✓ This app doesn't load on my macIt just stuck at the init mindstorm screen without loading anything or continue to anything. Also other actions like new project, or open... won't start anything and just remain stucking at the loading screen.Version: 1.0.3

✓ Really cool app!My hub doesn’t disconnect, and everything runs smoothly. I already made all the main creations and extensions, and they were really cool! I also made a few community creations, and some of my own. One thing though, and I know this review won’t really be heard by customer service once I say this. Why are you discontinuing the app and the set so quickly? I’ve only started building with it now. I should’ve used it a year ago, when I bought it. Now I only have two years until the app gets discontinued! After two years, this set is completely useless, unless you somehow connect the hub to Python or Scratch. I’m really disappointed, as I paid a lot of money for this, and then realising that this set is soon going to be useless. The bricks last forever, but not the software. I don’t think I’m going to buy any electronic LEGO toy that requires an app, unless I know that the app isn’t going to get discontinued so quickly. Disappointed about how fast the app is going to get discontinued. However, it’s a good set overall..Version: 10.4.2

✓ Newly Installed App Hangs on Launch10.3 hangs on the black Lego Mindstorms logo screen on my mid-2015 MacBook Pro running Catalina 10.15.7. Works perfectly fine on a 2012 Mini running the same OS version with half the RAM. Unfortunately there is next to zero documentation online, just a drop-box form at //lego.build/service-apple. ✓ LEGO pretends there was no Mindstorms before Robot InventorIt is sad that LEGO not just abandoned (understandably) previous generation of Mindstorms, but is trying to hide the fact the NXT and especially EV3 made LEGO robotics so popular: the official resources and apps for EV3 have mainly disappeared on the Web. To my question to LEGO support: “Is there any way to connect/control Mindstorms EV3 from iPhone?” the reply was “We currently have the LEGO® MINDSTORMS® Inventor app available for iPhone”. To my mind, restricting access to resources for the previously sold popular products, and stripping compatibility in order to boost sales for the new ones, only leads to supporters’ frustration and limits trust into the brand. If you have made Robot Inventor superior over EV3 you wouldn’t have a need for this marketing tricks..Version: 10.5.0
✓ Poor backward compatibilityThe app works fairly well on the latest iOS devices, however will not load on older iPads. The device compatibility is is very poorly documented in the App Store, which states: “Requires iOS 11 or later”, whereas their developers tell me it in fact requires iOS 13 or later...Version: 10.2.0

✓ I think it’s good but mine doesn’t work.It is fun to be creative with the LEGO mindstorm, but every 15 seconds mine shuts off. I tried one of the designs and double checked every step but it still just tries breaking itself. It is worth the 3 start rating..Version: 1.0.3
