✓ DONT BOTHER!!!!!!!!!!I really like the game however, the issues may make me stop playing. It freezes every few minutes, it completely shuts down and when I come back, I’ve lost half my rooms to vacancies, and the parking. It’s ridiculous to shut the restaurant for 2 hours then come back. I’m losing revenue and paying for double shifts in the “24 hr” time frame. The temporary hotel takes waaayyy too long to accrue money. The bar and restaurant are open at different times and the hotel should have at least 1 staff for overnight. Gonna play till the next update and if it doesn’t help I will be deleting. *UPDATE* I have updated the game, uninstalled and reinstalled and it’s crashing within 4 minutes, if that long. Smh, I’ll have to delete 😒😞☹️ *UPDATE* Game is deleted. I’ve never seen a game crash 4 to 5 times in the first minute. Yes, the first minute. You CONSTANTLY LOSE MONEY!!! ✓ Addicting but....The game is very addictive but, you almost have to watch a million ads just to progress! I watch 15 ads in a row just to get the 2x profits! Unless you are willing to pay money the game takes forever to build. There is no rhyme or reason to how much the investor offers it would be better to understand that. The game should allow for you to move money from one hotel to the other because if you have leveled all the way up on one hotel all the money it makes just sits there. It would be better if you could use that money to put into one of the other hotels. I love playing the game but there is so much room for improvement here. You should be able to use the gems for more than just a small improvement here and there. Perhaps the gems could be used to exchange for money or to use to upgrade other items. Restaurants and bars and things like that should stay open longer and take less breaks. Housekeeping should stay on a little longer than 2pm. Idk if the developers even look at the reviews but I think they should and make some of the changes. I could go on and on but these are just some of my thoughts..Version: 1.4.2
✓ Needs more permanent hotels.So bored waiting for a new hotel to arrive. With every update you guys do I keep hoping it means we have a new hotel apart from the annoying event hotels that you keep recycling (only 2 alternating layouts which repeat over and over again) making it completely boring for anyone that’s played it a fortnight ago, they expire too quickly to attain top prize unless you pay REAL MONEY for packages or boosts, and why don’t you let us use boosts in current event hotel that we’ve earned from previous events? You need to create more of the 5 star hotels that are actually different, that let us gain from the boosts we earned in events, WE NEED MORE PERMANENT HOTELS, the ones that don’t expire (no time limit). Your focus should be on creating the hotels we can play 7 days a week Not just recycling event hotels over and over that have us playing the game maybe twice a week if that. It’s been months and you still haven’t added any new permanent hotels. Plenty of updates in that time, but nothing of value to those of us that have completed 35/35 stars in your permanent hotels already. When are the new permanent hotels appearing? ✓ Length isn't a bad thingI'm noticing people don't like the game because it takes too long, the thing is if you do everything on day 1 what's left to do after? other then delete and move on. I like that it's holding onto me for longer then a week, most idle games I play for a week and then never again as I get to a point where it's impossible to move forward. I mean like not being on the game all day and night and not getting enough money to progress, one game I was off it for 2 months and it counts up money never ending, anyways I didn't have enough to progress even after 2 months that was real sad. Now it's not perfect in any way bugs and glitches all over the place and it seems to be taking them forever to fix it. I also don't like that the no ads is $15, I'd pay $5 realistically but $15 I'd rather get a month of game time on an mmo for that. It is cheaper then most no ad games, ranging from $35 to $160 lol, the one I'm playing now says to remove every single ad it'll cost $160 umm what? but still it's a bit much for me with all the games and other monthly fees I have coming out of my account. ✓ Good game although needs serious fixingI really like this game, almost on the forth and final hotel- however, throughout the entire game process I have found 3 things that need fixing or rethinking: 1- Being able to access all the money your hotels make to allow quicker upgrades for new hotels. Once you max your old hotels, the money they earn just sits there, there is nothing to do with it. This feature would make a lot more people happy, we’re all thinking the same thing. 2- The game has time glitches as well as character glitches. For example my front desk people do not leave the desk once their shift finishes at 12am, unlike others who leave the hotel and come back in the morning. Also, I get characters glitching and going places they shouldn’t, for example getting stuck in furniture or gazing into space in one area all day and all night, which disables my skip nighttime button as they never make it to bed. Please fix this. 3- I will also leave one hotel, come back to another, then back on that same previous hotel no more than 2 minutes later, and my before ‘full’ capacity of rooms is now halved, meaning I am not earning the money from the customers who originally had taken those rooms, where do they disappear to? This happens at 3am usually, that is not a normal check out time. Apart from those major issues the game is good, but would be even better if these were fixed..Version: 1.2.0

✓ I LOVED THIS GAME, but too many bugsHonestly this is my favorite phone game ever. However, it’s crippled with bugs. I’ve been excited for another update to come because I finished all of the other hotels, but the latest hotel has too many bugs for it to even be playable. It’s IMPOSSIBLE to make any money on the last hotel. My profits are stuck at 2,000 for the day, it doesn’t increase and I actually lose money per day when I upgrade certain things in the hotel. It’s super glitchy and I make no money when I’m logged off of the app. I love this game but I feel like there has been nothing done to help improve the astounding amount of glitches in the game. Until another update comes out to fix all of the apps issues it isn’t worth the download. The severe issues with the game make it feel like the developers just want us to watch a ton of videos so they can make more money and sadly it works because the glitches make it impossible to play the game without the dancing mans help..Version: 1.3.0
✓ MehI find this game very frustrating as it says I made money but then doesn’t give me any money. It’s taking me so long to get enough money and it shouldn’t be this hard. ✓ MmhIt’s a great game and I had a lot of fun playing but there are two problems I have with this game. First one is that you can’t transfer money between hotels. Which means that your five star hotels are earning money that you can’t even use for your new hotels. Which seems like a waste because if I spent all this money and time to not even be able to use the income on a new hotel that has higher prices for renovations then what was the point? Second problem is whenever I’m able to get all the rooms filled up with people and leave to check on another hotel and come back to the previous hotel half of the people are gone. It’s not about time either because I’ve tested that if I get the rooms filled and exit the game for even a second it does that same thing? For a game that has a time table you would think that customers would stay in their rooms for a particular amount a time instead of leaving when you exit the game. ✓ The lines at the restaurant are broken! & ChangesI came across this game 4 hours ago and found it very fun for me but as I realized when I was playing the game my costumers were getting mad for having a full line for my restaurant when there’s 6 tables and 2 are leveled up by 3! The maximum of people who can stay at my hotel are 4 and for some reason it’s just the people who have double beds that get aggravated I don’t understand it. Usually when people get checked in for double beds they don’t get aggravated the first time they drop there bags and go straight into the restaurant. Everytime they wake up the 2 people who were booked for single beds went down and ate and nothing went wrong but u can see the people who booked a double bed get mad and actually leave! U guys need to fix this ASAP how are we suppose to have good ratings for the next levels when this keeps happening! As of rn it’s also doing it for the people with single beds it’s so dumb! The other thing I wanted to talk about was the ads! How come we only get 2 hours for double money when it takes exactly 10 minutes to fill up all the way. It’s so ridiculous because it doesn’t even count for watching a ad for vip for extra money so ur pretty much playing it for 30 seconds then keep watching the VIP ad because u don’t get a lot of money just by actually playing the game u need to watch a stupid ad for way more money! ✓ Money hungryPlease allow people to make purchases on their own time. If we are fine watching the ads we are fine watching the ads. To mess up people’s ad options and for big bonuses you watch the whole ad and then get nothing from it or click to watch the ad and all of a sudden the investor just walks out seems like a shove to buy the game. It’s annoying. If I chose to watch an ad then I need to get the money that I was offered. They make t so hard to get cash you can buy the diamonds or whatever they are but they’re worthless after you’ve already bought what you could with them. So instead of giving an option to make small purchases on cash you can’t and why because they want you to spend $10 for the whole game. Annoying. I get you guys need money but be honest that’s the least you can do. I have a brand new phone any of my other games don’t mess with ads to make me wanna spend money. ✓ WORST APP SUPPORT TEAMI was watching in game adds to double my money as you do so you can level faster, but I wasn’t getting the rewards. I uninstalled and reinstalled but no luck. I tried on wifi and off, didn’t work. So I contacted the app support, they gave me a ticket to wait in line. It took them 2 days to finally get to me and at 9:05pm they asked me to send screen shots of the issue. Then again at 9:05 sent me another message saying “ since there was no follow up message we have closed your ticket, please don’t hesitate to contact us with anymore problems”. First how do you send a screen shot of yourself not receiving rewards?? Second messaged me back at 9:05 PM. Third gave me what?? Ahhhh 10 seconds to reply? Also I have proof and I have a screen shot of the conversation now. So if you would like that screen shot of you not helping me I have that. Thanks. Not playing again. I’ve recently discovered that it’s not just this game that you stopped releasing new levels or content for but all of your games! 😱 All you ever do is copy and paste a response to every review that is left on here forever it’s good bad or indifferent and that needs to stop and you need to stop being honest with your customers. ✓ Could have been the best hotel builder game.Avoid this game. When I first started playing this game, I was amazed how good it was, I even bought the easy ad pack for £9.99. It wasn’t until I reached mid way through the second hotel when it hit me how slow the second hotel was. Then the hotel event started, which just started pushing you to buy micro transactions constantly, and is next to impossible to progress without putting more money on. If I could, I would get a refund and buy another complete hotel builder for that £9.99, rather than having to spend £100s on this garbage micro transaction game. If the developers had instead sold this game for a set price, rather than forcing users to buy micro transactions, this would have been the best hotel builder on the App Store and on PC, as there is no rival currently. ✓ Great game!I like the game but there were some issues when I first downloaded it like the loading bar wouldn’t show, after watching adds I wouldn’t get the money and when I clicked the watch an add it would freeze and after about ten seconds the add would play but instead of one three adds would play could you plz try and fix that. Other than that it’s a really great and fun game to play when you don’t have anything to do or your just bored. I also want to ask if you could make it so that you can transfer/or use money from one hotel to another hotel. ✓ Very flawed cute fun idle gameOk so I do up my first hotel for about a week, balancing finances and admiring the slow progression. Then I get to the next hotel and I can’t use the money I’ve earned to do the new hotel up?? What kinda business owner hoards money in one asset that needs no further attention? As soon as I realized this I figured it’s not worth continuing on to the new ones if I have to do that incredibly slow grind. The whole joy of these idle games is growth and reward. ✓ FrustratingI downloaded this on a whim, I was bored one day, and at the time I was pleasantly surprised. You had to earn money and upgrade your hotel, everything from a sink to the food the chefs cooked. Brilliant! A guy would come often to invest in the hotel and give you a load of money, then you could double it by watching ads. (Ads are like ever five minutes if you need money.. also annoying but tolerable.) Then I completed the first hotel in less than a day, I earned 5 stars and now it’s time for hotel 2, I couldn’t put my phone down at the time. Now? Disappointed! You don’t get the chance to earn enough money for how much things cost. I earn money, buy adverts (which you need) buy staff (which you need) and other costs come out, all before you get to really buy the (double the price of the last hotel) items. And the guy who invests, brings you less money than the first time. (Good tactics to make you spend real money) overall, the hotel runs less efficient and even if you don’t use your phone, when you go back to the hotel you’ve earned hardly any coins, which in the first hotel you’d go away, come back and have over 16,000 coins or more (plus the chance to double it buy watching an advert) to spend. ✓ Good game,terrible ad systemIt’s a pretty decent game, the graphics and UI is great, BUT there is no way you could fully enjoy the game without watching ads/ paying real life currency. Therefore the ad system is really a key part of the game, which is fair enough, it is a free game. However, the ads could vary between 5 - 40 second ads, and if you skip you lose the reward. There is one variant of these ads that gives you 30 seconds to choose which ad you want to watch, and then it’s another 30 seconds to watch, adding up to a total of 60 seconds ad time, which is very long for ad supported games. If you’re wondering, the most common ads are 20 seconds. Note to devs/sales rep, either fix the reward system to correspond how long the ad will be, or only include 20 second ads for every reward..Version: 1.7.0

✓ Addictive but very flawedIt’s great how achievable this game is by watching lots of ads and it’s addictive however: - Not being able to carry over your money to the next hotel renders all previous hotels useless once maxed out. It’s basically like starting a whole new game which will bore soon. - Travelling between hotels causes all your guest numbers to go back to standard. For example I will be in one hotel and wait for all rooms to become occupied, then travel to the next hotel (or close the app) even for just 10 seconds, then when I return half the rooms are empty again. - Either the speed at which time passes in the game, or the speed at which everyone walks is way off. The second hotel took a while for everyone to get to places but was okay I guess, the third hotel... all they do is walk around! They wake up at 6:30am to go to the restaurant all at once and by the time they get from their rooms to the restaurant it’s been almost 3 hours and the kitchen is almost closed for the morning... sometimes they take all night to walk to their room that it’s the next day, they jump in bed and jump back out and walk all the way to the restaurant again! ✓ Great concept, too many glitchesOn first using the game, it seemed really good. The concept is brilliant and it’s enjoyable to play. However, after competing your first hotel, you’ll notice that there are many glitches in the game, often relating to the amount of money you have saved. An hour ago I had 140,000, come back and only got 30,000, even thought it states I’ve made a profit of 40,000 whilst being away. How does that add up? Unfortunately, this has happened way too many times so I’ll be deleting the game. Shame, as it’s a good concept, hence the 3 stars. If the developers sorted the glitches I’d give it 5. Almost makes you wonder if they deliberately reduce your money, hoping you’ll pay in real money to buy the items you need?!.Version: 1.7.2

This game was really fun till I got to the last hotel where every time I close it even with full rooms I come back ever time and have three less, which I guess is ok but they keep not giving me the profits from the time away. It’s has problems with saying you have rooms full but they have “people” in them, it’s freezes sometimes and you have to reload the game. I would never pay 10 dollars for a game that has this many bugs. If they would fixes some of the problems and upgraded the system as a whole I might pay 5 dollars. This game is just a trap for young children to pay 10 dollars and that’s all that’s matters to them. I know I’ve watched at least a 1000 videos which has made them more money than the 10 dollars they want for a game, which shouldn’t be a problem but the money is more important that the jobs and the people that get a “free” game. ✓ Major bugs!Downloaded just a few days ago, very interesting game, everything went well until bugs started to show up. I understand that making a game are a lot of effort, so I am ok with some bugs but a lot of bugs annoys me for example this game. I’ve been checking back every so often for over a year now to see if they have added a new hotel and there is still nothing. More missions were added recently but as I’d already completed the hotels, the missions were all completed too. It’s a shame to pay real money for upgrades like less ads and then not be able to do anything further with the game for years. There seems no point to completing the event hotels as the prizes don’t help when you have no more hotels to complete. I’ve got maybe a small way through the second hotel and the game just crashes, if I close the app down and open again it sometimes works but mostly unplayable now due to this and any money that has been made since relaunching the app is lost when the game crashes again. Also they money from the first hotel is now also useless? You spend all that time upgrading a hotel for it to essentially do nothing, you have to accumulate a joint amount of stars between the first and second to be able to open the third but when you do you have to start from the bottom as if your a new hotel owner? ✓ Half-baked, glitchy game only made to make moneyThe game itself is mostly okay, nearly impossible without watching ads but fun. I was on the second hotel and was doing pretty good, too. Then, when starting up the game later ,it wouldn’t load. It would just stay on the screen, the game itself is fun but for God’s sake you can’t get lazy with game development! Several people have reported this and what has been done to fix it? The devs have to fix this! Aside from this glitch I quite like the game, but 1 star for this glitch which stops me playing the game. ✓ Good game, but...I really enjoy the style of this game - I love simulator games anyway, but what I really like about this one is the upgrading system and how pretty it looks. You can upgrade everything and actually see what your new upgrades look like - lovely! However, I am disappointed with how long it takes to actually get any upgrades. Getting money even at the start takes ages, and I wish there was an option to speed time up (maybe skip a few hours that aren’t night time?) otherwise I’m just sitting there waiting 5-10 minutes for money to be made, so easily get bored just staring at the screen. ✓ Was good, now unplayable.Finished in just under a week 😂. Pretty addictive, just play to finish one area then realise you’ve played for another hour! Some parts are faulty... maids work 9-2pm... but it takes 45 mins to get to first room. Peeps take so long to get to activities they are closed on arrival. On reopening game sometimes it says full but beds are empty so no income. That said, it kept me entertained 👍🏼 Update wit Arabian hotel. No one eats!!! It takes so long to get to restaurant... 3 hour walk from reception, no one gets there on time. This maid is even worse... 40 minutes to clean, 20 minutes to walk to next room!!!!!! You cant take money between hotels to aid you in building the next one. The new update seems a bit pointless, other than to grab more money from the player. I installed it last year, I’ve completed the entire game and I’ve always found myself waiting for new hotels to be released. However, this time around, the update doesn’t seem to be coming. It appears to me that the developers are too busy creating hundreds of other games to make money off, as opposed to improving any of the existing games they’ve developed. ✓ I really want to like this game.This game is virtually unplayable if you don’t watch ads, as the progress slows to a snail’s pace. I’m more than happy to watch ads or pay to skip ads and support developers if the option is there - the issue is, at some point the investors stop turning up at all. I checked support to see what was up with that, and tried all the fixes, but I’ve had to wait for the following day to make any progress whatsoever. The game itself is really charming. It doesn’t force wait times with vaults, research or building so theoretically it’s an awesome time sink. However, the over-reliance on ads that the servers can’t provide is incredibly off-putting. ✓ Bug Still Not FixedI started out liking this game because it’s one of the few games where you actually see some progress as you play WITHOUT paying real cash for it (as long as you are willing to watch a lot of ads). ✓ AI movement needs worksOverall a fun game that requires you to be tactical in your spending if you want to maximise profit but there are a few things that really need improving. Firstly the AI are stupid during the event they would take 2 hours to go to the disco which was closed then go back to their room before then going to the arcade which was now closed because it took them 6 hours to get to it instead of 2 so this needs a massive improvement. Secondly there needs to be better tracking of hourly customers vs how many staff can handle so you can better manage your staff same with adverts. ✓ Unfair and pay to winI really like the concept of this game, but obviously with it being a mobile its pay to win, surprise surprise! I can see someone buying some of the options in the game and enjoying it, but it is not the case with people who just want to enjoy a game without wasting their money on it. The creators should make the game playable without any in app purchases while letting the players who purchase things benefit from it. My recommendation is to make the game more fair by lowering the general cost of things, and letting the players who want to spend money buy limited things such as an amount of cash, instead of having an extremely rich business man appear in your hotel lobby offering you money to watch an ad, and also the game offering you to spend $15 to bypass that. ✓ Deleted!Game is fun and addicting at least for me but I recently decided to delete it. As most games on our phones we watch an app and it gives you this and that to help out with the gameplay. It was fine till i was on my 3rd hotel and 1 out of 2 adds that i watch will give me nothing! Either the screen goes dark and i have to close the game and come back in or it goes back to gameplay without giving me the bonus, in this case either “ profits x2 “ , “ patreon “ which gives you a certain amount of money or turning night time into day time! So i was watching adds just to get nothing at that point. I’m a pc guy go who plays a lot of competitive shooting so have the best internet that cox has to offer! it’s not the internet nor do i think that my Iphone 8 that sucked so decided it was nice while it lasted. ✓ The game is full of bugsAfter I upgraded my first 2 hotels to 5 stars I noticed I was losing money on the second hotel restaurant even though all the rooms were upgraded to max level, looking at the rooms availability it was showing zero so no further clients could be booked to stay, I only realised when I checked the beds at night that about 4 rooms didn’t had anyone showing as sleeping on the bed, I closed the app and reopened it and once I was logged back in, in fact it was showing the 4 rooms as empty. So there is a glitch where the room availability will show zero but in reality there are rooms available which will bring your profits down or into negative zone. As you progress with the game by the time you get to the 3rd hotel the glitch will make you put the game down as sometimes you log in and you’re in profit and other times you log in and you have recorded huge losses. Another thing I don’t personally like is the 30 second advert you have to watch to have 10 minutes of double profits... seriously?!? 10 minutes bonus for 30 seconds of my time watching the ad, surely that can be extended.. shame for the issues as this was a really addictive game.Version: 1.2.0

✓ Can’t get past loading screen 😭I’ve played this game when I was little and I always wanted to download it again. When I finally get the chance. It just froze on the loading screen! ✓ Fun, but riddled with bugs.The game is initially fun, with a good progression getting you used to how things work, but as you progress there are a lot of issues. The housekeepers are unable to clean all the rooms on a regular basis despite being fully upgraded and with full manning. There’s nothing more you can do! The guests go to the restaurant minutes before it opens, then walk off complaining which means you don’t earn any money. This seems very unfair as it’s not something we can control. The game mechanics are also aimed very much at trying to get you to spend more. Progression really slows down after the first hotel, with a massive emphasis on paying real money to be able to earn enough to progress, or watch a 30 second advert every 30 seconds. ✓ X2 multiple still bugged.I’ve been playing this game approximately 5 months now daily. I’ve progressed far and still Enjoy playing however, the X2 profit multiplier is still not working whilst offline. The problem started about 2 and a half months ago I’d fill the 2H bar and initially the X2 would come into effect but once the game was closed it stopped working meaning when I came back I’d only have my base pay for my 2H idle with the option to multiply by 2 for watching an ad. Opposed to double the base pay I should’ve gotten for filling the 2H bar, this is frustrating to say the least because the further you progress the more you rely on the multipliers to progress in the game and sometimes the X2 profits video ad you get when you come back to the game from being away doesn’t work either meaning you’re left with literally nothing other than the profits the hotel made whilst you were away with no opportunity to multiply it. Both multipliers used to work perfectly fine and really helped to progress, now it can take anywhere up to a month of daily playing to complete a hotel with these bugs which is such a drag.i reported this issue some 2 months ago and it still hasn’t been fixed in the newest update 3 days ago, and would appreciate it being looked into this time so I can resume a good game as at this point with all the waiting it makes it more of a chore than enjoyable.Version: 1.7.2
✓ Love the permanent hotels, hate the eventsThe game itself is great, so addictive and a game you can grind or you can take your time with. I would honestly give 5 stars, but the event hotels are the worst thing and since being introduced have brought nothing but frustration and a negative experience. The lifetime earnings reset between hotels, purchasing the upgrades for events are advertised as ‘permanent’ but are only for that event. Existing non-event managers are completely disregarded and the events themselves only go for 3 days maximum. First of all, it is quite hard, this is the main problem for the game I think, so for people who don’t mind it when a game is hard, go ahead and download the game. ✓ Lots of issues...Yes this is an addictive game..but it’s also really frustrating. The timing is WAY off, your hotel guests generally try to use the facilities when they’re closed😂which makes it absolutely pointless trying to develop those areas! You use up precious hard to come by money to pay the staff of the restaurant/bar/pool etc, and they just stand there for a majority of the shift with no guests to serve!! ✓ Great Game - until level 2!This really is a great game and I was totally addicted for the first level. Lots of adverts to gain the money you need but guess that’s fair enough for a free download. The problem is when you get to level two the amount you get for watching the ad’s goes down significantly so progress became really slow so I got bored and will now be deleting it which is a shame. Fair enough they want to make some money so you get lots of offers to buy it but £10 is just too much - what happened to the days of a quick demo level then 99p or so for the full playable game not having to them by extra stars or whatever to get certain items (for which this game is no different!). The £10 means no more adverts but not sure how you would then build up enough cash to build rooms etc as some become quite expensive as the level progresses. ✓ Fun but frustrating game!I don’t ever write reviews of games, but this one has me so frustrated! It is a fun game and can be very addicting, but the way the guests use services and check out needs to be fixed. When a new day starts, all of them go running to the same service (depending upon which hotel you are at). Since each service can only accommodate a certain number of people (even when you have hired all staff and fully upgraded), some get turned away. They will all then flock to the same next service and get turned away after it is full. By that time, it’s been 6 hours on the game, and they all go to their rooms to get their bags and check out. This takes and additional 2-3 hours. By that time, it’s late in the day (7:00-10:00 PM) so most services are closed for new guests checking in. The new guests will all go running to the same closed services, and they will pass by the few that are open to go to closed ones. For example, in Little Camelot, they go to the restaurant, archery and medieval tournament. I watched for two full hotel days. No one went to the spa or pool, 2 went to the casino, 4 went to the bar and 1 went to the nightclub. That is out of 88 current guests. The developers need to fix this issue. People have been complaining about it for 2 years, and it makes me want to stop playing the game..Version: 2.3.1
