✓ Game Glitch Makes Me LoseI do like this game and I’m addicted, but it’s getting to the point now where I feel like the game is trying to make me lose. As the timer runs down and I’m on my last few matches, the pieces suddenly decide to gently float their way towards the collecting spot, usually missing it completely, instead of snapping to it like it had been. I’ve lost several games because I was clicking so fast I hadn’t notice a piece missed. Then when I try to catch up, every time I touch a piece it just gently floats somewhere else instead of snapping to the circle. ✓ Support Link Not WorkingThought I would write a review because when I click on App Support, get the terms of service, and click the link for support, the link does not work. I love the game and would rate it at 4-5 stars, but not if I can’t get support. I am using a 2021 iPad Pro 12.9 inch screen running the latest IOS 16. The problem is, when I start a new level and the items fall down, the screen freezes completely after the items are in place. It’s not every time, but it happens quite a bit. ✓ Inconsistent playFreezes often during play. Sometimes you are able to tap objects and the move to where they should go and other times they only move part way. Other times I have to resort to dragging the objects. All this is time consuming which causes me to lose the games as the timer runs out. This did not happen the first several times I played the game but then after I was really enjoying the game, the pauses and freezing started to happen in regular play mode and even in competition mode. I usually delete games within 10 minutes of getting them, but I’ll keep this one! Update: once I reached level 16-17, all of a sudden I’m getting ads after each game. ✓ Impossible to reach level 50 without spending $$I don’t mind spend money on games if it makes the game more entertaining for me to play, but I absolutely hate when a game developer makes it impossible to pass a certain level without spending money or watching 30 adds. In this game, level 49 is absolutely impossible to get passed unless you have at least 10 time freezes and 100 coins to extend time. Even then you must average a match every 2 seconds. ✓ Why I’m Deleting this App1. I only play a few games but I have never had any games with this many ads and with such long ads. I’ve bought games before and discovered they have almost as many ads but disguised to make you think you aren’t getting ads — as if we are all morons. So I won’t buy games. I don’t mind ads but this game is ridiculous. 2. When you tap on pairs in this game, many times instead of going into the circle they fly across the board. When I am pairing at a fast clip and those pieces start flying around or only one goes into the circle, it could lose me the game because I’m already 4 pairs ahead when I see the first didn’t go in. That means I have to go back and redo rose 4 pairs. I tap on them just fine so it’s not how I’m tapping. I should not have to tap on a piece then chase it all over the board so I don’t lose it. ✓ About The Time…About the time you get going in this game, ads pop up. And they are at least 1 minute ads. If you do well, the game slows down and the movement slows, the objects don’t go into the match box and you have to hit it several times towards the end of the game, so, of course you lose a turn. It is fun and relaxing; but, I usually end up leaving and going to other games pretty quickly, especially after a game’s action is deliberately slowed down..InpennyVersion: 1.25.2

In all fairness, I did not report it the first time as I thought I made a mistake. The second time, I received an automated response, this time nothing. If your teammates thank you for the gift of 50 coins, I believe that shows you paid for the pass (and yes I sent a photo). ✓ Where do the M coins go??I love this game, but I pay to get the “M”coins and they just disappear! One level I will be up to 150 coins, and when I go to play the next level, I see the coins are down to 20. (Not exact numbers but you get the idea). I don’t want to be paying for coins and other “help” if they just disappear. What a waste of money. Also, the time I get to clear a board in most levels is crazy.
