Healing Pal:Crystal Identifier for Negative User Reviews

Horrible app!I tried the 7 day trial and removed it after using it for an hour!! Anything purple was identified as amethyst, it was lepidolite, 3 separate pieces! White ivory and selenite were identified as moonstone. I get my crystals from reputable dealers, so I know what they are. I had hoped this app would help me identify some items I couldn’t identify or remember, but it clearly couldn’t identify simple ceyatals..Version: 1.2.1

DisappointedI k ow it’s only $4, but I feel like it was a waste of money. I scanned 3 crystals 1 of which was Kyanite which is very easy to identify and they said it was onyx..Version: 1.1

Do your own researchDo your own research on this one there are a few times I found out that is FALSE information for instance Azurite Malachite CANNOT GO IN WATER! I did my research on it and most articles say it CANNOT GO IN WATER! Now I have to go back in to my gemstone Information sheet that I have been making and make sure what I have is correct, if you don’t do this then you can do more harm to your gemstone and that wouldn’t be good at all. And they should also add what planets they are associated with along with the vibration numbers. The creators of this app should go back and do their personal research and look in books maybe some on the internet and make sure they have everything correct. Other than this it’s a pretty good app. If you want to do your own research I would look in books they have been around longer than the internet, if you do go for the internet then make sure you goto more pages to make sure it is the right info and contact the site and ask where they get their information from or read up on the web page where it says all about us..Version: 1.2.4

Not goodI tried it with tumbled crystals and it said there wasn’t a crystal in view. When I tried to delete it, it wouldn’t delete and I have clicked delete multiple times and it’s not deleting. I don’t recommend..Version: 1.2.5

Not accurateSo I tried this app for a week, and I could take a picture of one gemstone and come up with when identification and then take the picture again and it would give me a completely different identification. Very rarely was it consistent. This is not very reliable. The explanation of each gemstones and its properties is great but it needs work on identifying properly. After a few months I decided I wasted my money.Version: 1.2.5

Useless appI subscribe to this app in order to check my jasper stone . Every time I scan the item it says no stone found. This is just useless app . Waste of time.Version: 1.2.5

InaccurateIt identified white calcite as clear quartz, opal and opalite as moonstone, and many other incorrect guesses. DO NOT get this app for identifying crystals, it is WRONG and you’ll end up using the wrong crystals for your intentions. it does have good information on the crystals though, so if you already know what your crystals are and if they real or not, this app will come in handy..Version: 1.2.1

Not accurate at allI know a lot of the crystals I have, just wanted a brush up on the properties and it was incorrect 5 out of 6.Version: 1.1

Wrong 3/4 of the timeIt will get very simple stones correct, but nothing that is more rare or could possible be another stone. Does not allow for multiple options of the stone since some look like the other..Version: 1.1

Inaccurate every time.I got two different results for the same object, which is made of hematite, and both were inaccurate. The app first said it was aegerine, which is nowhere near right. Then it said it was magnetite, the most magnetic mineral in nature. The object is not magnetic in the least. The third result was magnetite again. All photos were taken in three different types of lighting on two different backgrounds. I had high hopes for this app, but I can’t even adjust lighting or conditions to rephotograph the object in hopes it would finally hit accurately because it’s limited to three tries per day. I’ve seen the developers’ replies to other reviewers suggesting the reviewers were simply wrong about their own gemstones, but the app is simply not accurate..Version: 1.2.3

Not payingThe price you’re asking for is ridiculous & limiting our daily IDs.. makes me not want to pay even more..Version: 1.2.5

Good app.. “Free Trial” just charged me the yearly fee.The app is fine, however I went through the right channel for the 7 day free trial… I was confused when the app still said “you haven’t claimed your 7 day free trial” despite me actively using the full version of the app. Turns out the “free trial” never happened and the app charged me the $36 yearly fee, and charged me days before the free trial would’ve ended anyway. Super annoying but I guess I have a year’s worth of the app now..Version: 1.2.4

NOT ACCURATE INFORMATION!I though that this was an okay app to identify crystals but most of the information about cleansing the crystals is incorrect. For example, I was told it was okay to clean malachite in water but after further research I found out because of the high copper content it can become dangerous if In water (after I had already cleaned it I found this out). Also, I do not know if any other crystals I’ve cleaned have been done incorrectly so some could end up being dangerous as I have been relying on the info from this app for a while… So if you are using this app to get information about your crystals, that’s fine but do more research when it comes to cleansing/ charging as not all of the info is accurate and could be dangerous! 🫠.Version: 1.1.2

Not very good appYou only get three daily tries to see what crystal you have how is that fair what if someone had like sixty, secondly they got all of my crystals wrong my crystal is not green creek jasper it’s a tall orange pink white brown and white pointed tip tall and not a green creek jasper, thirdly i red the instructions and not blurry perfect lighting and not together or to far, they also kept calling that stone diffrent types of jasper on the same picture I tried three times and it said “get unlimited identified crystals” this is why I’m rating this a one..Version: 1.2.5

What happened?I used to love this app and purchased mainly for the crystal identifier portion. All the other aspects were an added bonus! However it has suddenly stopped recognizing ANY crystals even ones I previously took pics of and received correct results. :(.Version: 1.2.5

Images don’t save/loadMy collection won’t show images of the crystals I’ve identified.Version: 1.2.5

Not worth itI’m sorry to say i can get better results off of a google image search than with this app. i’ve had the app for 9 months now and it’s wrong a significant amount of the time..Version: 1.2.7

Unable to access free versionI liked this app for a few days, the free version has some great features. However, now every time I open the app (using iPhone 13 mini) the first screen presented is the prompt to upgrade to the paid version and I cannot tap Cancel in the top right corner no matter how many times or ways I try. This makes it impossible for me to use the app. Please reposition the Cancel option or simply stop presenting this screen when the app is launched..Version: 1.2.4

Doesn’t really work.Scanned 5 crystals, got 1/5 correct. 1/5 stars..Version: 1.2.3

Please read!!I thought I liked this app but the app isn’t always accurate, also it shows how to charge and cleanse them and the one it did recognize that was right (Malachite) it told me to put it under water for 2 minutes if you aren’t aware MALACHITE IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS AND TOXIC IF YOU PIT IT IN WATER IT HAS COPPER PROPERTIES WHICH CAN MAKE YOU REALLY SICK IF YOU GET IT WET! So beware!!!.Version: 1.2.1

UselessIdentified an opal as a diamond, a sapphire eternity ring as a ruby. And a pink sapphire as a ruby. Does not detect real or fake because I put a real cheap cubic zirconia in there and it was a diamond..Version: 1.2.1

Gem palIt misidentified two of my gems so am canceling the subscription before it gets started.Version: 1.2.2

如何切换语言?应用描述里说明了支持中文,可我找不到相关配置.Version: 1.2.5
