✓ Game supportThe responses from game support team are prompt yet unhelpful. If you are disconnected from the game, regardless of whether it’s the app itself that disconnects you, you’re not reimbursed for lost chips. They find ways to make it the users error or responsibility instead of just saying that the app malfunctioned. After this occurring numerous times and getting the same response from their team for months, I’m considering deleting the app..Version: 52.12.0

✓ Great game - Poor Customer ServiceI love playing this game as it is one of the best out there! But customer service is lacking. They will not fix errors on their game/apps part or correct them when something glitches. They blame internet connections and that there are no flaws in their programming. ✓ Straight BotsReview number 2. The response I got from the developer via email after my first review was that “they do not interfere with the games in anyway. The proof of this lies in the fact that our RNG algorithms are certified by an independent test lab” Mmmh…..I player gets 5-7 spades incl. Ace/King etc. the rest of the players get cards that are unplayable. Maybe you need to find another test lab that will actually do their job and tell you guys the truth. So many people saying the same thing is not just coincidental. Link asking if I would like to update my review. My review is unchangeable and is as follows: Don’t even bother. Real waste of time.
