✓ Love it but could do with a few tweaksThis is a brilliant game, I was hooked from the start. It does, however, get a bit repetitive after a bit. Expanding the farm would make it so much more interesting, and more mini games along the way rather than just slashing down plants and farming all the time..Version: 0407.2

✓ Lack of energyIm level 9 and have 50 full energy. On the third location, it’s costs 65 energy to clear one big rock to continue the story, and hiding behind that rock is another that requires 34 energy to clear.. cool game but pointless when you can only play for 3 minutes at a time (including building/creating/planting things at the homeland)… I even spent money to buy energy and rubies and was all spent in less than 5 minutes, with very little reward. Yeah, you can make energy with nuts and berries but the amount needed vs the amount created is stupid. Can only make 15 energy at a time, and one of the main things you always need is bamboo, which is 20 energy to clear!! (Among other items which are just as expensive) Reduce the amount of energy needed to clear items or increase the amount of energy for the player by at least double..Version: 0377.0

✓ Love the game, but…This game is very fun and relaxing. I have bought a few energy pack, but without paying for energy, you can play for max 5 minutes and then have to wait several hours, even when you use the different ways to get energy like cooking the fruits and playing the memory cards game. Once the daily renewable energy pack I bought will be done, I don’t think I will still play. The energy bank vs the energy required is way out of balance. ✓ Struggling to keep up with the gameHey guys, absolutely love the game, but I really do think you need to listen to a lot of your reviews and what is being said repeatedly. Great game but it’s hard work to keep energised. I am literally at the point where I can only stay on the game 5 minutes or so before I run out of coins or energy without having to think about buying more, which I am reluctant to do given how long either coins or energy last. I get that it’s all about making money for you, but it surely must also be about keeping people interested in your game and getting them to stay with you. ✓ Support for this game is terrible.I used the “delete account” button in the game settings to have my game progress reset. It took me to a form for privacy data deletion. The reply from that email told me to contact support, which I did. However, they very politely told me that I was a LIAR, and I couldn’t have gotten to that form without selecting privacy data deletion specifically. I have sent them a video proving that I was telling the truth, but they will likely continue to say that I am a liar. ✓ Love the set up & function but..As much as I love the concept of this game and the set up, it takes entirely to long to accumulate energy to play. Also the energy points go way to fast. The homestead requires work to clear out to make room and specific items to build with minimal slots to produce, fill orders and build plus energy required to clear land means you spend majority of your time waiting around unless you have tons of money to advance. I’ve spend $50 in the past 5 days to basically accumulate nothing and make it past 4 quests. Just to expensive for me. ✓ Quest stress.This is a brilliant game, but the further in you go the more stressful it becomes, there are far too many things to do and nowhere near enough energy. I’m currently in sacred mountain but you go down and up and in and out trying to find chests, but you are also expected to fill orders and on the board and cable cars then on top of that you have the captains ship hold full of items to merge which is yet another timed thing I am not able to finish ! This is so annoying and only having 56 for energy is ridiculous. Yes you can generate more energy by using the nutcrusher, bonfire, etc but the supplies are not available quick enough. Don’t think I will be continuing on to the next area. As I seem now to be stuck in the mist of sacred mountain. Such a shame. Have just started the valley of the poets which is also timed not going to be able to finish as I need to purchase keys to finish this particular level before I take the balloon to the next. When going to the dungeon there are no spears in my inventory. The first and second time, support insisted I had received them. Let’s see if they call me a liar again this time I opened two crates then filled them along with one I partially filled the day before. I then went to the dungeon and no spears were there again. If I’m told I have had them again and therefore calling me a liar again, this game will be deleted. Everything costs energy to do and often doing only 2 things takes all of your energy away then you cannot play anymore. There is ways to earn more energy but unfortunately it is not enough to sustain gameplay. This gets frustrating as you can only play for a couple of minutes and energy refill after time away is very low which does not reflect the amount of energy required to play. ✓ Nice concept but extremely slowAfter the first few chapters, the energy needed to play the game is in very short supply. Meaning you wait 1 hour to fill your energy which allows you to make two actions. Then repeat. I don’t have the “energy” in or outside of the game to trudge along clearing two bits of debris for hours and hours to progress through the game.
