✓ This app made me lose confidence in SamsungThis app is perhaps the worst app on the Apple Store and a disgrace to Samsung. As I help my mother transfer her files between new and old Samsung phones, I am forced to download this cesspool of an app. Ignore the usual poor interface, the real crime is the app claims “not enough space” referring to the OLD PHONE. Explain how I can’t transfer to a new LARGER phone? Apparently I need to free up 2.7 GB so I choose not to transfer 17 GB of apps. But the genius Samsung Switch claims that I still need to free 2.1 GB??? To add insult to injury, online sources show this issue has been around for years? A total joke, absolutely pathetic.
