Great beginningI think that as the app continues evolve it would be great if they could include some before and after stretches.Version: 6.1.5

Love this running app!Like the yoga version, I love this running app! It makes it SO easy to jump into a workout. No endless scrolling or filtering, I can literally be working out in seconds. I love that I can do a quick 10 minutes during the middle of the day or an hour during my usual workout time in the evening. I do have two suggestions that could make this even better: 1. have the background color change when there is a change in incline or speed, and 2. Add options to customize how long the warm-up and cool-down are..Version: 6.2.1

Legs Weak Over this AppI have a hard time staying engaged in a running app, but this one does a great job at keeping me challenged, and offering a variety of workouts, so I haven’t gotten bored with running yet! (Happens a lot) Highly recommend..Version: 6.1.2

I hate runningThis is by far the best running app I have tried. I use the down dog yoga app nearly everyday and love it, I had to try their running app since I hate running. There were clear results. I run every other day, each time increasing the speed. There is no doubt this app works. A few recommendations: I wish I could upload my own playlist. While the music is upbeat and definitely works, it’s not for everyone. It would be nice to have a mile and speed tracker. Even a setting for how far you’d like to run would be nice. It’s often unclear when I’m supposed to speed back up and I get confused about the varying time increments..Version: 6.2.1

Way better than I expected!I’ve had this downloaded for ages and finally tried it. Wish the music balance could be adjusted more- my music was really quiet from Spotify even full blast and almost full music vs voice. Started easy and I started doing the max suggested. By the end it was just above minimum! Great push without life coaching like the dreaded peloton. Will def keep using it!.Version: 6.4.0

Such a GREAT findI found this app on a whim searching for prenatal yoga. I ended up purchasing and LOVE every single app offered. VERY reasonable pricing. The meditation helps me relax, which I have trouble doing. Barre is challenging. Yoga the flow is great. The running helps you stay focused. I have not tried HITT yet, but have great expectations! Love!I’m glad this is a DD app! I know there are other similar ones, but there’s just something extra good/motivational/encouraging. Motivating for a beginnerOnce I could comfortably run a mile I was able to use this app. The app pushes me to run faster than I otherwise would by suggestion intervals and also helps me to recognize my breathing and effort along the way. Good music too!.Version: 6.1.5

Difficult to self-pace when outdoors but I’m improvingProbably easier on treadmill or with a Fitbit, where you can set up your pace, but great to start running in an effective way and not just waste energies with the wrong routine..Version: 6.1.6

Running just got a lot more interestingEvery few months, fad workout routines pop up here and there. But the best advice I ever received about fitness is that everyone’s body works differently. And what works for other people won’t necessarily work for you. And in all my years of experimenting, I’ve found that I get the best fitness results with running and HIIT workout routines. The best!I have been trying to run for years but just couldn’t get the hang. I did a lot of reading - but every time when I tried, I ended up to surrender to my thoughts to slow down. I didn’t know how to pace and when to push myself. But with this app, everything changed! It gave clear instructions how to breath, pace and when to push. The first time I tried, I finished 20 mins run (1.6miles) without a thought to stop! Highly recommended!.Version: 6.1.6

Using outdoor run for my treadmill!I have a treadmill that doesn’t incline, so I use the outdoor run during my runs and adjust the speed as needed. It works great and always gives me a good workout!.Version: 6.1.6

Mph a bit toughI love the down dog series for fitness. I have been using the yoga app for two years and got the HIIT one a few months ago. So I was /am excited about this version. The music is great and it was a great challenge. I would say in the beginner mode, the mph suggested are maybe too fast? A “slow jog” between 5-7 mph is not really that slow. For me at least. That being said I just adjusted as the instructor mentioned and had a great workout in 30 minutes..Version: 6.1.4
