✓ Online ap for click listAlthough I have used ap in the past, I was frustrated. Found it hard to put items in my cart, as ap posted to list. Also, I was not able to pick from multiple varieties of canned tomatoes in cart, but was able to on list. Very confusing, and took way too much of my time. Again too way too much time today on my older iPad. I guess I needed at least an iso 11.0 update on it, and There wast an update available for me to do so. Finally went to my iPhone to finish my order. I will remember to use phone next time. I appreciate the free pickup!.Pal to PalVersion: 19.4.1

✓ Why not add a place to tip the delivery person?Your search function is so much better now. But. Cmn do I really have to be so precise a typer to find an item I'm ummmm yummmm thinking about? I have not seen my favorite dressing in months. I decided to add alcohol to my order which made it a PICK UP instead. ✓ App issuesI’ve been trying for at least 4 months to have groceries delivered to my home from this app with issues. & no it’s not my address issues it’s your app. I’ve reported it to my local bakers who contacted someone higher up about it yet nothing has been done about it yet. I also work with grocery delivery companies so no it’s not there issues either. It’s the app. & it crashes often. Please fix this! I literally have the flu & cant even get medicine & food delivered from you guys. Yet Walmart app & hyvee is working perfectly. However I would prefer to shop with my local Bakers over them any day! ✓ Bring back the cart buttonI use this app all the time for grocery pickup. The bottom right button used to go to my shopping cart for editing and checking out. Now it takes me to the list feature which I have absolutely no use for. In fact I cannot figure out for the life of me how to access the cart anymore without going into the settings menu which is NOT intuitive at all. You should be making online shopping EASIER, not cryptic and requiring hidden menus to do the simplest things..Ex_monstrumVersion: 52.0.1

✓ You need to look at Target's siteI appreciate being able to see my coupons applied BEFORE checking out and being able to only search in-store items. I also find it annoying that Bakery items are not available on the app. I highly recommend reviewing the way Target does pickup. I primarily shop Target for that reason--Bakers sometimes has better deals on meat and soda but the app is such a headache!.H he ffVersion: 63.1

✓ Crap appTwice I’ve used it. Twice it has frozen. Twice, I’ve held up the checkout line getting the promised discounts. It’s annoying to look like a fool. It’s annoying to have annoyed people staring at me. The last time I had to restart my phone. Tonight, it locked up on the push notifications screen. I’m going to uninstall and reinstall it and try again. ✓ Online orderingI ordered groceries for pickup and several of the items I needed said “delivery only”. I find this very frustrating because today is the one time I chose online instead of just going inside and doing the shopping myself and now I have to go back to get those needed items when my schedule allows. ✓ Use to be goodRecently the coupons don’t come off of a bakers card even after being used. This is causing major confusion and frustration with customers. They don’t get that the coupons can’t be used anymore because they already used them previously. ✓ Please fix your appI’m not usually one to leave bad reviews. Simply trying to update my address and add a Krogers e-gift card to my account that I got from work, so I can order some groceries, and haven’t had an app in years be so unresponsive and not actually serve the purpose it’s supposed to. The idea of using it is to save time. It would have been faster to have asked to use PTO at my job, drive to the store, grabbed all the things myself, and checked out than it would have been to use the app that hasn’t been doing anything I’ve tried to get it to this morning, and I literally just downloaded it, so it’s up to date and I’m connected to wifi, with full signal, so it’s not any issues on my end. Make the app actually work and be more user friendly and give the option to add e gift cards through it and not just physical gift cards. If I would have known that it was going to be this big of a hassle, I never would have asked work for a krogers gift card, I would have picked a different grocery service that actually works..UscMallo44Version: 49.3

✓ Some great features, needs to stay signed inMy family shops at Bakers frequently, but after a recent update, having to sign in every time the app is used is very inconvenient and impractical. We can sign in on the app to make a list and then have to sign in again at the store. My husband and I share a login so this is extra cumbersome. ✓ Boost does not work… at all.I paid $60 for Boost to have my groceries delivered and the app won’t let me select my address - I get an, “unknown error has occurred,” error. ✓ UselessI have tried to use it from the first day. Some days it will work while I’m home putting the shopping list together, then at the store if the app works at all some of the items have disappeared. Today the shopping list I had put together earlier today at home has just disappeared. I’m going back to the app I used before this one. ✓ Keeps crashing and won’t let me check outThis app used to be really useful. As I would run out of things, I would add them to my cart. I used my list function to keep a list of commonly ordered items. Between these two things it was fairly easy to build my order for the week. Now, the app won’t save anything in the cart. Not only that, but I just spent the better parting an hour building my list and coupons, only to have the app not save and crash when I tried to check out. Ugh! I like the idea, but the app keeps stuttering. Seriously you guys need a decent UX team to work out all these stupid bugs!.SkeetbugVersion: 15.4

✓ Awful appIt is so very difficult to navigate and find items. When searching coupons, the photos are so tiny and the description starts with Simple Truth then …. so you need to click on that item to actually see what item it is. ✓ Digital coupon nightmareStanding in the store, seeing an awesome digital coupon deal and cannot find any way to add it while standing there. Digital coupons within the app are a mystery. If you are lucky they might just show up in the rolling ad on the top. There was an extra fuel points digital coupon for gift cards and I was buying 8 gift cards. The sign on the display said it was available but I couldn’t find it anywhere in the app and no store employee could figure out where to find it either. I did a search for digital, card, gift and fuel points and the digital coupons were never presented. It was as if Bakers really doesn’t want you to actually get them, just frustrate the heck out of you while dangling a carrot in front out you that you cannot actually get. ✓ MehIt works but is missing simple features like saving filter preferences, searches brings back a lot of unrelated things, and the photos are potato quality so you can’t actually read any details on the packaging. Hy-Vee’s app is WAY better..Jpd1981Version: 64.1

✓ What a train wreckWon’t register my card which I have used for years. Called customer service got a voice Queen that went down a rote road fast. Finally a human, then transferred to another human with a bad connection/headset who didn’t resolve the issue. Finally just signed up for a new card now I have two gaining points to add to the confusion. I hope my order is correct as as it hasn’t set a good precedence..CynTeneVersion: 42.3
