✓ Can be betterI downloaded the game the first time, ruined by the ads so deleted it. It popped up again so I gave it a second try. Ads were much better. I did not mind paying for a couple of powerups and lives. However, I discovered another issue. The powerups and lives cost way too much. Even I paid for coins or the bundles, I can only play for may be another round (5 lives that do not last) at the most. Buying lives and powerups will only last me for another one or two levels, which kills my want to even pay..Version: 2.29.2
✓ What is wrong with the 5 level rescue bonus game???Please address the current issue for this bonus game. It gets stuck at level 2 where it shows 2 remaining people as goals to be rescued but there is no available options where they are located?! No door to be opened nor another area to explore? What happened to your update?? I suggested higher money rewards as you progress through the game but you have removed the freebies as part of rewards! Yes, you added money rewards but they were so LOW… It cannot even afford one power up purchase like boots. Whats wrong with you guys???.Version: 2.13.1
✓ Lost all my progress with updateI loved this game so much that I was over level 200. I updated the game and it lost all my progress and now will not let me log in with apple which is how I saved my progress. ✓ It’s addicting BUT…Okay so let me start with the good. I love this game. It’s challenging, addicting and fun BUT it does come with some frustrations. Boosters and the additional time is expensive and the rewards are not nearly enough for boosters. If you want that, you need to spend your own money or watch an awful amount of ads. The worst part, you think you’re getting ready to finish a level on time and then bam, the person on the ground or trapped take 5 seconds to actually get up and exit. I’ve had to replay levels over and over because they take their sweet time getting up. They should be up and moving when the time bar is done but nooooo…. I’ve been trying to get these 3 little people out the exit door for days… Again it’s fun, just be prepared to be frustrated..Version: 2.32.0
✓ Has potentialI enjoy the game play with the exception of a few things. Some of the levels seem impossibly difficult. I like a challenge but I shouldn’t need to play the same level for days at a time and still not be able to pass it. The option to watch an ad for extra time or a free booster would help. Instead I have to spend a week collecting the daily bonus to get 3500 coins for some extra time. Playing the same level over and over for a week is no fun. Also, I’m tired of not getting credit for the ads I watch. I will watch a full ad and then get a pop up that says “Ads are not available, please try again later”. ✓ Not worth my timeI really like the concept of the game I wanted do enjoy it but is impossible! First time when I downloaded this game you couldn’t skip the adds and it was really annoying and then they changed it. And then the levels become impossible to pass without bosster so I needed watch adds to get boosters but each add was giving only 70 coins which it’s nothing. And then they changed it to 250 coins per add which I was really happy with that. And now they limited the adds and they changed the rewards to 70 coins again. ✓ DisappointingSince the latest update there has been changes which have affected the game play. It now costs 350 coins for extra time instead of 200 coins meaning that it can sometimes take me longer to complete a level due to having to wait for the daily gift. Free Boosters are few and far between than before the update and also the time you get per level doesn't give you enough time to complete unless you get extra time. ✓ Ads cause crashingI have this game on my computer and my iPad. On the pc the game is great, on the iPad, every time I watch an ad, the whole app crashes. I can’t get any rewards for watching adds. ✓ Amazing game, but…There is no denying this game is addictive and I had reached level 1300 but then I had a level that froze. I completed it and the timer stopped but it didn’t complete. This happened about 5 times and I gave up. I ended up uninstalling and downloading again hoping this would fix it. ✓ 1 star for purchasing complaintI have seen more complaints about paying real money in the game more than any of the reviews here. That’s because what’s being said over and over by many said is true. You never accumulate enough bonuses and coins. It’s always extremely limited. Makes the levels more difficult and they are already MORE THAN challenging. Time on the level and in-level bonuses and tasks in the level are set up in a way that almost forces you to buy with real money. Everything takes so long..some tasks wasting more time than necessary. Characters that are already at a piece on the board, for some reason, don’t do the task and it waits for another “clone” character (who equally can do the same task) to run across the board, which wastes time..all the while there was a character already right there at the task you need to get done. Prices are quite expensive for so few coins. I have seen the complaint of pushing to purchase over and over again. This will seemingly, NEVER be changed. It was fun for a short time and now levels are getting nearly impossible. Resources needed to complete levels at the end suddenly all come up as resources you don’t need, all the while the time is running out. Expensive pricing and pushing to buy coins is a HUGE complaint being ignored and many feel exactly this way..Version: 2.15.0

✓ Ads have ruined gameI understand ads to support the game. First of all, the rewards that you now get for the event where you finish 5 levels are pathetic. It used to be 24 hour of lives and a little bit of money which I was neutral on. Then it went to 12 hours of lives, 15 minutes of the help that generates supplies and coin. This one I loved. Now you only get 10 minutes of that help and coin. The problem is now there are ads after every level and you only actually get to use that help for about 5 minutes because of the ad interruption. The ads quite often malfunction and when they do, I have to play the previous level again. I usually only have challenge levels to play. I am assuming that they are randomly generated by the game but it seems that I only get the super hard levels which sometimes take days to be able to beat. Even with the difficulty, I get the same levels over and over about once a week which is boring. We also used to get a chest we could open every 2 hours and now we only get it sporadically. Sometimes I can get 5 for the whole day and other times it only appears once. This game used to be fun but with the rewards getting to be lame and the ads, you have lost me as a player. It is also obvious by reading the reviews with the same complaints and the lame excuses that you do not care about keeping the players you already have..Version: 2.12.1

The game freezes before I’m awarded them and when I have to relaunch the app it shows I completed the level but no rewards were given. ✓ Great concept, poor executionMost levels are nearly impossible, with absolutely no room for error or even a second wasted, and the hard ranked levels, forget about it, you need a booster to win. Boosters and coins are insanely priced compared to other games and the amount of coins you get vs the cost to use them is ridiculous, no other game model is built like that. Also, the rewards generally are poor. Not enough money when you complete a level and very little of anything else. Probably will delete now. Shame. ✓ Glitchy on higher levelsOn level 572 the game continues to give the wrong daily prizes. It is not on a 24 hour timer and often resets to day one. We miss out on the better prizes all the time. Also, some levels are glitchy and responders just stand there with plenty of available tasks numbered. And supplies are LOCKED at times and are unable to be used. For example I had 55 tool boxes and couldn’t choose a task that cost only 20. There are some levels in the challenge mode that stop giving you the items you need to open doors or save rage victims. So what are you suppose to do when the newspapers or food isn’t being offered and the time is still ticking? Your men are literally just standing around waiting for food and supplies to open doors or save victims. This game is a ripoff and I have deleted it and told several people not to even download it. ✓ Fun game but expensiveThe game is super fun and easy to play. But if you want the power ups you need to pay for them and they are not worth the cost. It’s 450 coins per power up which adds up to a bit of money. I paid $30 for coins and only used them for power ups and the coins are running out. The coins have only lasted a few games. So once the rest of the purchased coins run out, I’ll probably delete the game so I’m not tempted to pay for more as I go. Good to know if the kids are playing. ✓ Game is a ScamDon’t waste your time. Levels are ok but the whole set up is a scam - you need to either pay or watch adverts to earn coins or boosters. Some levels are impossible to pass without them however you will watch an advert (double the length of ads on other apps) and AFTER you watch it a notification comes up saying “Error. Advertising not available try again later” so they get paid for getting ad views you get nothing but a dose of boredom. App support is non-existent. Waste of time..Version: 2.34.0
