✓ Can’t get past tutorialI was having a great time until I reached a bug that stopped me from progressing. Once you complete your first flight and you get to unlock the suitcase, the game doesn’t allow you to click on the suitcase. ✓ Can’t collect suitcasesI started playing and had no problems at all I was able to collect the suitcases and earned my second plane. I earned my free one and watched the ad. Later it said I was able to get my free one again when the timer ran out. I went to click on it and nothing happened. I thought it was a glitch and went out of the game and went back in. I still wasn’t able to get it. I kinda just blew it off cause it was only the free one and I didn’t really care. Then I finished one of my tasks and had enough keys to buy one of the suitcases. I wasn’t able to click on that either. I tried both of the gem ones and it didn’t work either. I deleted the game and downloaded it again. I played the tutorial again knowing I lost all my progress but while I was doing the tutorial it directs me to buy one of the suitcases and it wouldn’t let me do it. ✓ Incomplete gamesTypical of several other games. “Coming soon” goes on for years, yet developer constantly pushes “event” real money-grabbing, side games. Therefore, game fun-play ends quickly. Not enough gates for income producing planes. Level 38 all to be done is upgrading airports not being used. Prices of upgrading everything increases but cost of destination ticket remains the same. Some glitches: empty seats while planes are in flight, luggage produces specific amounts of coins, yet the amounts are lower on he screen. At times, while mechanic or repair tool is displayed, passengers do not walk through to amenities (sky mall, sky salon, sky spa) etc. Therefore income is not gained..Version: 1.32.0

✓ I was enjoying it…I really like this game. The time spent online each time you check, the ads ratio, the progression. Its all really great. I was even thinking about spending real money on it. Except… now I can barely play the game. For the last week every 2 minutes I get a “no internet, retry connection?” And it happens continuously, even opening the app I get the pop up these days. Its to the point where I’m about to delete the app as it’s not worth the frustration of it. I try watching ads to get new suitcases and the pop up comes and then my free reward that I watched the video for is gone. ✓ AssessmentUpdate your the dollar amount verses the dollar earned. They are not at all complementing. It is as if you are desperately forcing us to play the game. That shows lack of confidence you have in how great your game is. We are making too little for the amount that is asked to upgrade on thongs in the game. Either lessen the cost of upgrade or increase the spending of the sims in the game. Additionally, having the option to either buy planes monetarily and of-course by collecting puzzle pieces as you have it will be great. ✓ Unfinished and needs major fixesThis game is great, but even in reviews and forums people are clearly getting stuck due to lack of materials or xp, there’s very little explanation in the game on how to obtain both. Needs major update to either other means of xp besides missions, like leveling up planes or completing flights. Maybe also provide daily parts in your inventory, just to keep the game flowing. It’s annoying to be stuck on a game if you dropped even .99¢ on it. I see patches but they’re not very descriptive and everything is “coming soon”. ✓ Starts off strong but then destroys itselfStarting with the good: The game is honestly fun and for well, a soulless idle game design it innovates enough to keep the game fun and give a strategic level. Rewards are good and worth for the effort and time to grind is low. Level 1 is your humble beginning, level 2 you get your second plane and grow your fleet. Level 3-5 you work on the fleet, making more routes and expanding on gates. Now with the bad: Fundamentally, the game ends at level 6 because you are hard locked. The developers add a decent material mechanic but don't understand it themselves and screw up the quest line, trapping you in level 6. The developers are clowns for monetising this game when you are basically stopped from playing early into the game and your money is wasted. Should you play? If you want a days worth of entertainment, get this game. Don't spend money as its poor foundation has ruined the game and don’t expect to get as far as you hoped. All in all, highly disappointed as the concept was there but the team probably didn’t even test if the game worked..Version: 1.21.0

✓ Such a lazy way to make moneyI got this game and paid 12.99$ to remove ads thinking there would be more contents. There is no restaurant, no baggage claim area and no duty fee shop like the description said there would be. It only says “coming soon”. But when? Months? A year? Content is already limited but they make it so insanely difficult to level up without having to pay, and there aren’t enough to do to make you want to keep grinding. There’s only enough to open the game for 2 mins a day just to make a dent in your progress then you’re already out of things to do. These idles games are just cheap lazy ways to make money. I just purchased a puzzle game with a full story and great voice actors for 12.99$, while for the same amount on this game I only got to remove obstacles of annoying ads and not even the full game. ✓ Good but TediousGame is very fun and well laid out. However the upgrade system is super tedious once you start needing cargo to upgrade. The fact I cant get access to Metals until level 13 when you're level 7 and need it to upgrade is annoying and the planes are empty and make little money because of it. ✓ Bug/problemIt’s a good game I like the gameplay and how the game operates my only issue is I’m level 3 and I can’t get to level 4. I have everything upgraded as high as it can go but I need in game materials to be able to upgrade my vault, airport, and gate A in order to progress. The only issue with that is you can’t get those materials until your level 4 or higher so I’m stuck and don’t know what to do. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it’s still the same nothin has changed. I don’t know if this is a bug or maybe a change in the game in which they haven’t changed other things to make this compatible but if this issue that I have isn’t an intentional change on behalf of the game then please look into this issue. ✓ Do not waste your time on this gameThe game is pretty much over once you get halfway through level 3. Everything locks down, grays out, you can’t upgrade the terminal, because it says not enough plastics. You can’t upgrade your money vault, not enough metals. You can’t upgrade the airport, that’s grayed out entirely. You can’t collect anymore coin, since your vault is maxed out, and you aren’t permitted to upgrade it in any way. So that’s it - game over. You can’t progress, you can’t upgrade, you can’t collect coins, you can’t assign the new plane to a terminal because you can’t open a new terminal. You can’t upgrade the new plane, there’s no ability to go inside the second plane, you’re just basically done. Time to delete game. What a complete waste of time..Version: 1.26.3

I am about on level 36 and the game just takes forever to create enough cash and tokens to keep advancing. The “coming soon” section phases are also taking no time or a long time to be released. ✓ No app supportI’ve almost completed the game and no issues until late in the game I’ve been able to deliver materials just fine to other airports and suddenly it won’t anymore. I have offloaded the app, redownloaded it, tried switching it to different gates, using different cargo planes but it won’t register it. I clicked the link to get app support but the drop down list doesn’t have this game as on option. I was hoping updating the game would fix the problem but it didn’t :/ super disappointed with the support options. ✓ Fun, but buggyThe overall game is really fun, I enjoy the sound and graphic design particularly, however there are some limiting bugs: - Ad loading: Ads won’t register as available quite frequently leaving you unable to speed up, get more resources, hire builders, etc - Suitcase Availability: During certain hours (at night for me, America CST) you can’t open suitcases. There is no feedback from the game, the buttons are just dead. - Chapter 11 quests: Admittedly this might be lack of knowledge on my part, but there are two quests in chapter 11 that require you to deliver goods to airports that produce that same good (for instance tools to Miami) and in some cases you have no other airport that produces that good at this stage..Version: 1.23.1

✓ Too slowSo I’ve been playing this for a bit now, and have unlocked a lot of planes, but the biggest issue I’m having is that you can only have 2 builders for free, and then you can’t even buy permanent builders, and it’s causing the game to become boring, because i can only rank up like one or two things at a time, and currently i need almost everything ranked up or built right now, and by the time i rank up one and get another ranked, that one needs to be ranked up again lol, which makes it impossible to even really play because things end up needing a long time to rank up, and you can only skip like 3 mins every few mins. ✓ Fun but annoyingThis is a fun game that you don’t really need to spend money on to play. However what I find really frustrating is that you can only build/rank-up one thing at a time unless you either use the free 1hr builder, or pay for gems to get other timed builders. ✓ Good game, but no way to contact developers about issuesLike the game, but am stuck with a task asking to deliver resources to a different airport when you can only collect resources to deliver to HQ. ✓ Good game but STUCKThe game is fun and amazing, but the problem is I’m stuck. I’ve been stuck for about a month at that. I’m on level 5 and there’s no way to get resources until you get to level 6, what sense does that make? The game needs some type of update so we’re able to get resources. How do you want me to upgrade a airport without the resources to do it. Please help us with this problem. I don’t want to start over to be able to play and end up in the same situation..Version: 1.27.0
