Congrats to the team. Fave highlights: +Love sharing workouts on the feed. Makes me accountable and learn from what others are doing. +Monthly workout stats are incredibly useful. Helps me focus on neglected muscle groups. (Legs!) +Excercises and performance improvements are added all the time. Super sets… yes! Requests: +Love to be able to load previous workouts or workouts I see in the feed. +Can you add estimates on 1 rep max? Would be super helpful when setting my weights. Amazing training toolThe support is amazing. I’m trying to become the 2.0 version of myself and this app helps hold me accountable. As a person over 30, it hard to go to the gym and workout. Only fitness tracker i’ll use!I use this app exclusively to track all my workouts, I found the detection to be very impressive and it’s pretty accurate. It helps so much to be able to see my past workouts as well so I can use progressive overload. I also find it funny when I jog to the water fountain and the app says “tracking box jumps” lol. Very good and innovative but still so much potential 😎Having downloaded the app today after seeing it on Tik Tok would you believe , I tried it out I am happy to say I thoroughly enjoyed using it for many reasons…😁 -the ease of not having to input every exercise as it auto detects what ones you’re doing (if it’s wrong it’s so simple to change it with a couple taps)✅ -it learns your movements so if the app wrongly guesses your exercise it will adapt to you and know for future sessions ✅ -the fact I don’t have to go on my phone at all makes the gym experience so much quicker✅ -the detail on the phone of various stats of completed workouts✅ There are a few more reasons why however these are the ones that stand out to me the most so far. Improvements I would like to see in the future… -a cardio function so I can add it to the workout would be great -a leaderboard between my friends (might already exist but I can not find one) -a dark mode for the app would be really cool but that’s just me being picky 😬 -an manual option to add an exercise which doesn’t exist on the app / variants of an exercise e.g military press vs push press -a way of incorporating drop sets somehow -there having been a few bugs on the app but nothing major and at the rate the app is moving I’m sure it will be resolved very quickly I am not yet to use this on a leg day yet which to I will be very intrigued as I don’t know how well it’s gonna work but it may just surprise me! I needed this years agoBeen using it for the last two days and I’m amazed how sweet the UI is on the Apple Watch. Less time consuming on marking down my reps and I love the fact that I can customize the workouts on this watch. $70 per year was a bit pricey for my taste but the reality is that it leaves more time to train and less time to log. Thank you for this amazing app. My only suggestion is making a group offer like $250 for family sharing, that or make the monthly rate to $10..Version: 2.1.0

Wish they did not reduce features for free usersGreat app and worked amazing. The free version had kept a lot of common exercises free, but the new update took a lot of it away and put it behind a pay wall. Really enjoying this appVery convenient little app for workout tracking. Love how easily it can detect what workout your preforming with the auto detecting feature and how easy it is to manually lookup and enter one that isn’t. Been using for a week now and already know that this is now going to be used every time I workout. The stats section is a great bonus. It shows what muscle groups I’ve been hitting and the areas I need to focus more on. One thing I wish would be different is when super setting. Very useful, easy to use and great visual feedbackI first tried Train a few weeks ago and I don’t know why I didn’t earlier. What I love about this app is that I can see myself progress throughout the weeks, which motivates me to do better the next times I workout. It’s so simple to use, I just press start and the beginning of the workouts and the app does the rest: Tracks your heart rate (through a graph), burnt calories, exercices done, the muscles you worked (showed on a human diagram), the sets and reps and so much more. I have used other training apps in the past which were good but this just hit a new level by combining it with multiple technologies the Apple Watch offers..Version: 1.2.2

Just excellentI have now used this for 10 months and I have come back to re-review. The most recent updates have continued to improve the app. It auto detects the exercise you do and counts the number of reps. All you have to do is set the weight (you can edit rep etc if it you disagree with the app). As soon as you finish the set there is an adjustable rest timer which subtly taps your wrist when it is time to go. This app keeps you accountable to your work out plan and allows you to keep track of everything you do. The app never crashes, doesn’t drain the Watch battery and i use it every time I lift… They’ve now added advanced metrics to track your 1RM and average weight lifted each workout per exercise so you can make sure you’re progressing. It has changed the way I work out for the better..Version: 2.0.1

Great softwareThe ability to identify exercises and rest time is quite remarkable. That being said, I really wish it had the ability to input pre-set workout routines so that you could see what set/exercise is up next (as soon as you finish a set), and what amount of weight/reps you did on that exact set last time you worked out. Hit start on the app and get moving!That's actually how it works for auto-detected workouts. I was a bit confused at first because the app asks for a weight amount, but I was going to do jumping jacks, so no weights. It turns out that once it auto-detects the exercise, it will set the weight to "BW" for a bodyweight exercise. And if you _do_ decide to use weights, you could fill that in for this value. Nice! I did two sessions of 3 sets of 50 reps for a total of 300 jumping jacks. It did undercount the reps by a few and you can set it so it "learns" your motion. It looked like it over-counted the calories based on the MET values so I reported this. A bug was identified and a fix is likely coming in a couple of weeks. Great support so far! Overall I like the concept a lot. Just get up and go. Looking forward to how this develops..Version: 1.8.0

Great app - almost perfectGreat app with great AI detection and accuracy. What would make it even better is if it remembered the weight being used on the same exercise during a workout. For example if I am supersetting presses with flyes it should adjust the weight back rather than having to do it manually or forgetting and it thinking that I have flyed 100kg. Fantastic app!I’ve been an avid weightlifter for 20 years and I always have struggled keeping tabs on my lifts (number of reps, weight lighted, 1 rep max, etc) but this app does it all! With this app you can start working out and it will figure out what exercises you’re doing and it will track your reps. All you have to do is tell it how much you’re lifting and it does the rest.
