✓ Loading issues and show delaysHalf the time if you want to switch channels it doesn’t work so you have to restart the app. Also the main system of the game is flawed if you can have everything maxed and STILL shows are being delayed. The staff walk to slowly from different rooms and start their tasks way too late, so you’re being penalised for something that you have literally no control over. ✓ Fun time killerI like this game, the graphics are very nice and you can accumulate money on the app pretty fast even without making a purchase. My issue right now is with the telethon. It’s supposed to work for an hour offline but every time I click away the telethon stops, this happened after I actually spent money so I don’t have to sit through ads for the bonuses but I’m a little agitated that the telethon stops as soon as I switch to another station or leave the app now. ✓ Past PlacesI think the game is perfect, and is really one of the only idle games I’ve actually continued to come back to and not delete after one day. I only have ONE problem. What’s the point in continuing to upgrade the last place you used if you can’t use that same money on other places to upgrade. ✓ Lowered review because updates take too longI absolutely love idle games theyre my favorite by far. This game is a great addition to my collection of idle games but unfortunately the developers have not prioritized this game so it’s updates and new levels are severely lacking. Overall this game can be completed without purchasing anything in about 2-3 months but then there’s absolutely nothing to do. ✓ Ok, but bugsA common problem with channel 2 and 3 (and any more they release) is that your receptionists don’t arrive first, so everyone else gets really angry queuing first thing, even if you max out your reception upgrades at 100%. This upsets your staff no matter the quality of dressing room or makeup or breakout room. On channel 3 the comedy club is full of bugs. You can max out your audience and the two ticket machines but you never fill the audience because the ticket machines don’t sell quickly enough even at 100%, leaving empty seats and angry customers. The comedy club is also permanently dirty. It can be just cleaned seconds ago, one audience member walks in, and it’s dirty again. It’s an ok game but it has bugs..Version: 1.0.0
✓ Premature release....I’ll be honest, I was enjoying the game quite a bit, so much so I actually paid £9.99 for no ads! Only to be bitterly disappointed that there was only the one level (tv station) available to play?!? Didn’t tell me this anywhere. Instead I assumed like other idle games it would only become available when you complete tasks.. but after I completed all the tasks (which only gives you enough coins for one headhunter for celebs, so if you want more you’ll have to spend money) then got all rooms unlocked and upgraded fully, got 100% share and then.... ✓ LaggyReally good game, when it works. Game keeps lagging and freezing. You can watch the advert for x2 profits but it then freezes and you loose all income. Sometimes it freezes as you get your income. You have to restart the game and you lose your income. Can’t jump between stations as that stops the game working. ✓ UnplayableI don’t know if it’s part of the tutorial, but I’ve been playing for near to 40 minutes and I don’t have control of the game whatsoever. I am on that section where the game is showi by me the break room (where cast/crew clog when not filming). After the message comes up explaining the beak room, the camera is locked to my newscaster and I’m stuck there. I can’t use any of the buttons, and I can’t move the camera anywhere or interact with anything (except to zoom in or out). This wouldn’t be so bad, but all the newscaster has done is pace around that room for about half an hour and I must admit, I’m bored of waiting for something to happen. Where this a glitch or a feature I don’t know. But since this is something I was drawn to by randomly scrolling on the store, this issue ruins it. ✓ Not enough contentI actually loved the game, but it only has 3 levels. It’s not ready for wide release. I finished all 3 levels 2 months ago and they released the “telethon.” As far as I can tell they are only working on tweaking the parameters for the telethon. I know when a new station is released I’ll beat it in a week and presumably wait 3 more months for another station. I keep getting push notifications that “your employees aren’t working! Start the game to collect today” but there is no reason to do so since everything is unlocked and complete, and money doesn’t transfer to the next station. The developers keep commenting on reviews that “new stations are coming soon we just can’t say when” but the fact I’ll beat the next new station so quickly and again have zero to do gives me no confidence. That being said there are a few problems that make the game annoying. Even if you Max everything out, there are still show delays and upset employees which makes no sense. Besides being somewhat unrealistic, the game can be buggy (I’ve had to restart often when reopening or changing stations). The game doesn’t seem to continue when it’s closed. The audiences don’t come in and other things don’t happen as they should. The game clock is weird. If I go between stations for a moment, 12 hours could go by in the original station. Game mechanics are also a little weird. Some things you can’t build up enough to do what they need to do and some you only need 2 or 3 instead of the 6 that can be built. It seems they should spend more time on the mechanics and making the game rely less on building new stations. Once the station is built then there’s nothing else to do there. ✓ Stupid developersIdk what you guys did, but now that I’ve done the most recent update a couple days ago (4-25 maybe) the game won’t even launch on my iPad anymore. It was bad enough that it might take a couple times or would crash after maybe 5 or 10 min, but I could still relaunch it and it work fine for about the same duration. A lot of the “Idle” games series, no matter the developer, don’t work well with iPad. Have trouble with the police station one but works fine on my phone. Idle Box Office won’t even launch. ✓ Not feeling the Telethon eventI love the game otherwise but this Telethon event seems impossible. 3 days to try and rack up 1 Billion dollars? Coupled with the fact that upgrades cost anywhere between $15,000 and $258,000. Sheesh, the fourth vending machine is $720,000 just to unlock it. It’s crazy! There’s no way to watch an ad to double the revenue AND money doesn’t transfer over from the other tv stations for easier upgrading. Unless I’m doing something wrong, there’s no way to make money fast enough to get remotely close to the grand prize. ✓ Bug in need of fixThis game is pretty addicting, but there is a little bug that I’m writing a review for since it is not mentioned in the support menu. My characters are starting the show at the exact time that the show is supposed to start yet my show loses up to 700 dollars in revenue due to delays. I don’t know why these shows (specifically happy garden and the kitchen) are delayed since I can see that they are starting at the designated time. ✓ Employees go on strike every morning when you get to network 3After playing Hotel Empire Tycoon I fell in love with Codigames and their games. I was very excited when I seen the ads for TV Empire Tycoon. I downloaded the game and I’ve been playing it for about 2 weeks now. It’s a really fun game but after realizing how many flaws it had, today I decided to stop playing for good. One of the main reasons is that dozens of the employees and cast go on strike every morning when they come to the front desk to check in because they don’t want to wait in the long line. You’d think that by upgrading the lobby to the max that this wouldn’t happen but it still does. Every morning. The lobby is upgraded to the max, the janitors, and the housekeeping but they are all still too slow for the cast and they get angrier and angrier by the minute and half of them go on strike everyday, multiple times. The ticket machines are upgraded to the max for the comedy night tv show but they are still too slow for all of the audience members to get in and fill the seats. I don’t understand what the point is of playing this game when you can’t fix the problems that should be fixable. It’s not fun to play anymore and today I am deleting it. Good luck Codigames. I just went through probably 15 + minutes of ads, which is my own fault not the games, it’s my choice to watch them, so that’s fine. ✓ Fun but lackingI love tycoon games and have played pretty much every one this company has put out. I understand that this is a newer game and updates are still rolling in, but I finished all three television networks, and each one ran out of contracts to pursues pretty early even though there were a lot of updates still need for the station. I found myself motivated by wanting to upgrade all the stages, rooms, etc only to get to 100% completion. Even after I took several weeks to upgrade everything (without paying real money), there was really no incentive. My shows still have delays, my staff is still frustrated and I feel like things don’t really improve enough from upgrades. I did enjoy the challenge of making it 100 on each station, however by the end it wasn’t satisfying. Looking forward to future updates to what changes are made..Version: 1.0.0

✓ Yea we’re not getting an updateThis game is so much fun! Great way to pass the time, but once you finish the game (which I did in about a week or two) there’s not much else you can do. I was hoping that maybe the game would update and add new tv stations/shows, but nothing has happened. There hasn’t been a new update (other then to fix bugs) in months. What made me upset was Recently I got a notification from the app saying I had “New TV stations” I got excited, but when I checked there was nothing new. I checked the other reviews and The developers have been responding with “we’re working on something! It’ll be released soon” since January, maybe earlier, so I don’t think We’re getting more tv stations any time soon and I think I’m going to delete the game after I finish writing this review Edited:Downgraded my rating from 2 to 1 stars after getting the same copy/paste response I complained about in my review from the developers.Version: 1.2.2
✓ Construction time doesn’t decrease when away from the appDownloaded this over the weekend and have noticed that the construction time doesn’t decrease unless you’ve been active on the app... I guess it stops in line with the 1 hour timer on rewards... this doesn’t do it in any of your other games. So far it’s taken nearly a day to build the game show studio when I think construction time for that is something like 7 hours.. could we get a fix for this please?.Version: 0.9.4
✓ It’s OK but also frustratingThe games concept is good. I enjoy these types of games. However there is a lack of control over what you can do. For instances the amount of rubbish dropped vs how slow cleaners are and I l’y 1 to a room means people always get unhappy. There is always at least 1 show where presenters are late. Despite having maxed all kitchen items and make up, dressing rooms they are just late and there is nothing that can be done about it. The vending machines as well slow to fill up storage is low when you have 15 staff in the canteen. Issues like this just detract from the game as there is nothing I can do apart from watch people get unhappy due to the mechanics of the game..Version: 1.0.0
✓ Bugs bugs and more bugsI’m giving it three stars because this is one of my favorite tycoons I’ve played so far. It’s very entertaining and from what I’ve seen appears to add more with each level. The only problem is the bugs...sometimes I’ll open my game and it just sits there on the title screen without loading. When the game finally opens it runs slow and stutters all the time and any time I’ve tried to watch an ad or basically do anything it freezes and the only way to fix it is to close the app and try again. The last couple of times I’ve tried to watch an ad the ad opens up, plays for a second, and then closed and freezes my game. At this point it happens so often that the game has become unplayable and absolutely frustrating to even try. Please fix this so I can go back to enjoying the game.Version: 0.9.5
✓ Fun, but you’ll run out of things to do too quickly.First of all, DONT PAY TO REMOVE ADS! It’s a waste of money, there are currently only three networks to set up, just be patient, This is a fun game, but like a lot of these games you don’t really get to create anything, you’re just strategically building things to meet goals. Once you have a network a certain percent complete, the next one unlocks, but money can’t be transferred between networks. When a network is 100% done, you’re finished with it. Once you’ve got all three networks at 100%, you’re waiting for a new network to be added. I would say don’t worry about watching ads to double your money, just save it up. I’ve played this for about a week, and I’ve nearly done everything already..Version: 1.0.0
✓ TV Empire Ad veiwerIf you are looking for a game where it was designed to maximize profits to the maker and maximize time viewing ads to advance. Then you have a found a great game. Also i think i saw like 15 options in the pay for play menu. They have some great concepts, but unfortunately there is no customization. If only they allowed you to build whatever studios you wanted instead of pushing you through a very specific path. Sadly is a missed opportunity for long term play. It seems like they only wanted to push something out as fast as possible to line their own pockets and not something that could have been a good long term game..Version: 0.9.5
✓ Ok... but overpriced for little gainLoving the codigame series. Have 4 of them on the go. However the offline gain for this game of just an hour or pay $$ is way too high. Some other similar offerings actually fill your offline coffers at least 24hrs or so. Basically leaving this one lacking of any real interest in the long run as it would take forever or constant babysitting to accomplish much.Version: 1.2.2
