✓ Worst customer services!I purchased your state board preparation course several months ago. I am encountering difficulties with accessing the apps practice sessions. ✓ Pretty goodHas all the needed information and you can even make your own tests on specific chapter questions. Haven’t taken my exam yet but I’m feeling more confident. Structurally though it’s not great, logs out way too much, the submit button on the tests is kinda annoying, and overall it could be formatted better. Still worth it though.LbuggiedVersion: 1.0.5

✓ No la recomiendo ..Aún no entiendo como las escuelas del gobierno compran estos servicios, este simulacro para los exámenes, en MyladiPro no solo era en inglés, español y otros idiomas, de inmediato cobraron su dinero y resultó que ha traído problemas, donde está la ética profesional, el respeto, cambiaron para esta aplicación incompleta, nada de tener los exámenes realizados, todo perdido, súmale que no solo está en ingles, ni los dos libros que estudiamos en la escuela aparecen, solo el libro de Estética Estándar, el de Fundamento no lo tienen aún, me he comunicado con el servicio al cliente han sido cortes, pero caso si resolver, no tienen aún la solución, me informan que está para finales de noviembre o principio del 2014, Dios mío, somos adult@s los que estudiamos, con obligaciones, trabajo, etc, y lo más interesante a todas las alumnas se le envío un mensaje a nuestro correo que dice: Lo que necesitas saber: • Su acceso OLP finalizará el 27 de octubre de 2023 . 1er error, EL 26 de OCTUBRE ya no teníamos acceso al sistema. • Su cuenta se migró automáticamente a la nueva aplicación Milady State Board Exam Prep y sus instrucciones de inicio de sesión se encuentran a continuación. 2do error: JAMÁS APARECEN LOS EXÁMENES REALIZADOS y SIN SOLUCIÓN… • Si actualmente utiliza CIMA Exam Prep con su escuela, ignore este correo electrónico y continúe usando CIMA Exam Prep. - Nuestra escuela The English Center, usábamos MyladyPro, ya ese sistema caduco o fue borrado. Un caos. Nota: Tendrá acceso a la aplicación Milady State Board Exam Prep durante un año.. ✓ Bad appZero customer service. U can’t reach anyone for help either they reach u back or respond ur call or email. The app is complicated after I purchased after a while it disappeared my purchased item from the app . ✓ Purchased just for them to later on not allow me to useI had to purchase the cosmetology one to help me with exit exams at my school well now as a graduated student now preparing for state board I can’t access anything because it says I have no purchases and then when I click on purchase it says I already have!!!! ✓ Love the content, the app is getting there!The material is great. I have no regrets about purchasing the material because I think it's really helping me prepare for my state exam. But the app is so frustrating. It logs you out too often. I was taking an exam and when I went to sublit my answers, it logged me out and didn't record my 99 QUESTION TEST 😅 Also when you log in there's so many steps to get to where you're going. I wish it would take me straight to my purchases. I do love how you can design your own tests with which chapters you'd like, how many questions, etc, but I see no way to delete or edit them once they are made. Also, I'm sure this will get better over time, but having more thorough explainations to wrong answers would be helpful. Giving the definition under the wrong answers would help learn about all four answer options under each question. I'd lvoe to see this app get better over time, it's so great so far! Please fix the issues with all the logging in and out first. I'm so sad I finallly finished and it didn't record my ansers, I can't see any results or progress..AshleyTisdudeVersion: 1.0.5
