✓ My music playlist launcher!I love Music Box so much. This app has become essential to me to organize all my favourite Apple Music playlists and radio stations without cluttering up my library. Easy to add to it and categorize all kinds of metadata. On my iPad it’s always next to my music app side by side. It made it to the top shelf on my Apple TV now as well. ✓ Brilliant!I knew I was missing this app, I just didn’t know how much I wanted it until I found MusicBox. Previously, I used a shortcut I built that sent the Apple Music link to a Reminders list I called Music to Check. It mostly worked, but I never liked having this in Reminders and I only got the link back to Music. With MusicBox I have a dedicated app, it shows me the full info of the song or album, I can sort and tag. And the smart search is perfect. I realised I haven’t been excited about a new app in years. ✓ Super!I was already a super fan of Play, and am really enjoying MusicBox. I get a lot of song/album/artist recommendations, but creating a playlist to keep track of them wasn't really working well. MusicBox fixes this issue, and works wonderfully. I use Spotify, and it works well with that. Probably works even better with Apple Music, but I have no complaints with Spotify integration!.Version: 1.0.2

To organize my library I have a system set up with Apple’s Smart Playlists using Groups, Ratings, and Comments in the track’s Get Info menu. MusicBox allows you to ‘bookmark’ an album so you come back to it later. This way you only add it to your library if you like it. It's a powerful app with a great user interface. The price is absolutely worth it. My only issue is that it has a bit of a learning curve. ✓ IndispensableFor those who like to keep track of new music this is such a great app and clearly coded by someone who knows their stuff. One thing I would love to be added is Siri integration for those times when you’re on the move and a new playlist track comes on that you want to go back to. This is easy enough to do manually using the track’s share function but it would be very cool to be able to say ‘Siri, share to MusicBox’. Other than that small thing I can’t fault it and recommend it wholeheartedly. Edit: I see now Siri can add to MusicBox but only with the phone unlocked and with the app open, so nothing to gain using a voice command in that context really. It would be nice if a more practical implementation of Siri could be added but maybe that’s not possible..Version: 1.2.7
