhoI have played SM1 and 2, and was VERY hesitant to buy SM3, having read so many mixed reviews. Having bitten the bullet and purchased it, I have to say, I think it's the best release so far! There's a lot you can play without purchasing (Free to all), but generally I consider it worth the money to buy it, and although it isn't free, it is very easily worth the price. I'm not expecting everyone to agree with me, obviously, but as someone who likes a game with depth, a good story, great graphics and a lot of 'replayability', this game does not disappoint. Most notably I read one review saying that the developers were 'lazy' (or words to that effect)... but I have to disagree... SM3 has a LOT of great new ideas and content which really add to the whole game. This is a small company who we should all encourage to continue developing such great titles. ✓ Spectacular!PixelBite did it again. I just finished the first chapter and I loved it! This so far is the best game of the 3. The genius gear rank system keeps space marshals balanced and rewarding. When I first wrote this review I was skeptical about the price. But I must say it was worth it because the step up in price certainly matches the step up in quality. The graphics are much improved with the gameplay being slightly improved. It just feels more deliberate as the level design keeps improving as well. All things considered Space Marshals 3 is overall a great game. I highly recommend any to purchase the whole game. Some thing I highly request for future updates is multiplayer. I know that’s a huge request but it would be so much fun if ever possible. There could be PVP, co-op bounties, and heists. Or if you could assemble a crew with friends and compete for the highest rank against other crews doing things I mentioned. All of it could be used to acquire gear and weapon customization but for online multiplayer or a fancier crew hideout. Just a thought. My other thought was if you introduced a level designer. That would give this game practically unlimited potential. Maybe something for the future..Version: 1.3.92
✓ Great new levels! And gear to match every outfit! 🤠I really like the new levels. The hard mode levels aren’t quite as deadly hard as the last set. And I was able with the latest gear to finally finish off the old hard modes. Great new gear. What ever happened to the fleet of red ships way back at the end of the first game? It’ll be an event if they ever finally show up. The plot of these games keeps growing in entertaining ways. The new outfits are quite entertaining too..Version: 3.1.2
✓ One of the best games, as always !Space Marshall 3 lives up to the expectations and more. Stunning graphics, gameplay and tactics than ever before. Loved 1 and 2 but this is even better! Gear balances, hard mode, new enemies, and bounty hunter battles. Love that there are no other purchases so we just buy the full game. The initial bounty levels and starting levels of Chapter 1 are really captivating, I couldn’t resist from purchasing the game. Thanks devs! ✓ Sooooo goodThere is nothing quite like space marshall. They have again pulled off great, varied level design that invites multiple strategies. The reward system for performance on levels is top notch and gives a lot of replayability. I’m on 8/10 and there are a couple bazaar coins I’m really scratching my head on...which is good that they aren’t all easy to find, but oy. But you don’t need all the coins. I have been saving them but it seems there is enough coins..I have like 50 now. Premium game, no shenanigans of any kind. Lots of integrity,these developers A+.Version: 1.0.2

✓ Stealth and StrategySpace Marshals 3 has everything that made 1 and 2 great, but with a rebalance to equipment and enemy strength that requires even more stealth than before. The gear star ratings now discourage you from taking the biggest guns and heaviest armor on missions, and you really can't run-and-gun without getting slaughtered by the now much tougher enemies. Instead, you need to make use of cover (and bushes now provide new cover), shortcuts, and level mechanisms that change the environment to turn traps against your enemies. The result is challenging but not impossible. The graphics are gorgeous, the soundtrack good, and the controls just right..Version: 1.0.2
✓ Good Game But...Great game, graphics are good sound is good storyline is good but there is something missing for me...😔😔I feel it’s the fact that ever mission is basically the same, kill and defeat the boss.
