Proceed to global entry exit, customers officer assists there is no such thing as a global entry app, and then tells me I do not have global entry without asking for my name or my passport. ✓ Works half the timeI am sure the app will be great when all customs agents are fully trained and app no longer crashes. I have also experienced that when the app gives me my entry number and takes my picture that the info does not always cross over to the agent’s screen in MCO term C resulting in confusion, annoyed customs agents, and sometimes comments suggesting I am doing something wrong till they realize it’s them and not me. ✓ Only the government can do this!All excited, I downloaded the app to speed up my next entry at SFO only to find it’s not listed as an airport with Global Entry. Plus the app mentions submitting a photo but it’s not clear whether they want a photo from a global entry kiosk or from the phone. If there’s no guidance in an app and it’s not intuitive, it shouldn’t have been built or (prematurely) released. ✓ Premature ReleaseHere’s a thought, don’t release an app, or include ports of entry if that particular port isn’t utilizing the app (or has never even heard of the app, for that matter). Went through ATL yesterday and the officers literally had no clue about this app. Did not cause any problems more than a 2 minute delay to go back to the kiosk, but seems to me this was rushed to roll out and should be communicated with its officers about its use..Mp-10-2023Version: 1.0.2
