✓ UsernameI use the old adobe connect for online classes and i have a username and a password for signing in which are working fine on the old app but this new app doesn’t accept my username and keeps asking for email address that i dont have!!!.Version: 3.1.1

✓ Garbage appAbsolute garbage. Always crashes. Rarely works. By the time it’s let you into the room the meeting is done. This is on current up to date Operating Systems and devices.Version: 3.1
✓ No use to hostsThis latest iteration of Adobe Connect app has solved some issues but introduced others. Great to see HTML pods supported, but the way they are presented is unpredictable. Fewer 'unsupported content' notices are popping up, but that doesn't mean you can actually read the content. The customisable pods are particularly hit or miss. The initial overview screen is good, but the big issue for me as a host is that there is little control. The classic app made a useful (if limited) back up where I could control the session as a host if needed. It would never be my first choice, but a good safety net. That functionality, and hence the only benefit of the app for me as a host, has been lost in this version. If a student has sound issues on their computer, or limited bandwidth and is getting jumpy sound, I recommend the app to help there. Otherwise I tell them to avoid it, as the experience is vastly inferior to the computer experience. The web browser works better on the mobile devices than the app. I can't see the point of it now tbh. University Lecturer.Version: 3.4

✓ Irritating issueHello to the team of Adobe connect I have a huge problem with this application that always bother me I can't go to the meeting when i tap open the meeting on chrome browser, Safari, Firefox & ... . It stocks in a loop and tell me to install app! But i already did! It happens to me a lot. Like 20% of times that i wanna go to a meeting. And recently No matter how hard i try to fix it, even if i reinstall the app, clearing cashes, it won't work. I lost so many classes because of this And the thing is that we can't always expect our classmate or teacher to send us URL code & link, they're busy with class and it's a burden on their shoulders to send links all the time when they didn't face the same problem... I hope you fix it in the next version... I really do because my educations attached to your app.Version: 3.0.2
✓ Not ADA CompliantAdobe Connect does not support ADA accessibility. I had to download the app because I need to access audio using my phone and assisted hearing devices. The app was absolutely terrible. The audio cut out often and the app completely crashed every 10-15 minutes. The desktop version also had a significant delay in the video. There was a lag in lip movement that did not match what the speakers were saying. I really expect more compliance and quality from Adobe..Version: 3.3
✓ ChoppyVery glitchy in this version. Hope the update fixes issues. Make it easier to connect or share the link for the room. Be able to exit the chat box without restarting. Slide shows don’t work nice. I haven’t tried anything else.Version: 3.5
✓ UnbelievableI’m giving this app one star for the singular fact that Adobe is so incompetent that instead of updating “Adobe Connect” from v2 to v3 they released an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT APP (“Adobe Connect New”), leaving those on the “original” Adobe Connect (which is going on three years with no updates as I write this in May 2023) stuck with all its bugs, fails, and poor performance for time immemorial. Because why use the model used by every other known app in the galaxy whereby your app automatically updates via App Store at night when you’re asleep, when you can cross your fingers and hope that your users magically discover that the only way to ever get past the nightmare that is v2 is to install an entirely new app?! If Adobe was smart, they would have looked at this and taken the opportunity to rebrand the app to at least hide the appearance of incompetence (say, for example, “Adobe Connect is now Adobe Together”) which would have clued people in and gotten them to App Store (“hmm, I have Adobe Connect, but I need Adobe Together for this meeting, I’d better go to App Store to download Together”). But no. I mean, come on, what is Adobe going to do when it comes time to update “Adobe Connect New” from v3 to v4, release “Adobe Connect New Newer Newest”?! Alas, to add insult to injury, the incompetence doesn’t end there, with Adobe—the world leader in image editing software—providing screen shots in App Store for Adobe Connect New that are rotated 90º out of horizontal. I don’t know whether to laugh or cry..Version: 3.4

✓ Needs more workWhen redirecting from a web site to a server the auto login process fails. After installing there should be a link available in Force Touch in order to open the relative link in adobe connect but the Force Touch link is not available..Version: 3.3.1

✓ The worst out thereAdobe Connect is the worst platform out there. I am only using it as I am forced to do so. Unfortunately my university uses Adobe Connect for all lectures. I am not really sure why we do not use Zoom, Microsoft Teams or any other platforms. I think they started using it years ago when there was less competition. Although, nowadays it has really fallen behind modern technologies..Version: 3.3
