✓ Scan doesn’t work!How frustrating, scan doesn’t work. Have deleted the App and reinstalled. Have switched off my iPhone and turned it back on..Version: 1.11.0
✓ Only EnglishThere is no apparent way to change the language from English from where the app opens up. How do you expect people to use it? There is a lot of advanced English here, even somebody with some proficiency is not going to be able to use the app. But as a taxpayer, I’ve come to expect nothing more than mediocrity from our government..Version: 1.3.33

✓ Quick application but then it’s a brickSo this app does what it sais on the tin. But after application, the only way you can check on it or pull up an active ESTA is to use the find feature. Which wants application number, password number etc every time! This app can call itself complete when it can remember it’s own applications and retrieve them. It can protect the app with faceID if necessary. This feels like a project a graduate made inside US customs..Version: 1.0.1

✓ Stole my debit card detailsI don’t if the app is leaked?? But as soon as I entered and paid for my esta, I noticed an unknown transaction in my bank app. Someone used my debit card to pay for a Lyft in the states for $50 (I don’t live in the states). I cancelled my card immediately but was told by my bank they tried to use my card several times after I did. Dodgy app !!!!.Version: 1.5.0
✓ Pointless.What is the point of this app if your information isn’t accessible? All it’s for is to apply for a new ESTA. But if you want to check your current ESTA info you have to put all your info, inc passport number etc every time..Version: 1.4.0
✓ Obviously designed by a paper shufflerWhy have you disabled every feature that would make completing this process easier? No autocomplete. Keyboard overlaps text entry. No useful guide to the process. No automatic card population. The NFC scanning is nice but flaky and theres no alternative when it doesn’t work. ✓ Avoid.While the app allows you to submit an ESTA application, it seems that it is not connected to the wider application system. I did pay for the service and received my ESTA application number, however it could not be found later despite many intents which also included calling the ESTA support agent who advised to submit an application through the website. ✓ Payment failed, please help resolve this issue. I need the ESTA urgently.I’ve been trying to solve this issue for the past couple of days, when i try paying with credit card it says payment failed even tho there is $300 dollars inside the card. I’ve tried switching from purchasing the ESTA fees on App Store instead of the website and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. Please help me fix this issue. I need to visit my grandma that has been diagnosed with cancer in the US, I haven’t seen her in 4 years due to being busy with work. I need to go see her ASAP. ✓ Scan faceVery hard to scan a 1 year olds face when they don’t sit still. Then when u think I have finally got it the app says you need to do it again. ✓ Very poor systemThe app does work however every time single you open it this requires you to input your passport number, date of birth and application number. It entirely defeats the purpose of using an app as it does not ‘remember’ you or any of your details. This makes it very slow and inconvenient to use.
