✓ Fun until glitches remove itemsI just started playing this game and it’s been very fun! However I thought I was going crazy when items I received from my steam boat weren’t showing up in my barn. I wasn’t sure so I ignored it, but today I know I had 2 bricks in my barn (which take forever to get!!) and then they disappeared! Feels like a cash grab to make you spend money because all the buildings/upgrades require these items that are hard to come by and then mysteriously disappear. I also collected sheep food which never made it to my barn TWICE so I harvested and waited around for nothing. Makes me not want to continue playing. :( I would be open to spending money on the game but honestly the materials are extremely over priced..Version: 1.31.2 (1327)
✓ Love hate relationshipLove this game. The nostalgia. The farming. The settlers. The mine. All the shops and houses. Special events. All of it fun! Why two stars!? Because I also get super frustrated with this game. I’m cool with a slow burn kind of game, I understand planting crops takes time and all that so it makes sense to have time frames on things but it slows it down sooooooo much. I would be able to over look this if it weren’t for the constant glitches. Buy an expensive fish shop…. Come back five hours later and all of a sudden it’s gone but my money account is still drained like I just purchased it. Go to send supplies to wagons and despite the fact there are three green wains the game glitches and won’t let me send anything. My last straw was in the last 24 hours when all the glitches came together and I haven’t been able to make any progress because all my stuff keeps disappearing!?!! ✓ Things disappearing, including helpI started playing this game and found it to be fun but after about a week I was going along, working on challenges that had me buying and placing houses, city buildings, production buildings, and decorations. The problem started with decorations. I would move things around, like where they were, close the app, and when I reopened it the decorations were gone. Ok, annoyance, but the game was still fun so I kept playing. Then some houses vanished. My population did not change, but the houses were gone. I looked to see how to contact for help in the app but there was no way. When a production building disappeared and I could not rebuild it, I came here to review it. While reading reviews I found a contact email. So I did. Providing all the information and details. Got a message back saying they passed on the info to the development team and they would research and watch for updates. I emailed them a couple more times with additional issues and got the same response. I just lost another production building. As much as I enjoy the game, I know that if I tell them anything I will get the “canned” response I have already gotten. Having had to dig to contact, to begin with, to report issues is bad enough, but they are unwilling to help. Don't play this fun game. It's not worth it..Version: 1.22.1
✓ OkThis game is full of bugs. I have spent money on building houses, buildings etc only to find that the game hasn’t saved and I’m back to square one but the money has still been spent! I’ve contacted support and the response is they are aware of the issue, keep the app updated and they are working on it! ✓ Land TeaseI enjoy the game very much. The pacing of the game needs improvement, and with the huge land map, players should be able to pay land easily to space buildings apart. The wagons begin to ask for recipes from building you do not own. And you can’t own until you build town building that are useless. Many players just stack the buildings in corners which looks awful if you are going for beautification of your town. You should have an option of not having the building shown or stored. Making the land easily bought would also solve the beautification issue, so you could space all the needed building out and not stack rows and rows of buildings, which again, make the towns look awful..Version: 1.34.1 (1737)
✓ Started wellIt was good at the start but too many issues, the biggest is upgrading the barn means you can store very little other than the goods to upgrade it glitch’s happen regularly like 3 hens get fed then give you one egg therefore hard to produce other goods play events send boats and wagons. ✓ How?I just got this game, and love it, but cannot play it!!! You have to have money, coins, special game coins, and products, etc. to play. You have to upgrade the barn, and fill crates on boat, then try to get the other stuff off of it. ✓ Super Fun! Until it Wasn’tNot like the original Oregon trail from our childhood memories but definitely interactive and entertaining. Started noticing glitches early on (like completed items being reverted to “construction” status upon reload and awards not being granted/reflected. Contacted support and they responded and later stated there would be an update to resolve any issues. Fast forward about a month later to the update scheduled over this weekend. All data has since disappeared and/or the server maintenance has exceeded over the weekend (now Thurs). Upon launch, the initial game intro begins and then there are no actions that can be taken thus I cannot contact support via the game itself as all options seem to be “frozen/stuck”. ✓ Played this game for a couple of weeks, had some minor issuesI started this game because I seen it on another game ad, looked fun. So I downloaded the app and started playing. First issues I started having were missing buildings. I would buy building and houses and the coins would be deducted and the building would start building and then I would come back and the building was gone and the coins were also. I would fill barges and send them only to log back on the find them sitting at the dock asking for the crates to be filled. I would rearrange my houses only to come back and they were back where I moved them from. The last straw was building the merchant building and now the game is frozen, with a large hand pointing at the merchant building to go in and will do nothing else. I hope the game developers are reading these reviews and making the changes and updates this game desperately needs..Version: 1.23.5

✓ Dooooont do it.This review is accurate and disappointing You will play this game and you will become addicted I promise you, but then you will slowly creep up in levels I believe for me it was around 14-15 when I started seeing things go wrong. You will face numerous issues and glitches. Here’s some of the issues I’ve encountered: You are giving green bills when you finish specific tasks they accumulate. I had 126$ well the game glitched, I had to shut it down and restart it. I came back I had 93 dollars. And I had also lost one of my Pond houses and I had lost my bakery. You have to build coins and items in order to purpose that bakery in which I was never reimbursed. You will turn off the game while you have something else to do, you will come back half your harvest will be changed, you’ll have missing items in your barn, you’ll have missing upgrades that you know you did to your barn. You will have issues with the merchant, the merchant states it takes coins however it doesn't it takes bills. you will be waiting to send your steam boats off while you wait for your harvest you will come back and it will resend tour steam boats so you've now got product you don't need. most importantly you will struggle to get to high levels because the game will never send you the items you need on the steam boats you will be short shovels you will be short dynamite you will be shore glass and you will short this red thing that looks like a roof. trust me this game has sooo much potential but the people operating it don't give a damn about you can talk to support till your blue in the face. i start this week with 126 then 93 then i spent 30 and i went to 63 signed back in yesterday at work and had 23$ I'm down to 2$ the glitches will frustrated you so much that in the end your better off not investing any time in this game.Version: 1.23.5
✓ Could be the top tier farming gameBut I’m I downloaded it and like 10 minutes into playing im level 5 . The missions / tutorial take over and the wrong times and I’ve had to shut down the app and restart it FOUR TIMES . The first it popped up for me to do a mission build feed hut (level 3 required ) but I was level one at that point . It took over telling me to click to build something i could and could click out of it . 2. The other 3 times the game has locked up just from filling the missions / tasks it’s telling you too. Typically with such an experience I wouldn’t have deleted The app. But I see hope in this game and want it to work properly. So it can stay I’ll try again in a few weeks. Fingers crossed …. ✓ Don’t waste your time and moneyI d/loaded this game, spent a couple of days glued to it, even spending money, my ID was 464828, then for two days it would load but not open, I tried countless times day and night. ✓ Game is Broken on iPad. Cannot sync between devices.This game is irretrievably broken on iPad. About 20 minutes into the game, when you finally have the illusion of choice after the exceedingly long tutorial, the game forces you to click on the shipyard and receive a dialogue box requesting help from other players. Unfortunately, the dialogue box covers the button, and the game effectively soft locks when you can’t click the help button or exit out of the screen. I tried opening this on my iPhone and syncing accounts with the hope I may be able to bypass this event. But, to no avail, logging in through Apple Game Center does not sync accounts, and, instead, you are left with two. After the additional 20 minutes of tutorial on iPhone, during which you are not allowed to click the Settings button despite it being visible, and another 20 minutes of tutorial again on my iPad, hoping I could sync with my iPhone account after finally being permitted to click the settings button, I realized that I wasted 1 hour of my life trying to play a game that seemed like it may have been somewhat enjoyable. ✓ FrustratingThis game is a lot of fun at first. Then it just gets super challenging to even enjoy it. It’s almost impossible to play without spending real money. It’s impossible to build new buildings, because of lack of materials. Specifically the roof, I have at least 4 buildings under construction due to not being able to get the roof that I need to complete them. The only place to get it is from the boats, and the past few times I haven’t even got a roof from the boat. And it’s very hard to progress in the game and fill orders with how slow it takes to build new buildings. Just so frustrating I’m ready to give up simply because of that. Also I’m constantly running out of room in the barn to store things and it literally becomes impossible to play without upgrading it with each level (which also requires building materials). ✓ Fun but very buggyFirstly, this game is fun. However there is a massive issue with bugs and glitches. Many times I have wasted money (actual money not game earned money) on buildings I purchase and build and then are gone the next time I load the game. TWICE I have opened the game to see buildings I did not purchase either completely built or being built. And once I opened the game to find all my open land that I hadn’t placed anything on absolutely covered in fences?!? Like every nook and cranny. The worst part was that almost all my coin and in game money was gone. Many times I have opened the game to find my population reduced only to find houses I just built are gone and have to be rebuilt. Or I have added building to increase population cap and building for living and not get any farmland. Or increase it to the point I should get multiple farm lands and find I only get one. I’m really irritated at the loss of my actual money I paid for things and having to redo work. If it were only once I could see that it’s a bug that’s being worked on but this is multiple times. I even had to pay to open the trading post TWICE because the game glitched or bugged out and I had to do it again the next time I opened the game. Also guilds opened and it’s totally pointless. ✓ Fun but super glitchyThere are so many activities in the game, but sometimes the glitches are annoying! I have planted things that take many hours to grow. I’ll come back and forth into and out of the game. Finally my plant growth time has passed and the plants will have disappeared. It will look like I didn’t plant a full field of something. There will be tons of empty spaces. Same with feeding animals to collect stuff. I’m looking and all my animals are eating but it takes a long time to produce my product. At the end of the hour, it will look like I only fed 1 animal in that stable and I will have to start over waiting for them to eat and produce my product. It’s super annoying. Please fix and this game could get 5 stars. Also, don’t be so stingy with the boats. We need so many materials and you give us so little. ✓ This app has so many glitchesI have been playing for about 6 weeks now and have been experiencing major issues. First, I am being pushed back in the game. I will build a building, such as a house or, I the case of yesterday I was at level 21 and in the process of building the candy production building, and came back this morning to be backed up to level 17 and just getting the tailor production building. I do not like that the wagons ask for items before you can actually get them, such as asking for candy, when you haven’t even reached the level, as in level 21, for the option to build the candy production building, or a trading post item, when you haven’t reached the level to access that trading post. Thankfully you can recycle the request from the wagon and hope after 30 minutes it gives you something you can do. I will continue to play for a while longer, but if it continues, then I’m going to stop playing..Version: 1.25.20

To start I have purchased buildings and other things in the game and then come back and they are gone and the coins are gone too. The amount of coins are not small either. Sent a message to support and basically a generic response and out all the coins. Then there’s the fact that you have to purchase these buildings etc to advance in the game and by the time you get enough coins to purchase a building that’s needed you level up and more stuffs added. It’s getting harder to do anything, then there’s spending more coins for something you already purchased and you can’t buy something else that was needed. Now I’m trying to okay and it keeps freezing on the reward for an event that happened and it won’t let me click on receive so I can’t even get into the game to play now. So the freezing of the game is frustrating too. Do not spend money on this game it could glitch and you could loose whatever you bought. If you watch an ad if your lucky you may get back to the game without it crashing but chances of it giving you the reward for watching it is slim to none. ✓ Broken tutorialGames goes alright for a while but then there is a tutorial telling you, you can ask for friends to help load items on the boats. Unfortunately the info message covers the button you need to push to ask for help. The game is now stuck here, no way to proceed, no way to click the button and no way to remove the message. Reloading the game is now stuck at this point each time. So it’s impossible to get any further. I have deleted and reinstalled the game several times now and it gets stuck at the Same point. Get rid of the constant tutorial or allow people to turn it off, you don’t need to keep telling people things, they can work it out. And fix this issue or the game is unplayable. ✓ Money grab rip off of FarmVilleThis game is practically a reskinned carbon copy of FarmVille with the addition of sending supplies to wagons as an added task. Game play is super fast and guided up to about level 10 then you get a little actual game play before you hit the pay wall at lvl 15. Pretty much everything about this game is set up to make you pay real money to keep playing once you hit that level 15 pay wall. And I don’t mind throwing a little money at a developer every once in a while if the game play is good but literally half the time I’m playing the game is throwing pop ups at me to upgrade my barn cuz I’m out of space. Well yes, cuz the game is set up so you don’t ever have enough barn space to hold items so you have to pay real money to get the needed resources to upgrade the barn. And the cost for those resources is usually between $5-10 real dollars for a single barn upgrade that only gives you an additional 10 item capacity of the barn. The only other way to get those resources for upgrades is to send boats loaded with supplies but the boats take 4 hours to come back unless you pay special bucks (that are hard to get in game) and once you open the mine, the boats will bring back mining tools as well as the resources to upgrade the barn and build city buildings which further limits your barn upgrade abilities. Just everything about this game is set up to paywall you into paying and the amount of real money they want for is over the top..Version: 1.27.5 (933)

Some other games allow some room for movement and enable you to ( slowly!) gain materials for upgrading storage space. Not this one. You are just at an impasse once storage is full and it’s like the developers are forcing not encouraging you to spend money to enable you to move forward. I tried several times over the course of many hours to play my game (I was on level 25 give or take, I don’t remember), I was signed in and had made several real money purchases. After the game kept telling me I had no wifi connection and error: 409, which was ridiculous because my internet and all other games came up with no issues - and I even restarted my game and my wifi several times, I decided to uninstall and reinstall. I then signed back in with my apple id. It still has me at the beginning of the game now, all of my levels are gone, all of my real money purchases, gone. Everything, gone. I would like my purchases either restored or a refund on money I spent as this was very clearly an error on the games end and not my phone or internet. Thank you. ✓ Lots of loading /saving issuesSeveral times a month you can’t load the game. I usually get stuck at 50% or 60%. Also, it inconsistently saves. I purchased the beaver farm like 5 times before it started saving progress. I had purchased the gold ticket and I’d earn the rewards. Then the next time I logged in, I gained the same rewards like I had never been in. It did that like 4 days in a row. I was mad because I try not to spend real money but thought I’d try the reward one. Yeah, don’t think I’ll be doing that until it’s running more consistently. ✓ Won’t allow me to go further.I notice there was another review saying the tutorial was broken. It was written on 5 May so I thought it would have been fixed so do’s the game. But nope, I am having the same issue. Part of the tutorial tells you to ask for help on a boat but the speech bubble for the tutorial message covers the button to ask for help. There is no way past it so I, like the other reviewer am uninstalling the game and won’t bother trying anymore. Which is a shame since I was really enjoying it. DO NOT SPEND ON THIS GAME WHEN YOU START UNTIL YOU SEE IF YOU CAN GET THROUGH THE ENTIRE TUTORIAL. Devs….please fix this for other people or else you have a broken game that new players can’t play. ✓ Super BuggyI was really hoping to like this game. I’ve had it a few weeks now. I keep running into glitches. Although the creators will respond, I don’t know how much longer I’m going to play. I know there are other games that have been around longer with less issues. My first issue was the game wouldn’t load. So I ended ip removing it from my phone and redownloading and the game made me restart. Fine. I wasn’t months into the game so I dealt with it. Now I’m dealing with a steam ship that has turned into a ghost ship. I sent it, but it remains at the doc but won’t let me load anything. Boxes show as empty with no picture on it. This has been days now. Today some of my carriages on the trail show as filled and I can move along the trail but it doesn’t show me the items that were requested. ✓ Get in touchOther games I have played have a link inside the game to reach out about issues. If there is one in this game, I cannot find it. I haven’t been playing long, and as others have mentioned- this game has great potential. I have used the trash feature quite often as sometimes the townspeople request items I do not have the ability to make. It seems that some of the buildings are almost impossible to get. Glass is a rare item yet required on every build. An extra steamboat is 8000 coins. Coins are also required to plant crops and send trading post wagons, so difficult to accumulate. Warehouse seems small for the items required. My big complaint at the moment is I can’t visit friends. It acts like it wants to and then freezes in the clouds. The only way past is to exit the game. That has fixed the issue on other parts, but not with visiting friends. So much potential, not sure if it is worth the aggrevation.Version: 1.22.1

✓ Game has potential but soon gets frustratingOriginally, when I started the game, I had fun building stuff, and making product and delivering the product and making money. But now I’m up to level 22 and I cannot get the materials I need to raise the max population so I can build new production equipment. And when it takes four hours for the ship to come back, and after about 4-6 ships, I do not get any materials I need, it gets rather frustrating. I don’t mind spending a little bit of money, but right now I am behind about five production equipment and the orders continue to ask for product that I cannot produce. And when I trash orders it takes 30 minutes to get a new one. Plus when growing some of the plants takes 1-3 hours, that’s ridiculous. I am not going to spend $8 or so every time I want to build a building that raises the population so I can build the next production plant. That’s too bad because the theme is fun. UPDATE: People were saying game was buggy, well it just happened to me. After I FINALLY built the Jail, which raised max pop by 65, and I started building 3 living quarter buildings to raise the population, the game crashed. When I reloaded, the jail was not finished, the living quarters were not started, my max pop reverted to the old number, AND some of my building materials were missing. So instead of spending 25 bucks to make up for missing materials, it wanted me to spend about 100 bucks. I am done with this game!.Version: 1.22.1

✓ So very buggy….I had installed the game a few days ago, but reached a point where an old man with a task for me refused to acknowledge that I had completed the task (build a sheep farm). There was no way for me to sell or delete the sheep farm and to try and build a new one, so I deleted and reinstalled the game. Now, the game is completely hung up with a character named Jim forcing me to do a task at the dock with the steamships, and his word bubble completely blocks the thing he is asking me to click on. I have exited and rentered the game half a dozen times and nothing changes. I recommend you wait until at least the next version of the game, because if you have the same experience I did, you aren’t going to get very far. I spend a lot of time selling off my product because my barn is at capacity and I need space to do simple tasks to move through the game. ✓ A little glitchyI enjoyed this game when I first started it. But ever since then, I’ve found more and more issues with the game. The barn fills up way too fast. You spend all of your building materials upgrading it, but then you lose out of being able to build buildings. Which is another problem. You spend gold to build the building, wait for it to be built and then you have to collect building materials to finish the building?! I don’t like that. Also, when it comes to the “friends” aspect, this is where it’s extremely glitchy. It tells me I have notifications constantly and there’s no way I can get rid of them. When I visit friends, it doesn’t let me give them anything on their steamboats. The requirements for items are so high that there’s never going to be enough storage unless I make zero room for wagon or steamship supplies. Tapping on the miners is exceedingly hard as well as you end up tapping something else. I still can’t help friends as doing so doesn’t seem to fulfill their requests. The wagon supplies keep asking for items I can’t build due to population caps, which I can’t raise because the steamships keep bringing items I don’t need. Of the three materials I need to upgrade something, I have twice the needed amount for two materials and none of the third. The other day two events started at the same, then both disappeared, and then one reappeared albeit in a buggy way. All the requests I fulfilled before the events disappeared provided no rewards so I expended resources for nothing. Meanwhile the game still offers no bug reporting feature. Not that emailing the developers help. All I got was a “Hope you stick around” generic reply. And all other games offer some in-game compensation when the game has severe bugs. So if you had 195 capacity, your bark is suddenly 40 items OVER capacity so you have to sell 40+ items that you worked hard for (for coins, not dollars, which is pretty useless) in order to do ANYTHING else. Ridiculous. Deleting the game after a month and $60+ invested. This was my ADHD/ anxiety game but I’ll be deleting both my Tilting Point games and won’t be getting anymore. Besides this, the progress drags the farther you get. Items cost more, supplies and crops take forever to produce (like, up to 12 hours), building supplies are costly and earning dollars is impossible so you’re essentially forced to buy them with real money. You get beams, metal, glass, tar and locks constantly but have no use for them. You never get bricks, shovels, picks or dynamite but you need those for everything. I was playing today and was about to finish the 5th day of daily tasks which has a nice prize. Got down to the last task of visiting a neighbor and it would lock up and not load any of them. This works on every game I play, usually it reloads you to where you were and you can then go on. Well guess what? It started me over. I was in the mid twenty’s on level, had around 5000 dollars, and about 100 bucks. All gone. Is there anyway you can restore this? I am very disappointed with this game. ✓ Great concept with the quality of a high school projectI really like this game, like a lot, trust i could only get this far if i did. The other reviews are right, this game is hellllaaa glitchy, much more than most game companies would allow. For example… one time i made 2 yarns at the draper and when i returned to the game an hour later, it had made two ropes (lesser items) instead. one time i put down a house and left the game to wait for it to build. when i came back it was gone. unsure if the money was returned or not. i built the house again and it did the same thing again. i had to speed up the build with dollars to get the houses to stay. i connected my facebook and apple. next day they were both disconnected, and now there’s a red exclamation mark on the friends icon even after reconnecting them. layout/UI problems. things don’t lay over each other correctly and sometimes tapping on an icon opens whatever was underneath it on the map instead. every once in a while the map will freeze. all icons are tappable but the game will otherwise be frozen. only way to fix without losing saved game is to go to a friends map and then come back. really fun game but a lot of basic glitches that should’ve been fixed before release, and that i could easily see disrupting saves and causing huge frustration for players. my assessment: PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK. don’t spend any real money you wouldn’t flush down the toilet, cuz this game WILL break and waste it all..Version: 1.22.1
✓ Glitches, updates just seem to make glitches worseStarts out great, the game has potential it’s fun and several things going so that at first you don’t feel stuck with no progress made. After I got past level 6 the game started glitching, I lose progress, xp, etc almost every time I close it out. After the update on July 4th it’s been nearly unplayable—game won’t load half the time when it does load it’s never fully operational there’s always one or more aspect of the game that just won’t work right or isn’t accessible at all. Don’t waste your money until they get these issues resolved. There have been 4 updates since I’ve had the game so don’t expect the next update to fix the bugs, the real is there are far too many bugs/glitches to be fixed in one update. It’s a fairly new game so hopefully they will get it up and running and be successful eventually. Definitely has potential but I’m giving it a break for now. As a child from the 80s, Oregon Trail was awesome as a kid so I decided to give this game a chance. It started off great everything seem to be working then over time started to notice that the game wasn’t saving properly. I would begin the crafting process of items turn off the game for the a lot of time needed to craft the item. When I log back on, it’s as if I never did anything. I decided to try a little experiment. I began the crafting process for a couple of items. Decided to spend dollars to speed up the process. And then turned off the game. Turn it back on and the items that I had crafted completely disappeared. I have also placed the second Mill to be built on more than one occasion. Keep in mind this cost coins to build. After about the fifth time of doing this, it finally stayed. However, in the process of having this work I have spent over 15,000 coins to build the item. I haven’t received any of those coins back for the times the Milton build. Oh and good luck trying to get a hold of anybody that cares. I have sent messages through the game and gotten no response. ✓ Weird pacing and disappearing cash?This game was super fun in the beginning. But as I played, things got frustrating… fast. First there’s the pacing. Super weird. It feels like I’m leveling up too fast because I’m being asked for things that will take me days to acquire on my own. I have so many wagons (the main coin makers) just sitting there with things that I feel like I’m days away from getting. You need coins and materials to make buildings to get the materials the wagons are asking for you for. How can I buy things when I’m locked away from the main coin maker? And once you have the coins, you usually don’t have enough materials (which you get from entirely luck based 4-6 hour steamboat trips). So the pacing just feels… off to me. Second, your cash will disappear. At first it was just 5 or 6 at a time, nothing tooo bad tbh. But then I lost all 76 in one go. Frustrating, right (this was my work around for the steamboat materials)? I managed to start building it back up only to lose all 30 or so AGAIN. This isn’t just me either, 3 other people in my guild have reported the same issue. So now I feel like I have to spend it as soon as I get it or lose it. I honestly wouldn’t spend real money on this game because the amount of glitches is truly astonishing for a released game. TLDR: Your main money maker is nearly impossible to complete in a timely manner because of pacing issues and your cash will disappear. Don’t spend real money on this game..Version: 1.23.5
✓ Very Buggy But Lots of PotentialThe game is pretty fun and I enjoy playing it. I will admit the pacing could seem off, but as a game I pick up a couple times a day for a bit, it hasn’t bothered me too much. However, there are a ton of bugs regarding losing progress. In many instances I’ll close the app after planting crops, queuing things for production, or building a building, and the next time I open the app, all of it has been undone. Even this event that has been going on (the Independence Fair) has had progress reverted many times. I should’ve completed the event by now, but every time I log in, I lose some or all of my progress. I bought a ton of extra shelve slots in the market for the in game cash, and the next time I logged in, all of the slots I bought were gone. I know they have a “battle pass” type of pass you can buy, but I would be terrified to buy it given that decisions are reverted so often. You’ll likely either pay and then the pass will suddenly get taken away, or you won’t actually receive items, which scares me about spending money in the game..Version: 1.25.0 (709)
✓ Things keep disappearing and glitching!Why do the building disappear?? I cannot find the Wood making building? Several others have disappeared and reappeared.Please tell me why after spending a couple hours playing on my iPhone, I have to start all over from scratch on my iPad?! Even though I signed in with my Apple account?! So freaking annoying. ✓ Sometimes it’s a struggle lolI love this game, but you can’t ever get ahead. It takes so long to be able to expand the land, add garden plots to grow, you can’t get more gardens until you expand population, but you can’t expand population until you get more buildings, but you get to a certain level and there are no buildings and they stop letting you build houses, plus you’ve run out of room bc you can’t expand until you have the supplies, but you need more gardens to get more crops and supplies… Plus there are certain supplies that don’t exist, coffee beans, lemons, fish, these things are just not there, so I have a fish shop and can’t make anything in there bc you can’t get fish from anywhere. I miss the old game when you could build and expand as much as you wanted, with the money you earned and you could chop trees for expansion and money. Go back to that please..Version: 1.31.4 (1397)

✓ Crashes constantly, disappearing buildingsFreezes and crashes constantly. I watch ads for prizes and sometimes don’t get the prize. The wait times for things to be built or produced can be many many hours. Why? The constant push to buy things with real money is annoying too. I waited three days and sent steamboats out a couple times a day but never got glass to finish a city building. And I couldn’t build more houses until the city building was finished. I finally just bought the glass with real money to get unstuck. So annoying. Also, there was a ranking competition that lasted a couple of days. I won the top spot but never received my rewards. Update: I just leveled up to level 33. I bought two houses, a plot of land, and a bee farm. I went to eat some lunch, and when I came back, all my purchases were gone, and I was back at the beginning of level 32. What in the world??.Version: 1.25.0 (709)
✓ Started well but tutorial makes it unplayableGame started well enough but after 30 mins of playing I got stuck as one of the tutorial speech bubbles covers the option you are meant to click. Same problem others have mentioned. I know I could email the developer as they have indicated in previous review responses but should it be this hard to play their game or should they just fix it. ✓ Problems loading on to friendsThis game is good just a shame it keeps messaging up and not letting anyone load on to friends then u have to start stuff all over again other than that the game is good.Version: 1.22.1
✓ DisappointingI’ve tried to contact support through the game several times about the glitches and re-locking of items I’ve purchased. I’ve used the cash awards for daily challenges to speed up building, purchase materials, and land. When I return to play the buildings and houses aren’t there. And I have to purchase them again! The expansions for land I’ve unlocked is locked again. The cash spent for the materials has not been returned. I’ve also bought the $4.99 cash package to get extra cash to help expedite unlocking land, getting the materials needed to expand the barn and/or other buildings. None of that money has been returned. After trying to contact support so many times I’ve decided I wanted to delete my account only for an error message saying, “the game server is down” to pop up and I can’t delete the account.
