✓ Bit sticky and not enough board spaceThe pictures are charming, but assembling them is difficult in such a restricted board space. I don’t like always having to work from the rack - I would prefer space to move colour sets on to the board before assembling components of the picture. I often found the pieces ‘sticky’ - sometimes it’s really hard to move a piece from the rack to the board, and then around the board, which really mars the pleasure of the activity..Version: 2.0.10
✓ False AdvertisingIf there is one thing I can’t stand, it’s false advertising! The ad that prompted me to download this game said right in it “no annoying ads”. After playing one game, there was an ad for this very game in which it said “no anoying ads”. Ok, maybe they don’t count ads for their own game as an ad..? But, before I could start the next game, there was another ad for an external app! Now I have no problem with ads. Developers need to earn a living. But be honest! If you’re going to advertise “no ads”, then there should be none! The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the game itself is pretty good. But I hate dishonesty so only 2 stars it is! Edit: Unfortunately, I’m going to have to downgrade this another star. As if it wasn’t bad enough that that there are ads with an app that had advertised none, with the latest update, the ads are now even more frequent and some ads last A FULL MINUTE followed by a secondary screen which adds even more time. ✓ Not happy with the changeI’ve been using this jigsaw app for some time and have loved it. In fact, it was my favorite jigsaw app and I deleted the others. However, recently there has been a change that will probably result in the deletion of this app in favor of another jigsaw app. As long as I have used this app, the picture was the same size as the unfinished puzzle, but in the past few days that has changed. Now the helpful puzzle picture is only a small square that’s not really helpful for me because I can’t see it in enough detail. For this reason, I’m giving the app only three stars. Had it not been for this unnecessary change, I would have given the app five stars..Version: 1.4.3

✓ I REALLY HATE THE NEW UPDATE!I Love this puzzle app, but i really hate the new update that i can’t slide my finished rows all the way off screen either to the left or right. Also, perhaps I am crazy because, i love to put all of the pieces on the board before i start connecting. I can’t stand that I have to tap or double tap(idk) the row on the bottom where all of the pieces are on the slider to get one because if I don’t and I forget to tap it correctly(whatever way is), then i’d end up sliding one of the ones already placed on the board to another spot or back onto the slider making me have to go back and put it back where i’d already placed it. I can somewhat deal with the 1st issue I have, but the 2nd complaint i have is a BIG turn off for me on this app that i once LOVED, as i’m disabled and do not work and have no life. This app kept me highly entertained for hours daily, now I get too frustrated before I can even finish placing my pieces so i just end up and closing the app. 😞.Version: 2.0.0
✓ Dropped from 5 Star :(LOVED this puzzle app until a recent update! i would spend hour after hour working on puzzles. 1. the option to see several puzzle pieces and select multiple to place on the board is gone. having the capability to see that many pieces at once AND select multiple was truly a game-changer. incredibly helpful and was a huge part of what made this app fun. sliding through to search for and place one piece at a time gets irritating. 2. the eye icon to view the entire picture changed, and now you have a smaller picture that you have to enlarge and move around. not a bad idea — i see how some would prefer this option, given that you could keep the photo on the board AND place pieces simultaneously. BUT, i think this should be an option in settings, to allow the user to choose which style they’d like their eye-icon-previews. those are the two changes i think everyone has noticed. the previous styles were what made this puzzle app unique and stand above other puzzle apps. that being said, i do still love this app and rely on it to wind down for bed. the picture options are endless… with several new puzzles added daily, there is an incredible selection of high quality photos to choose from and i know i’ll never run out of fun, intriguing puzzles. with the next update, i hope you’ll revert these changes and bring us back the piece-selector option and the larger preview! thank you! :).Version: 1.4.4
✓ Lost 000’s of Gems and all “My Puzzles” Apple PencilWith my new iPad and new Apple Pencil, for months, this app has been my daily companion. Suffering a recent brain injury, the slide and glide, colors, photographs, gestures, and all workings have continued to play a significant part in my restoration therapy…until recently. I purchased the game. Suddenly, with “rotate” selected, the pieces no longer rotate with the Apple Pencil. My first inclination was to check the Help Center. Nothing to suggest the pieces no longer rotating. So I turn to you, my trusted compatriots who love this puzzle game as much as I, for anyone who might experience the same. Customer Service Chat responded with a hope to update the game soon as they are aware of ongoing problems. Now, they say check the new update. All aspects work as usual but for the puzzle pieces rotating with the new Apple Pencil. I’ve uninstalled, lost all of my gems and saved puzzles, re-installed, tried, and tried again, to no avail. A few re-downloads later, still nothing. My iPad and Pencil work with all apps, but this one, (for rotating pieces). For fear of sounding dramatic, I feel as though I’ve lost a trusted calming, restorative companion that has helped me through a tough time. Any help on this is warmly embraced. They were so good, and suddenly there are little circles round each piece so I can’t see edges, and any apparent help is in a script I don’t understand. Each piece has unhelpful numbers too. ✓ I would like it more if…When you complete a puzzle it instantly switches to an ad. It’s not the ad that’s the problem-it’s the fact that you can’t even enjoy the picture you just worked to complete. The icons of the puzzles are small in the library & when you choose one the screen changes to the blank canvas & all the puzzle pieces. You work to fill it in & it immediately disappears! Not even a few seconds to enjoy your work. You don’t see it again until a few short ads are run & then it finally shows again. I’m not able to enjoy my efforts for even a few seconds. Might sound silly to some, but it really causes me to feel dissatisfied & not wanting to do these puzzles. So, as for me, I’m going to look for another app..Version: 1.4.16
✓ Sample picture is too bigThis is the third time I’ve written about the size of the sample picture. It used to be able to adjust it so the smaller version could be kept to the side and not obstruct the game. Then it became too big and always covers part of the game making it necessary to move the sample time and time again. I resigned myself to not seeing it changed to the adjustable size but I’m in the middle of a 400 piece puzzle and I’m just plain tired of moving the sample off the puzzle so I can see what I’m doing. ✓ Recent update causing issuesJan 1, 2024 Over the past couple days I’ve noticed when I do a puzzle some of the pieces aren’t snapping together even though they belong together.. I have to play around with the pieces and sometimes it won’t go together at all and I have to leave it until I’ve done more of the puzzle, which seems odd. This has been happening just recently, it was working beautifully up til a couple days ago. When I went into the App Store it states there was an update on Dec 26, 2023 to fix bugs. It seems as if the update has created “bugs” for me. Hope you can help as it’s frustrating me and I’m tempted to delete this app and try a different one..Version: 2.5.1
✓ Nice Game Too Many AdsThis is a pleasant and calming, fun jigsaw game with some nice and free pictures. However, you need to be massively patient because the ads are overwhelming. Fair enough the game has to have some income stream but to have to watch 60 minutes of ads BEFORE you start to play, and then frequent ad interruptions while you play is just beyond the pale. ✓ What is the point of having a login?Well they made a login which I was so excited to see happen. It synced three of my completed puzzles so I can see them on my iPad and phone under the finished category, and then it stopped syncing again. I am very clearly logged in on both devices. It’s a great puzzle game but some of the little issues are driving me crazy. There is something that randomly happens where it will take all of the pieces that I have organized along the side to try to work on a particular part of the puzzle and move them to just inside the puzzle border sort of jumbled on top of each other. This serves no functional purpose so please fix this bug..Version: 2.5.1

✓ Love the puzzles, but keeps crashingThey give you the option to watch an ad to remove the watermark and save the picture when you’ve completed the puzzle! Which is great, when it works. The last few times I’ve watched an ad to save the picture, the ad finishes, but then the game goes into a white screen. I’ve updated the app and my device, so that shouldn’t be happening. Also, it’s disappointing that you can’t use the app across multiple devices. For a smaller puzzle I like just being able to use my phone. But if I want to resume that same puzzle on my iPad later, I can’t. It’d be a nice addition. My main concern is the app crashing when I finish the puzzles..Version: 2.0.6
✓ BogusThe puzzles are decent, but the ads for this game are totally full of it. There absolutely are annoying ads, and there’s even a banner at the bottom, that you will touch accidentally while grabbing pieces, which will take you out of the app to your web browser, to a page that doesn’t even load. I would happily pay a reasonable price for a good puzzle game, but $13/month is outrageous. That’s more expensive than most streaming services now. My advice: get off your phone, and do a puzzle in real life. You’ll relax a lot more. So many apps are trying to use “relaxation” as a selling point now. The problem is the phone itself. Put it away. ✓ Not many settingsWhile I love that in this version I can utilize the space outside the puzzle, and I love the select multiple, there are still some strong settings that are lacking on this app. while some may love the X-Large puzzle size I found the size of the puzzle peices (when not on the board) are way too large and take up too much scree. also I thought when purchasing the app(wish it was a one time purchase and not a subscription) would allow for more room with the adds gone; however instead of an add the space is just taken up by a blank space, yet again taking away from the main puzzle area. I also love on other puzzle apps that you can move the peices to the right of the screen or the bottom, while in this app peices go to the right only on smaller size puzzles. That being said it would be great to have a larger amount of peices. 400 seems low compared to other puzzle apps where they have 450 + size puzzles. I’d love the puzzle board to have more of a zoom out feature. the zoom in is perfect. so far this is a much better upgrade compare to the puzzles app version previously..Version: 1.4.21

✓ I kept being knocked out of my gameI have been playing this game since December 2022. Love it! But the last few days I kept getting knocked out of my puzzle to a black screen with a triangle play bitten in the middle. I didn’t dare push the play button for fear of getting a virus. And it wasn’t like when an ad was beginning. I could push the “x” at the top a few times and it would put me back to my puzzle. I kept trying to just get out of it and keep playing, but every few moves with the puzzle pieces it did again. So I deleted the game and rebooted it. Well now I lost all the monthly puzzles I had completed, the over 21,000 points I had accumulated and the button at the bottom of the puzzle you can push to see the rest of the pieces is no longer there. ✓ Love The Puzzles But…Love the puzzles, but I wish there was an option for a one-time payment. I have no issues with developers making money off their work, but honestly, I hate how EVERYthing is moving to subscriptions, and as someone on a fixed income, I can not justify some of them. Some are too hard to cancel, and others there is not enough justification for the cost. I have other apps that use ads in lieu of paid subscriptions, and honestly, some of the puzzles or games are very intricate and yet have way fewer ads. Will be looking for an alternative. This app does have nice options for puzzles, however this is one of those I can’t justify the number of lengthy ads or the subscription cost..Version: 1.4.15
✓ Good app; inappropriate ads.This app is very pleasant and works fine. The problem is the unbearable Royal Match ads. I don’t care if you have long ads. You need to make money from your sponsors. But in a very tumultuous world, many of us would not like to see a person almost burned alive, or crushed, or drowned, or eaten by a snake or whatever it is. Royal Match is a sick game. Having to watch 60 second ads for it ruins this puzzle game. Think about it. Anyone playing a jigsaw puzzle game, putting together pictures of puppies and kittens and flowers, probably doesn’t want to play Royal Match. That is the whole reason that we’re here on this app. But then we have to look at these creepy ads every time we open it? ✓ WAS very happy with this puzzle gameSince I started playing this puzzle app, the features keep changing for the worse! One of my favorite features was having the ability to see the pieces in rows that you can select and move to the puzzle area. We had the option, then it went away. Then it game back for a short time and disappeared again! NOW we have this broom option that sweeps pcs back to the tray. It’s Ok, but I wish I had the select piece option back. It would be nice if you took a poll or give us a way to choose settings with options! I would like to give a five star rating! PLEASE stop changing the features without giving us a choice! This could probably be solved by having a “settings” mode and letting your users decide the position of the piece tray, whether it’s a single row or multiple roe, etc!.Version: 1.4.8

✓ Of All Puzzle Apps This One Is BestAs title says, of all the puzzle apps out there, I feel this one is the best as far as features go. The zoom feature is great, and a must for me, and this is the only puzzle app I’ve found that has this feature. Also the ability to select multiple pieces to place on solve board is really nice. My only wish is for more categories, like holidays would be great. My only gripe about this app is the ads, but I get why they are necessary. Update - 7 December 2022 WHAT HAPPENED TO THE FEATURE OF VIEWING ALL THE PIECES AND MULTIPLE SELECTING PIECES TO SEND TO THE BOARD? DID YOU JUST RUIN ONE OF THE BEST FEATURES OF THIS APP? ✓ Too many adsThe ads are the only things preventing me from giving this 5 stars. The puzzles are fun and nice to look at and there are so many, but the frequency of video ads are over the top. You have to wait 5-10 seconds before being able to close an ad and this only opens up a second and sometimes a third part of the same ad. Sometimes clicking the x button takes you to the app store instead of closing the ad, a problem with most in-game ads. Sometimes while trying to select a puzzle piece I accidentally click the banner ad at the bottom because it’s too close to the pieces. Also, it is never acceptable for an ad to start with sound and cause apple music to pause. Most of the ads are trash anyway. I understand ads are necessary, especially for a free game without paying for the ad-free version but, again, the ad frequency is over the top..Version: 1.4.3
✓ Please bring back the Multi-Select feature.I’m completely obsessed with this puzzle app. The artwork is astonishing and there’s really not too many ads. I find myself often doing the 400 piece puzzles so you can just imagine my frustration when your update removed the feature that allows users to select multiple pieces at once. This update may have very well just ruined the app for many users. I’m severely disappointed that my favorite relaxation method has been diminished so greatly. Please bring back the feature that allows users to view all the pieces and select multiple pieces to send to the puzzle. Scrolling and selecting each individual piece in a 400 piece puzzle is extremely frustrating and time consuming and I have no interest in your puzzles unless you bring that feature back..Version: 1.4.4
✓ Deceptive and False AdvertisingI got this app because it said it was able to be played offline. This is not true. You can only continue a puzzle you started while online but once finished, nothing else can be accessed offline. ✓ Too many ads, overheats my device, and rapidly drains my device’s battery.Every time I try to open the app, I am forced to watch an ad BEFORE the game even opens. Then when I select a puzzle, I am forced to watch another ad. As soon as I complete a puzzle, I have to watch another forced ad. Ads also randomly open while working on a puzzle, which then open my browser and take me to the ad developer’s website. And there’s also a constantly running series of ads at the very bottom of the screen, which is why I suspect that this game constantly overheats my device and rapidly drains the battery. The sad thing is that this would otherwise be the perfect idle time app. The puzzles are beautiful and fun, there’s a huge selection to choose from, and you aren’t required to spend a fortune in order to play. ✓ Beautiful puzzles, but annoying ads.Jigsawscapes - Claim rewards daily. Puzzle pieces in bottom tray, easy to scroll. Pieces flash when in place. Little thumbs up appears when edge complete - but you can trick it, because apparently it just counts the pieces. I have completed the edge except for one piece, then added a center piece and it does the thumbs up, lol. Pic covers puzzle, can still see pieces in tray. No room around puzzle to sort pieces. Shows video again after. Claim rewards again. Go to in progress to resume puzzle, comes right up. Apparently uses less battery power according to one review - seems to draw less power, but it's hard to be sure. Can accumulate points to get more puzzles. To remove ads, subscription necessary. If they had a one-time fee to remove ads I think this would be a very good app..Version: 1.4.6
