✓ Going in circlesI signed up in the restaurant but did not receive my confirmation email. So I logged on to my app and it wouldn’t recognize my email or my password. So I hit forgot password and it told me my email was not valid. So then I tried to set up a new account and this time it told me my email was already used. So which is it? My email was already set up so it should be able to reset my password or it’s not already used and I should be able to set up a new account. Frustrating! As evidence this is a problem when I tried to type my name for this post going in circles was already taken!.Version: 1.4.1
✓ Relocated my order…I work in St Petersburg FL and have to drive about 1.5 hours to get home. I decided to use the app instead of calling directly. I SPECIFICALLY picked the location near my house and delayed to order to accommodate my drive home. This is done first prior to placing the order. I made my selection and paid for the meal then began my drive. Apparently the app thought in its infinite wisdom to change the location to near where I started instead of what I had chosen. I drive home and arrive at the Cheddars I selected. I parked and replied the the text letting them know I was there. I walked inside to minimize the delay only to see that my order was not therewith. I open the app and then see that the location had changed. The Cheddars at the incorrect location called looking for me. They wanted to know if I wanted to drive the 55 miles back to them and pickup the order just so I could turn around and drive the 55 miles back to my house. I told them No. I had to place an order at the new location and pay again for the same food all because the app changed the pickup location..Version: 3.4.0
✓ Something is missingBeen here three times. Each time there’s been a problem. First time my salad had the wrong dressing. Second time I ordered crispy chicken and got broiled Third time I ordered the Pecan chicken salad and there were no pecans. I think there kitchen needs some help in reading what the servers put in..Version: 1.6.1
✓ Great foodThe food is great, the hostess that answers the phone to then transfer to the to go counter needs to work on her manners at the Alliance Fort Worth location. Seven minutes I waited on the phone for her to come back and again I had to reiterate that I was waiting to place a to go order. Her response, “well I don’t know what’s going on so….” 11:23 on hold and then to place the order, ridiculous..Version: 1.3.0
✓ CustomizationWhen ordering a dinner through the app you should be able to customize something like a baked potato. There is no way to hold the sour cream or hold the butter..Version: 3.0.1

✓ Location link is not right.I’m sitting in cheddars parking lot for the first time. Open the app, location service asked if they can be used to find the closest store. I click when using the app. My order ended up being sent sent to another 34 miles away. I think you may want to work on this. lol. The people at the store were wonderful and said this happens all the time. Sad for you guys to not get this right. But thankfully the staff were on the A Game. Thank you for that..Version: 1.1.6
✓ Doesn’t work for meThis app is extremely frustrating for me. I have tried three different times to place an order on three different occasions. Each time, it takes me all the way through to check out. It allows me to enter how many sets of plasticware I need, it allows me to enter the color and make of the car and the name of the driver. And that’s as far as it goes. So frustrating. We just ended up getting drive thru hamburgers at Whataburger..Version: 1.1.1
✓ Doesn’t have all locationsThe app tells me the closest location to Denver is in Albuquerque, so the app isn’t usable for us. It lists no stores in Colorado, but we live about 15 minutes from one. Really disappointed because we love Cheddar’s but we’re unable to drive at the moment and if I order through a delivery app we can’t use our gift cards..Version: 1.6.1
✓ Latest Update is not impressiveI used to be impressed with the app. Now, after the most recent update, I get pop ups, I get errors when I try to check out (saying that dishes are “unavailable”), and the notes section has now been removed, so I can no longer leave notes for dietary restrictions and substitutions. ✓ LOVE Cheddars ..... BUTWe have always thought of Cheddars as one of the best restaurants. BUT they have REMOVED the best onion rings in Dayton off the menu!!! BAD BUSINESS DECISION BY THE BEAN COUNTERS! Earlier they REMOVED beans & rice from the menu!! ANOTHER BAD BUSINESS DECISION BY THE BEAN COUNTERS! Not sure what is going on with Cheddars. ✓ So many bugsThis app has so many bugs it’s rather stunning. Downloaded today, we eat cheddars every 5 or 6 weeks so seemed worth it. You choose to add a sauce and it adds all the sauces by default. You want to checkout but not store your cc info? Not possible and once it’s stored you can’t remove it. Arrive to pickup food and i get a text with a link that takes me to the app to enter my parking space info so I enter “8” and it says must be 1-6. Weird and untested..Version: 1.3.0

✓ Can’t Order Without Location ServicesUseless for me. Even if you select a restaurant location to order from, the app will block you from ordering with a large screen prom-ting you to enable location services. No other restaurant app has this requirement. Either this is a bug or Cheddar’s is suspiciously insisting on tracking you. No thanks..Version: 1.3.0
✓ Location doesn’t work for waitlistWhen I try to put myself on the wait list I takes me o the dot (for Colorado Springs) and does nothing else. It’s impossible to get on the waitlist. The Olive Garden app works perfectly. This app needs some work..Version: 1.6.2
