I rarely say things like that but it’s obvious how this company operates (as do most of its competitors). Make sure you know how much you owe but make it hard to learn anything else. It’s also always a nice touch when there is always magically an “error” preventing you from viewing plan documents on the website so you can actually understand fully what your coverage is..Version: 1.0
