✓ Its good but…Its good to have app than keep going to the website. But sadly there isn't a create claim like the website and the last photo in the app description doesn’t come with the app. And I also wished there was a remember me so I wont have to type my username over and over. ✓ Great idea but the app is teribleHave been waiting to get this service separately and was excited to see it offered a la carte. But the app is pretty bad - very slow loading, constantly requires you to re-login (and doesn’t let you save your login info in the app or using iPhone password feature), chats don’t save if you are waiting on hold and leave the screen. Overall, bad design and you get the feeling that they put very little resources into this. Feels like something from 2008. ✓ Needs workThis app is okay but it needs work, there isn’t anywhere to submit a claim and there also isn’t anywhere that I can find my insurance ID cards for all of my pets, I have to keep reverting to the website and even that isn’t working right now.
