✓ Bug that stops progressI enjoy the match 3 games. This game allows you to buy power ups with goons earned in the game as opposed to real money. Bonus events give the chance to earn power ups as well. However, if a bug keeps you from progress g to areas you are stuck and can’t earn the power ups. When I click “New area” it says downloading, and has for 3 days. Very frustrating as I am nowhere near the end of the levels..Version: 1.8.1
✓ Hate the new 'Dream Island' UII've been playing this for a couple of years now, and really enjoyed the game—especially the quality of the graphics. Sadly, the new graphics are terrible. As a vision impaired person, it is so much more difficult to differentiate the gem colours from each other, or the background. Please bring back some extra contrast, drop shadows and more vibrant colours! I'd like to keep playing, but if this is the game's new look, then I will sadly have to uninstall and move on. ✓ Beware!I have been playing this game for a while now. I have spent lots of money on the game, trying to get higher and higher in the levels. However, there have been at least four instances where I was unable to play because the game kept coming up “COMING SOON”. I assumed that this meant there were no more levels to play. I looked at other peoples status in the game and saw that they were playing at levels higher than mine. I contacted support and received no response. Within a few hours there were other levels for me to play. This is happened again several times. This last time I have been unable to play for two days. I contacted support and again, no response. I would recommend to people that if you do download and play this game, do not give them any money! Don’t expect a response from support either as it probably will not come..Version: 1.5.6

Then just try contacting support. It really doesn’t exist. I once heard back from them. Three months later. ✓ Game cheats you‼️‼️Edit to add—did a coin level, was supposed to get 587 coins, gave it to me and then took them away like the coin level never happened. ✓ Where , Why and What ?Where did the daily Spins go ? Why do I have to repeat buying a item with diamonds in a Area , when I’ve already done it . It’s hard enough just to win a level , to get 10 diamonds , even more so if you have to buy it twice . Also why give hints when they do the opposite of helping you ? Hints messes it up and then it’s try over again . And the cotton candy thing , what’s the point of when the dang it’s so expensive to make . Then there’s the balloons , the levels are impossible to win , and if you get climbing up , losing a level just makes you drop low again . I really have enjoyed this game for 2 years or more then it changed , stole all progress. I went to being on level 1700? With 4000 coins to level 1 with nothing , having to start all over again . ✓ Fun appI loved this game when they first started out and now it is like every other three match game that tries to milk you for everything you are worth in order to pass levels. I’m tired of these games that require lots of moolah in order to have fun. I realize they need to make money but they require after awhile obscene amounts of money. I’d rather watch a video, and be able to hang onto rewards earned, then have them taken away. I also have tried creating a group. This game won’t let me. I’d rather create a group, than join one. They got rid of that and just gave you gold based on… whatever I guess. Now they changed it to look exactly like Royal Match, it’s not even the same game anymore.
