✓ HelpI am a very big fan of this game. Love there no ads and no constantly asking you to pay for things however I play every day and for the last week I’ve been stuck in the world 1249 as of world 1200s it’s just gotten extremely difficult and requiring way too much for you to move onto the next level, without much options as in help to move you on, I waited for the weekend to get diamonds from the fashion show just to use it all up and not be able to move on. ✓ Cute and fun but ultimately becomes unplayableI really liked this game, cut cats, easy matching mechanics, no limit to lives. But now I’m on level 1232 and it’s become essentially a grind. Repeating the same level for days and losing. It’s been like this for a while, possibly since I hit 1200. No gems so no bonuses, not that they actually help. Now I don’t mind a bit of a challenge and repeating the level, but being stuck for days isn’t my thing. It’s now just a test of resilience and I admit the game has beaten me..Version: 1.3

The biggest issue I have is each time I re-knit something, it hangs on a blank template of the item and won’t let me leave the area or collect the item. Sometimes for an entire day. I have been on level 739 for 187 games without passing I’m trying to see just how many times you have to play just to advance without boosters I will write another review if/when I complete. ✓ Win Streak EventsI really do love this game. My problem with it is during win streak events they make it impossible to win two games in a row. It seems like the game is manipulated to much on whether or not you can even win a level. During other events I can win with no problem. Very frustrating..Version: 1.3
✓ Unplayably buggedThe game was always bland, but before it was mildly playable. As more updates come along, more bugs have been introduced, some levels don't work the way they're supposed to (ex: a bell/bow falling onto a basket prevents more bells/bows from spawning, making the level impossible to finish) and there are even game-breaking bugs (ex: in some conditions when you finish sewing something, you are permanently locked out from the game by a sewing screen that pops up again every time you close it). ✓ Fun but misses its targetThis is a match-3 game, typically cute for the genre, where you play through a progression of challenges, earning yarn which you knit into outfits for cats. There are two purposes for a game like this. Either to hook people, get them in the habit of playing, then wrangle money out of them by including impossibly hard levels now and then that they have to pay to get past. Or, back before the era of in-app-purchases, games like this used to just be simple and relaxing, for players who wanted something nice and mindless to pass the time. Netflix has very helpfully taken this title and made it free! No in app purchases. Should be perfect for relaxation. Unfortunately, they did not remove the impossible levels, which now also have no real way to get past them. I know some Apple Arcade games with a similar history added once-a-day “skip this challenge” options, or started giving lots of bonuses once you retried enough times. So that’s an option. Another might be just having a “relaxing mode” where there’s no move limit. Anyway, I hope whoever manages or develops this game/these games will consider that they have a real treasure here, potentially, it just needs a bit of a tweak..Version: 1.5

The good: - no ads - great graphics - fun to collect and make outfits - cloud and local saves - fun challenges - fashion week is really fun every week The bad: - POORLY THOUGHT OUT PRIZE COLLECTION if you don’t collect weekly fashion week prizes within hours of winning you lose them. WHAT GAME DOES THIS?! - GAME PLAY impossible to win challenges like win 6 games in a row. This game is the kind that gives you impossible luck-based boards especially at high levels. This is frustrating and not fun - impossible boards - luck based boards like in pay to win match 3s are only slightly less annoying because this is no ads and free to play. But there should be middle ground and some strategy - INVENTORY MANAGEMENT once you acquire many clothing items, you have to manually sort them - inventory management is really hard. There should be a way for users to create sub-categories of organization like “wigs” and “jewelry” - you just can’t manage a big inventory - INFREQUENT GAME UPDATES I’m bored and at the highest level. ✓ Logging in with another profile wipes out your rank and pointsMy wife got up to level 155 and was third in the rankings. Another family member connected using their Netflix profile and it reset her points to zero and she lost all of the cat’s clothes. She is still at level 155 but everything else in the game is like she is starting over. ✓ Loses the fun after a certain pointSimilar to previous reviews, the game starts light and fun and entertaining, but once you reach higher levels (1000+) the game just throws every obstacle at you and gives you limited moves, by then you end up using all your collected gems on power ups and barely finish one level every 3-4 days if you’re lucky. The game has now lost all its fun and playability and it quickly became an almost impossible chore. Now it takes forever just to beat one level unless I use lots of powerballs, clothespins, bear paws, etc. Which of course depletes your gems rather quickly.
