✓ I wanted so badly to love this gameThe game is very fun! It’s a typical time management game, but I love the fashion aspect. The problem is there’s a fine line between challenging and possible and this game can’t even see the line. I imagine if you could upgrade fast enough it would be a lot easier, but the upgrades are so expensive compared to the pay outs and you lose so often, that unless you’re willing to spend money on boosts, you can’t possibly make every customer happy. I’m at a level now where you have to have a perfect shift. Not one single customer in the red, at all, which is pretty impossible anyway, but the necklace maker is so slow, even just three people demanding a necklace at the same time, which happens two out of three times is an automatic lose. Plus thirty minutes in order to get one new life? That is such a long wait and is a big turn off. In conclusion, I love the concept of this game and wanted to love it, but there’s way too many problems which makes it not worth playing..Version: 1.2.1

✓ Great game way too buggyI have the same issue as most here, the game has glitched and now won’t let me enter. I woke up one morning at it had crashed, re-installed and it put me back to the start and my ad free purchases were wiped. I re-installed again and it worked for a couple of levels then crashed, at this point I can’t open the game past the initial screen. DON’T bother and definitely DON’T spend money, you’ll lose it..Version: 1.10.0
✓ Too GlitchyThis game is actually really fun, and I loved it until level 56 of the second shop. It started becoming really glitchy, and levels 56-59 would never end. I used rubies to get extra customers to meet my goal, and the extra customers never came….so the game was just stuck and wouldn’t finish the level. I ended up having to play all these levels multiple times, and use rubies each time. I paid actual money for the rubies, so due to all the glitches I lost about $10 worth of rubies and power ups. I tried contacting them and was completely ignored. I am now scared to play future levels in case this happens again and I lose even more money. If you play, don’t buy anything because you will just lose it all due to poor gameplay. I feel robbed!.Version: 1.8.0

✓ Unfair money eaterThis game is honestly too challenging. The balloon maker in masquerade is so slow and three people want it at the exact same time. To get upgrades it’s so expensive. If I could go back and forth between stores to make money I would. But it seems if you want anything good you have to spend extra money. There have been a couple in every shop where it doesn’t let you click on the customer. However now I am on he beach store it had gotten worse. There’s so many levels where I can’t click on anything. Particularly the yellow rooms. It means I cannot progress in the game. And I have spent money on gems too and more on your other game Doorman Story. ✓ Make it fairI played Doorman Story until it ran out of levels and suggested this game. I started this one and I like it but it gets SO frustrating that the game forces you to get the upgrades no matter how well you do on a level. I’m currently on level 54 and I am always 6 coins short. Legit - it doesn’t matter if I have the perfect game or some people who get in the red zone I am exactly 6 coins short from beating it. I’ve also run into the problem of trying to tap on someone and it wouldn’t work so I am forced to waste a life. Please, atleast make this game fair. I'm on the second shop and most of the levels are impossible to complete without using boosters. Most upgrades don't even feel like they do much. Mark's speed should always be as fast or a little slower than he is with the fast shoes booster. ✓ Too in-your-face Money HungryThis game would be perfect if it allowed continuation of play on previous boards, and if it didn’t scream “give me more MONEY” with the paid upgrades that every customer must pass through before checking out of the store. While we don’t have to elect to purchase those additional upgrades (drinking machine and teddy bear booth), we are treated to red-faced, angry customers who pass through them unsatisfied. It’s distracting and detracts from the enjoyment of the game. It’s like the game makers are yelling at the player for not spending more money. I’ve already paid for several packages of boosts and coins, how much more do they want from me? ✓ I’d love to like this gameI’d love to like this game and rate it 5 stars however, every time I get to level 10 (this is an example) and I exit the game and open it up to play it or log in it crashes and refuses to load. I’m on IOS and update is to date. I’ve tried restarting my apple device, putting it in airplane mode (and then loading it/then putting it off airplane mode) and nothing will work. I saved my progress and reinstalled the game after deleting it originally twice last night and it still crashes. ✓ Love this game with exceptionsI loved doorman story and love this one and have updated to 1.2.0, but have issues with the game not responding to my touch and it won’t let me tap on customers after I pick up an item for them. Having trouble passing levels when I can’t do this. If this could be fixed, the issue was fixed in doorman story this would definitely earn 5 stars. Fun way to pass time. ✓ It’s fun but…This game is really addictive and fun however I have a problem with the fact that we can’t complete levels in the first shop after we unlock the second one. When the levels on the second shop become too hard, I wish I had the option to go back to the first shop and earn money to get upgrades for the new shop. This is not the case. Because of this I will have to sit on one level for days trying to pass it. I also don’t like that we have to buy a new item such as the water cooler every shop. I bought the water cooler thinking that I would have it for every shop but there’s a toy machine you must buy for the second shop. This is very disappointing and clearly very money motivated. ✓ Never played a more frustrating gameI loved this game when I first started playing it, but I quickly realized it’s absolutely ridiculous. They make a round or two fairly easy and fun to play, then BAM. A series of near impossible rounds where everyone needs something and you have a line 6 deep. I understand their main objective is to get you to buy gems or pay for the stupid little side machines pumping out things that will make people happy (like lotion in the beach shop), but I’ve about had it with this game. ✓ I like the game but there are a bunch of bugsI’ve noticed several instances where I’ll tap on a client and it won’t let me deliver their requested goods. I’ve also noticed times where I’ll have to click on cleaning supplies or the necklaces 2-3 times before I can pick them up, or I’ll clearly click on the necklaces and it’ll grab cleaning supplies or vice versa. It makes the game frustrating when I’m close to beating a level and end up losing because no matter how many times I click something I can’t do the task I’m trying to do. ✓ Fun Game to Have but..I like this game and the way its story’s made and the general concept. My problem is when the hard levels gets too hard for even when I have ALL the improvements. I bought the water machine even though I regret because it affected my customers and it seems like you HAVE to use boosters in order to complete a level. I was in the first store, level 60 and did it multiple times with all improvements but to no avail. It wasn’t until I had to buy boosters to get me to complete it and I wish I didn’t have to do that because I had used them in the previous hard levels. ✓ DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THIS GAME!Fun when it works as intended, but the cramped level designs packed with overlapping hit boxes will cause you to fail again and again. When you try to tap on something, your tap often registers on something above or below it instead, e.g. You try to tap the cashier to check out customers and instead pick up a dress from the rack on the floor above her. In a game where your success or failure hinges on tapping the right thing at the right time, this is unacceptably poor game design. In a game where you’re also encouraged to spend real money on boosters to help you beat it, it could be criminal. I don’t know if it’s incompetent programming or thievery via deliberate sabotage, but either way you’ll be ripped off if you spend money on this game. ✓ Game cheatsLoved this game the first several levels but as it went on it kept freezing and won’t let you pass level until you waste a bunch of gems. It freezes as you are going to be able to just get enough to beat the board. Reading the reviews this sounds like it happens to many. Customer service quickly responds with automated system asking for your email and the does absolutely nothing. No extra lives or gems all while forcing you to purchase extra if you want to pass and then still freezing up. This is the same for the other apps produced by this company..Version: 1.5.2

Had to keep spending diamonds to get more people to hit the coin goal. ✓ Fun game but poor response timeI was on level 5? When I noticed that I had to continuously tap the cashier; I’m talking throughout the game while trying to get the guy to clean and bring jewelry. The cashier is poorly done as she isn’t responsive to tapping. I should only have to tap her once to get her to cash out a customer; not throughout the entire level just hoping she cashes one customer out all level. ✓ Love the game too many glitchesI love this game and doorman story for its type of play - started this one as I maxed out doorman story and even spent money. After a fun first shop I went to bed only for it to freeze this morning. Reinstalled and it made me start over - wasting the real money I spent - and now it freezes at level 16 even with reinstalling. This seems to happen with every update to either game - makes it frustrating when you want to play. I think I have now wasted $15 and it won’t work - what a shame.Version: 1.9.1

✓ Still buggy!!!Even more bugs now. Level Completion still goes to a yellow blank screen which you have to force close app and Daily spin now won’t disappear even when you begin level, the spin wheel is still on the screen.
