✓ Signing in with Apple IDI created an account with Sign In with Apple ID and hide my email, I have built a huge collection. Now I want to to use the browser website, and trying to get solutions to just being able to log on has proved impossible for tech support to even acknowledge my concerns. ✓ Needs lots of improvementNot an intuitive app at all. Weird navigation to even find pack i bought and then to find collection let alone navigate it. Market needs filters and search. ✓ Tons of issues, too little time, too many fees, lost moneyDeposited money for a pack drop. Lost money straight away because of weird conversions with the dollar and additional fees. Couldn't get the drop because of an error with their email notification, despite pre-registering. Some people did get an allowlist if they classed as impacted by that error, (which I clearly was), but I didn't qualify according to their nonsense semantics. Withdrew my money only to have more additional fees and have to wait a month for processing. Only then to receive a fraction of the money I initially deposited. Also had some separate issues with my withdrawal to my bank, but was completely ignored by their support staff multiple times, and was never rectified, which could've meant losing everything. As someone who's a huge DC buff, and a veteran in the collectible world/ business Im honestly disappointed. Beyond my own experience I feel HRO are missing key fundamentals, and relying on shallow gimmicks, like leaderboard challenges, and other short term flash, that has been tried on digital collectable apps by the likes of Topps etc. but with a new NFT spin, that doesn't seem to get the point of a collectable or point of it being an NFT right... Not to forget, the hybrid cards, which is something that they’ve completely misapplied, and serves effectively as a marketing gimmick and nothing else…I dont think they even understand the point of this dual collectable Frankenstein idea….yknow other than to sell the short term blind nft hype. Unfortunately I think this was a poor choice of partner for DC comics that could have been better served elsewhere, and any growth will be likely be short lived, being a master of none, which cant compete in the physical realm, digital realm, or otherwise..Probably JJVersion: 1.0.10

✓ Terrible PR team and supportThey screwed over everyone that preordered and supported them during the early stages of the project. Preorders didnt arrive until a month after the cards were already in stores. ✓ Stole my money could not get it back.I purchased Hro funds around $225 to buy 4 packs of digital assets and was charged $450! So basically I was charged twice. I appealed to recover my damages as I received nothing for my $225 and they declined my request for a refund on only the amount I was overcharged. Now I want a full refund and removed the app, it is a stagnant con and I was taken advantage of with no way to cure the wrong. ✓ Greedy developers don’t care about secondary marketThis project started off great, but quickly went downhill. season 1 was worth buying and hard to get(good thing) the product was limited and the secondary market had great returns, since then the team releases a digital only set once per month, which they have increased the mint count on every drop, they are greedy and don’t care about the people buying the product. The packs cost 100$ and the cards you open are usually worth 3$-10$ max.. they mint more and more packs each drop. For example season 2 hybrid just dropped and they printed 12.5 MILLION cards.. this is 250% more than chapter 1. Ch1 sold out quickly, chapter 2 has virtually zero demand. The project is dying quickly and everyone is losing interest cause the secondary market prices are zero, because the greedy team prints way too many cards. The most recent “Halloween” set was by far the worst, they hid the packs remaining count and lengthened the sale period to 1 month, which locks everyone’s packs for that entire time, you can’t even re sell them at a loss if you wanted to. By the time the sale is over(cause it won’t sell out(cause they minted way too many cards)) you won’t have any buyers for the packs and you’ll be stuck with 100$ packs that are worthless. Stay away from this project, it’s being run into the dirt by greedy developers. Greed has destroyed this project..Hro is greedyVersion: 1.3.1

✓ Great concept - app needs improvementThe cards are great and this is a lot of fun. The app however, needs some work. It needs to be much easier to search for cards. As an example: when I go to ‘view listings’ under market for Green Lantern cards, there is no way to sort by mint # or price. When I try to scroll down to the best cards, it keeps ‘kicking’ me back to the top of the list. Very frustrating! ✓ Horrible usabilityFirst I was unable to create an account by using my email, I filled everything out, there were checkmarks indicating the values were ok, but when I would try to complete registration I got repeated generic error messages. Closed out the app tried again, same thing. In the end I had to sign in with my apple account which I don’t like to do. After spending 15 minutes trying to register, I can access the app. I scan my cards, try to use other features and I can’t because according to the message I need to “complete onboarding”. HRO is great at depositing money into your account — that happens lightning quick. But when you try to withdrawal YOUR MONEY, suddenly there’s issues that need months to be resolved. ✓ Not user friendlySo basically you have to jump through like 1,000 hoops to use it properly with ZERO help. You have to download an authentication app (doesn’t specify which one and you have to pay for those apps), then when you do download an authentication app it does nothing. You have to get a code and then you input the code and password…nothing happens. Still haven’t figured that out. Then if you somehow figure that out without any direction or help, then you have to somehow figure out the KYC which it gives you zero advice or leads on how to do that. Also when you redeem a physical card it just vanishes somewhere, I literally looked everywhere in the app and can’t find the card I redeemed..USCGnolanVersion: 1.6.0
