✓ This app is horribleI tried this app because I need to solve a math problem for my homework and it kept on having ads every 3 seconds which would be annoying but what makes it worse is that the ads send u back to the title screen to where u have to restart the calculations you already made. ✓ The mechanics are weirdThere is nothing wrong with the calculations, but there is more to using a calculator than meets the eye. Typing a number and then tapping “x squared” gives you the expected result, but put in a number and tap “sqrt x”, and you get “number * sqrt(“. OK so I tap “sqrt x” and then the number I want… but then I have to close the parenthesis manually and hit “=“. I’m sorry but the usability plummets when you have to do a few calculations. It could be a great app if it weren’t for this “paradigm”. These days if you want to write expressions on you calculator, open up a terminal and type “python3”, you’ll be much better off..Version: 1.0.17

✓ Didn’t recognize decimal pointFirst time I tried to use I had to figure out how to close two consecutive ads. Then I tried to multiply 350 x .7 No matter what I tried it would recognize me pushing the decimal point key so it kept multiplying 350 x 7. ✓ Pay? For a calculator?I find it sad that people have to PAY to use a calculator now days. Needed this app severely for the fraction calculator. ✓ Not worth paying forI originally gave a five star rating but after using the calculator for a bit I realized that it’s not really worth paying for. I can see the history but can’t tap that calculation then continue to the next like I could with the Samsung calculator..Version: 2.0.8
✓ Not as good as free android calculatorStill not as good as the stock android calculator. It’s formatted better as far as the readout when you do problems with it. This calculator also won’t let you type decimals without putting a “0” in front. For example you can’t type .5 you have to type 0.5 which is inconvenient when I’m quickly calculating and have to start over because I multiplied by 25 instead of .25.Version: 1.0.17

✓ Good GUI but decimal entry is odd and upgrade is far too expensiveI like the graphic user interface. I need to use scientific functions daily and Calculator+ performs this role reasonably well. The layout is simple and practical without gaudy colours or superfluous button animations. But there is an annoying quirk in the data entry. When entering an operation that uses a decimal value that is less than zero, Calculator+ requires that you enter 0, the decimal, and then the number. All other scientific calculators that I have used over the past 20 years do NOT require you to enter a zero as part of such a data entry. Since I’m accustomed to this data entry format, I tend to make errors when entering operations and this gets frustrating after a while. As for the Calculator+ Pro upgrade, I think the subscription price of $49.99/year is ridiculous. This price might be justified if Calculator+ could perform calculus, statistical analysis, vector & matrix functions, numerical solutions, 3D graphing, and solve systems of linear & nonlinear differential equations. But the app does NONE of the above - at best, it is a minimalist scientific calculator. If someone is willing to spend that kind of $ on a scientific calculator, it makes much more sense to invest in a versatile device like a Texas Instruments Ti-83/84/89..Version: 1.1.1

✓ It’s ok I guessOk so the only problem that I have with this is that we have to pay to use the fraction section. That is what I don’t like. Say that you are a student and you forgot to bring your calculator home from school and you need a calculator that does fractions, and the only option that you have is to purchase one on your phone but your mom says that if she has to pay for it then she won’t let you get it. Well, since I didn’t have to pay for it to purchase it she let me get it, but the fact that I have to pay for it to use the only thing that I purchased it for is dumb. Other than that, I think that it’s really clear and a good app for fractions and other math if you want to pay. This calculator app deserves three stars, that’s it. If you would like me to give you five stars, then make the whole entire app free, not just some of it..Version: 1.0.17
