✓ Money pit!A good game but unfortunately an absolute money pit! I spent £9.99 which is reasonable for a mobile phone game - Much to my amazement this purchase only covers a season! On top of this new factories require ‘tools’ to open and those items don’t come easily through game play so you have to use tickets/gems and those cost even more money! ✓ MehWas very fun in the beginning. Now im lvl 36. I only see where it goes to lvl 50 as far as unlocks, traveling to other places, buildings to use, knocking down Forrest to expand my land??? I mean what are your plans devs? I have half million dollars and no idea what to even buy with it. Even when you lvl up and unlock a building to buy, the buildings are simply storyline decorations. You cannot interact with them and they don't benefit you in any way long term. Im finding the planes and trucks to fill are too easy to complete. I’ve found that you can progress decently well without paying for anything, of course doing so certainly would speed up your advances. The game’s balance feels a little off, especially in the beginning, the main problem seeming to be the dairy factory. It is hard to keep up with customer’s dairy demands without spending gems. Paint brushes seem to be harder to come by than other construction materials, leaving you with an excess of the other two types while you have unfinished buildings waiting on the elusive paintbrushes. The hamster game in the arcade needs some serious work, to say the physics are infuriating would be an understatement. It seems to come down to luck and memorization of the course on whether you will be able to complete the game within the given number of shots. In short: While the game is engaging, it doesn’t seem to stand out much from others of its kind. The balance of how hard it is to get different materials / craft certain items (paintbrushes and dairy factory items) seems wrong. The rewards for the online orders and the missions has to have more gems than normal plus mining tools. The online orders must have what items are to come next just like the plane orders do. The price of the item in the supplier has to be the same amount as the items selling cost for example if one egg costs six bux, so should the items, the chest needs to appear more frequently about a minute and the reward for that should be gems and resources. The receipt should be the same as the sum of the item sold. The buying price of mining tools should all be equal to all the tools. ✓ Stealing your moneyI have been playing this game for quite a while now. This is one of the first games that I have played for this long as I usually get bored with other games. I also spend quite a bit of money every month on this game, again because I really enjoy it. This really matters because I am on disability and can only spend so much money on games each month. Why such a low rating you ask? Because I had an issue not receiving the items I paid for. So I contacted customer service and provided a screen shot of the proof that I did indeed pay for said package but did not receive the items. They told me that the screen shot proved I received said items… um what? No it only proves I PAID for said items not that I received them. So in essence they are stealing my money. ✓ Rude awakeningI was able to save up 22 gems for the supplier to search an item for me I was shocked to find 3 left in my account! What happened, where are my gems? This could be a fun, engaging game and ready to give it a raving review but this “glitch” happened first, not cool.
