✓ Defective multi factor authenticationUnable to receive the SMS MFA code. When I attempted to request a new code, the app displayed email and phone info for a DIFFERENT Nationwide user. This result may indicate that the application is not correctly configured for authentication with Nationwide systems, and could lead to information disclosure about Nationwide customer accounts..Version: 4.3.2045
✓ Can’t even loginThe worst app. The old app asked me to switch and download this app. I am not even able to login in the new app and the old app doesn’t show the retirement info anymore..Version: 4.3.2045
