✓ Update (greed) made me uninstallReally enjoyed the game, made it to rank 19 no problem and without spending money. Then this new update came out and made it so you need tokens (that you have to buy with money) to upgrade the managers, which was free before if you had enough cards. Oh and take a guess how you get the manager cards... that’s right spending money. Well you can get some from the daily rewards and ranking up, I’m sure it’s the same with the tokens, but I’m still disappointed. I understand the company wants to make money but this just felt greedy and like they are trying to add paywall..Version: 1.11
✓ Would be a great game if…This is hands down one of my favorite idle games. Great gameplay, it plays at a good pace, an has a decent storyline. That alone would typically warrant 5 stars from me, but in this case I have to speak out because there are major technical issues with the game. The game will crash fairly often, at seeming random intervals. I have tried troubleshooting techniques, but I am yet to find a way to purposely reproduce the issue. Worse yet, after the game crashes, it will not load again unless I reboot my phone. What a pain, right? And to top it all off, my phone updated last night, and when the game inevitably crashed again this morning, I couldn’t get it to recover, no matter what I tried or how many times I rebooted my phone. As I said in the beginning, I really did enjoy this game, but at this point I’m thinking putting more effort into trying to even open the app isn’t even worth it anymore..Version: 1.14.0
✓ Great game with flawsSince no one seems to answer any of the support emails here’s a few things that may help the game. I’ve played the game on and off since it came out. I always end up topping out and moving on to come back. Still has some of same issues it always has though. The fact the game forces you to get the first daily bonus right before moving to level 4 where you need the daily bonus to progress is stupid. You literally make us wait and entire day to progress one of the most simple levels. I think this is a huge set back for people who are trying to enjoy the game. But my biggest issue is with the diamond mine. No matter how much you upgrade the storage for the mine the dozer comes through with one pile and stacks it to the brim and then continues to bring the other piles even though you can’t collect it, so you have to constantly up the transport trucks in order not to lose the material, then when you finally do catch up even though the factory has material it randomly stops producing even though there’s materials causing a back up of material to stay on the truck and lose the possible money from it. The diamond mine has been long over looked and it’s kind of annoying for as great a game as it is. If you could just make it flow like the gold mine and how it should be it would be great. Other than that it’s an awesome game to just pass time. The only reason for the low rating is due to the above mentioned issues that have been over looked continuously..Version: 1.14.0

✓ Pretty buck lacks depth.Cool to watch, frustrating to play. It’s an idle game so I get the long time taken to change maps. I don’t mind that. But there are upgrades to mines and vehicles that seem to change absolutely nothing. Truck speed for instance makes no change to income. The underground mine is terribly balanced with last tier upgrades being somewhat useless. I’m assuming I find another mine at some point after ruby. But been repeating the same tasks with bigger numbers for 4 levels now with no sign..Version: 1.8.1

✓ I loved this game until...I was playing this game and was coming up to level 8 when it said all my things were tier 1 and couldn’t be unlocked further even though they were tier 4 before. I deleted the app and no I am back to level 1. Nothing has apparently saved when it’s all on my app account?! ✓ So much potential but with one major flawThere are limits on the upgrades you are allowed to do to your buildings and vehicles. I’m currently stuck on level four and despite spending $2.99 on the ad free version and having two times the earnings, I cannot progress to level five until I have finished my final task. I have to earn a ‘daily reward’ which won’t happen for nearly 24 hours. Until then, everything is upgraded to the max and I’m earning lots of money but I cannot take it with me to level five, when my mine starts over, so the game is literally pointless until then..Version: 1.13.1

✓ PromiseThe game has promise and I played it out as far as it would go but it seems like they decided to stop development on it, new content has dropped in I think over a year, I keep it installed in hopes they finally do add more too it. Would really like to pick it up again, the relaxing aspect of the game is rare these days and I did make a purchase which makes the game all I could want, and that’s to remove ads. I felt like that could be the least I did for the hours of enjoyment I got out of it, and how much nicer it was not to have to wait on ads for speed ups x a win win for me. ✓ Great Game when it worksI’ve been playing this game for three months. It’s one of the best games I have in the genre. About once a month the game just stops opening. The loading bar goes across the screen about 80% of the way and just sits there and never opens. I’ve contacted the developers on several occasions with no response whatsoever. Deleting the game and reinstalling works but I have to start all over. Would have never given one star if the developers contacted me back. Deleting the game and starting over again. ✓ Game renders itself pointless very quicklyYou can only level your equipment up to certain tiers before you have to level up completely. I’ve been stuck on level 7 for awhile now because it requires rare manager cards which in my daily chests I haven’t gotten any and even spent in game cash on the epic chests that only gave me regular managers too. I can’t level up my equipment anymore so I can’t play anything in the game since I can’t level up without those cards. It’ll also ask you for 3+ chests to level up so you have to wait hours for that since you only get one every 4 hours. Even if everything is maxed out and you need to level up to continue playing, you have to wait hours and sometimes days to get one you need to level up. Also in most idle games, when you level up, it starts you over but allows you to build back to the place you were at really quickly. In this game when you level up, you just start over with nothing. Any money you accumulated is lost and you are back to square one. You can level your equipment up to the next tier now, but you’ll start at the bottom tier again and have to spend hours getting yourself up to that point again. The game has a good idea going but how they executed it is bad. Waiting hours and hours accumulating money while waiting for the managers cards or daily chests in order to level up, only to lose all of that money and start the game completely over and have to wait hours or days again to level up again..Version: 1.8.0
✓ Issues after last updateSo after the last update my buildings were all stuck at tier 1 and I couldn’t promote them so I uninstalled and re-downloaded the game and after I did that I lost everything I purchased even after I restored my purchases, the only thing I got back was the no ads purchase. So I lost all of the chest and cards I acquired and was completely reset to level one and lost all of my gems I had purchased. Initially when you play the games first 10 levels you get the money very quickly. Now I have hit level 10 though this has dropped off significantly. ✓ Sigh..was +4/5. New update (3/5)Honestly, this was a solid 4.5/5 stars BEFORE the recent update. But apparently they weren’t getting enough ad revenue because of one of the changes they implemented with the helicopter that brought in extra in-game revenue with the options of taking it at face value or watching an ad to triple it. When I was grinding, I’d skip the ad, but when I was playing during intermissions or bathroom breaks, I’d let the ad run....but.... ...Now you’re forced to watch an ad or get nothing at all. And that’s just...disappointing. Ruined a very good, user-friendly system for a 100 or nothing system with the hopes of running more ads. Don’t fix what isn't broken. To reach higher rankings you have to basically wait for days sometimes because the only way to get the higher ranking is by logging in and accepting the daily rewards and they force you to collect like 15 of them which takes 15 to infinity years to collect since most people have already quit the game the moment the game limits their upgrades since they need to rank up. No one here is going to wait 15 days and log in daily just to rank up. Change it then you’ll get 5 stars..Version: 1.8.0

However, my phone gets incredibly hot if I am playing it for more than 15 minutes, which of course is not ideal. The game could really use an update to lighten the graphics or processing load. ✓ Almost a great idlerThis game is well balanced and a great time sink except for one annoying thing. This game uses ranking up as its prestige mechanic. However to rank up most of the time you need to collect a free daily reward. In early ranks the ranks go quick. I collected a daily reward for rank 3 and completely leveled all of rank 4 available upgrades and missions except for a daily reward working 20 min. ✓ Latest update made no ads uselessHonestly this is one of the greatest idle games I’ve come across. It doesn’t charge a high price for no ads (literally £3) and isn’t pay to win. However progress is pretty slow sometimes as rank progression requires collecting a daily or hourly bonus. This can even halt progress entirely. It’s a brilliant game but if the developers could maybe do something about that it would be greatly appreciated. (Like reducing the number of time dependent chests you need to open or making it a 2 hour timer between chests as opposed to 4. Or the ability to exchange a task for another by watching an ad or something. It’s just annoying when you want to progress to the next rank so you can improve your mines and factories further but you can’t because it’s still 3 and a half hours until the 2nd of the 3-4 free chests you have to open to be allowed to rank up) Also in the Emerald Mine update you’ve set up a rotating series of pop ups that continuously make a new one to bother you directly after the previous one is finished. I paid for the No Ads package. So pop up ads that take up the whole screen should be included in that..Version: 1.10.0
✓ It’s okI played this game for about a day when I first got it obviously it’s going to move slow at first it took 2 minutes to get three hundred gold and I just thought after a day of play it things would start to pick up but they didn’t after a day the trucks took 2 minutes to get gold. it was still super boring to play they need to make it where it doesn’t take so long oh and also why do they have to “unload” it you already waited 2 minutes to get gold and yes I know you can speed the trucks up by taping them but when you tap them they barley anywhere. ✓ Needs explainersGood idle games like Eggs Inc describe what each item will do before you invest, this is filled with random things you do to each mine and you’ve got no idea what will happen. I bought a truck to ferry diamonds and my mine dropped 10% of its yield. That being said, this is not a game that spent money on translating so I’d hate to see the mess Google translate would make on anything they tried to explain. 3 stars because I didn’t delete it. But there are a few flaws that definitely need updating. You cannot prestige past level 11, because you have to fill 25 manager spots. It’s impossible since there are only 24 spots to fill and 3 of those spots, at the underground mine, have no qualifying managers. ✓ Slowly making things worse with ad-wallsThe game is very enjoyable, addictive and I do like the freedom of watching ads to get a little extra coin boost. However, I am noticing with every new updates how small things are now going behind a « watch ad » button to obtain, where they weren’t before. For example, the helicopter coming every 5 minutes would either give a normal bonus, or a x3 bonus if you watch an ad. The bonus itself is now only behind an ad and isn’t tripled. I’ve also noticed a new fake currency (tokens) arriving to help upgrade managers that was not here before and only serves the purpose to spend more money in the store. I’m still playing this game, but more changes like this would quickly turn me away for sure..Version: 1.11.1

✓ Good game but could be betterIt’s a great game to play and pass the time. Some things that should be worked on/changed should be not having the dumpers or lorrys stop for one another to pass, once the gold mine gets deeper and starts to spin it gets really out of hand and aggravating. At many points in time I’ve had to restart the app since trucks got stuck and would not move out of each other’s way since since they “don’t pass each other up”. The exchange office’s Deposit upgrade states: +11% bonus coins every minutes”. Not sure what that supposed to say??? Whenever I try to watch an ad from the helicopter for a good chunk of money the heli just ups and leaves and I don’t get the money. Also sometimes happens on welcome back rewards to triple your money and it doesn’t activate AND on top of that you don’t get the original money you would’ve gotten if you simply hit the “x” button to close it out in the first place. ✓ Daily bonuses are so frustratingTo highlight the problem, I’ve completed all the tasks on level 14 in about 45 mins except for the one that requires me to collect two daily bonuses. As I collected that for level 13 earlier today that means that there is no point in playing this game for another two days other than to login to collect the bonuses. It’s seems really counter-intuitive to create a feature that discourages you from actually playing the game! Please remove these daily bonuses from missions in future updates. They add no value whatsoever. Other than that it’s a pretty fun game. ✓ Nerfed Cash MineBefore the latest update getting cash from the luck percentage at the gold mine was okay, it was a grind but manageable, allowing you to buy the occasional time skip or even chest. But since the update they have nerfed it, you never get given cash, I literally was sat on there for 30 minutes straight and not one bit of cash, just turned this game into pay to process, greedy from the developers, very disappointed..Version: 1.6.4
✓ What a fun game!This game is really fun. It’s just like all the other idle games but there’s something about this one that makes me want to play it a lot more.. here’s the major issue I have... this is stupid stuff that can be fixed easily.. but here it is currently... I can’t play the game anymore because even though I have every other task complete I have to wait an entire 24 hours to resume because I have to wait on a daily sign in bonus.... I have everything maxed out and am ready to go to the next level but I literally can’t do anything because I have to wait on that... also forcing me to spend that money on buying speed up and chest is insane.. for the chest you can just wait the 12 hours it takes to get all your free chest so you don’t have to spend but again.. that’s me waiting forever for this game to progress... I’ve never played a game that won’t let me progress because I have to wait on something trivial that the developers put in there.. just make a way for you to watch ads for a speed up on chest timers... also make a way for me to watch ads for the speed up power ups. The game is fun. 5/5 stars if you wouldn’t make the progression stop completely... really bad game design on y’all’s part. Please fix it. ✓ Gave it a 1 to get deva attention on a game breaking bugThe game is fun for an idle game. There aren’t an abundance of ads, there’s no real paid as far as I could tell (up to Rank 13) and it passes the time. That said, about 3/4 of the way through Rank 13 and upon watching an ad, one that is a regular in the game, the entire game crashed. Ok, that happens every now and again. However upon reloading the game, all of the buildings reset back to Tier 1 with the exception of the vehicle buildings. What’s worse is that any and all upgrades to get to the next Tier was locked out. For those that don’t know, for some requirements to get to the next rank (and even in general progress) you have to upgrade your buildings in different ways. This bug locked me out of upgrading anything. I did ensure that all apps were closed and I did reboot my iPad 9.5, but that didn’t work and the bug was still present. In turn, this will lock anyone who gets this out of all of their progression. Even though I didn’t spend money on this, I would be upset if I had because I can already see the status quo reply of “we’re sorry, we are working on a fix, but unfortunately you will have to restart from Rank 1”. So “Buyer Beware” if anyone is going to spend money on this..Version: 1.6.4

✓ Update ruined a good game. Find alternative.This game was fun enough prior to the update pushed out 7/6/20. You didn’t need to spend money or an exorbitant amount of time to play it. Now they have updated certain challenges that require more time. For example, one challenge required I open 10 free chests (you only get one per four hours). I was close to completing it only to have it ruined by this update by making the requirement to 15. It already felt like a grind. I’ll be finding other games and suggest you do the same unless you plan on running up your card to bypass some meaningless requirement..Version: 1.7

✓ Fun game but has silly progression blockers in itI’ve only played for a few days but have found my progress severely limited due to the requirements for ranking up in this game involving daily login bonuses. I bring this up as i am currently on rank 6 but cannot go forward into the next rank because of this issue. ✓ Great game but I’m stuck due to a glitch.I’m trying to advance to rank 6 just the last challenge I have is to open 3 free chests. Sounds simple enough but every time the countdown goes down to zero on the free chest it just restarts to “come back in 23 hours”. It’s done this for three days now not letting me advance. ✓ Too LongThe game itself is very good, and the mechanics work well all round, the only thing that causes problems is the Ranking system, I have maxed out my mine but I can not move on to the next rank until I have claimed my daily reward 20 hours from now, because of the ranking system having goals to “claim daily rewards and purchase boxes with cash” The reason this is a problem is because it restricts my play time, because there is no point in my having the app open and playing if there are no goals that I can reach for the rest of the day, because everything else is maxed out. ✓ Bugged manager drops?I’ve been playin this game regularly for weeks, and have been stuck on level 12 for quite some time because the final challenge to beat level 12 is to have 21 manager cards equipped. The issue is that out of all manger cards, the final two cards that I am missing (both of them are for buildings with an open slot, which would take me from 20 to 21) have not dropped even once in any roll. I have a timer set to go off every four hours, and I regularly buy Epic chests in game, and yet these final two managers elude me. I’m starting to get concerned that there’s a bug in the drop system that is preventing me from getting these final two cards, as all my other cards are floating around the same level depending on rarity, which says to me I get them pretty evenly across the board, except for these last two cards. I hope it sorts itself out. Oh and all the other bugs are still present, I can’t upgrade anything, but that’s not a barrier for progress for me at the moment because I’d already completed all the other missions for this level and am just waiting for my 21st manager card. PS please add managers for the underground gold mine, it’s a pretty expensive but comparatively useless building.Version: 1.7
