✓ Bonus rewards.I like the concept but i have yet to receive any bonus rewards after completing any bonus reward options..Version: 1.6
✓ Was Working Now It’s NotThis app worked great as long as I wasn’t in a Kroger store using their WiFi. Now it’s extremely glitchy and circles the drain every time I try to open it. I get push notifications about extra point opportunities but if the app won’t load I can’t take advantage of them. Very frustrating! I now have to delete the app and then re-add it every single time I want to open it..Version: 1.7
✓ Mostly good so far…The only issue is I’ve had is that I haven’t received the 300 points promised for joining community rewards last month. Other things I’d like to see in this app: 1) points rollover month to month 2)a way to contact customer service in the app vs a phone number..Version: 1.6
✓ Another hoop to jump thru, another frustrationThis app (WHEN you can log in) does offer savings. However, along w/e-coupons, CashBack, & weekly deals, it contributes to the hoops customer has to jump thru to get those savings in 1 trip. That’s WHEN it works-50% of the time. Not sure frustration is worth couple of dollars - WHEN/if they’re finally credited..Version: 1.7
✓ TerribleApp doesn’t work right. Get messages about bonuses and they’re nowhere to be found. Takes forever to update any new points you accumulate. Unused points don’t carry over, but you have to stare at them every time you open the app, which is useless information. App has good intentions, and I really wish it would work correctly...Version: 1.5

✓ PLEASE HELPI haven’t been able to get into my fresh account in over a week. Every time I try to log in it says my email or password is wrong. So I do forgot password and when I put my email in it says, ‘There seems to be an issue with your login email , please check or email address and try again’..Version: 1.8
✓ Does not work properly!!!!!!This app is a great concept but nothing about it works properly. It will give you bonus points and or coupons and then they will disappear before the expiration date. The app will have you opt in on something for bonus points and then you never receive the bonus points. It only seems to work right about 20 percent. I hope that Kroger pays attention to all the negative reviews and fix this app because it is a great idea if working properly..Version: 1.5
✓ Nice concept, little developmentThe concept is great! I love Kroger and would love more ways to earn coupons. But I find it is not very developed, features will appear to work but when you have completed the bonus you aren’t rewarded. Or you cannot even open the app at all. The points also need to last longer before expiring. I am shopping for a single person and cannot build up enough points to redeem in a single month, or even two months most of the time. Looking forward to see if they make adjustments..Version: 1.5

✓ So many problemsWorked great the first few months I had it. Then was unable to open the app for a long time. Months it would not load. Finally today I deleted the app and reinstalled to see if that would work. App now loads but I cannot log in. When I try to reset my password it tells me there is a problem with my email address. I’m getting points based on the amount of money I spend, but then I can’t even use my leftover points because there aren’t any rewards under 100 points, and I can’t combine them with the following months points. ✓ App never worksIt hasn’t been able to open for the past few weeks. I can delete the app and add it back. The app will work when reinstalled, but after it will just spin and never let you back in. Previously I reached out to customer service because it wouldn’t let me “purchase” a $10 off my order, I lost those points. Someone was supposed to reach out and help, that was in August. ✓ Doesn’t work half the timeThe last 3 times I filled out a bonus survey, I got no points. It also doesn’t always give points for other bonuses such as giving 3x points for buying kroger brand items. Then all of a sudden a few weeks later I may get a manual points adjustment after they figured it out. I really did like the app though. Last month I got about $15 off my purchases because of it. Now that they are offering some decent bonuses this month (Dec), I got a message stating that Fresh Mode was no longer going to be valid in my area after Dec 21 and my fresh mode account will be deleted. ✓ Great when it worksI’ve had this app for a couple months, and when it’s working, it’s great. Haven’t been able to open the app for several days, and there’s no way to contact support.
