✓ Update ruined it. Irrelevant mini-games.I'm okay with the update aesthetically, but it deleted my entire inventory and I lost progress. I had completed the "wild west" and Asian restaurant areas and now they're all greyed out again. The updated designs for the items were cute, but that's it. Also, why add the pimple popper/doctor/gross-out infected eyeball/toenail mini games? They have nothing at all to do with this game. I saw the app icon and was like, "What game is THIS!?" Devs added that to meet that algorithmic need to be a "satisfying" and "relaxing" game, just like Homescapes/Gardenscapes did (except they added some "help them escape" mini-games). They had to add stuff just so the game doesn't come off clickbait-y. It's legit false advertising. The game was fine the way it was. I understand they wanna have more downloads and therefore more profits, but at least make the mini-games relevant and don't lie in your ads and promo. People get sorely disappointed when you put a character with glass in her foot as the icon, but the game is about fixing areas up. All in all, it WAS 4 stars and now I can only give it 2. ✓ Epic failNew areas to develop are non existent. All I get is "coming soon". Soon must have a different meaning in the dragon plus zone. Since I no longer can advance past the orient gardens, I’m asking Apple for a full refund of any and all funds used in your game. I cannot play the game as intended. ✓ Game progress deleted!After the most recent game update literally almost all of my progress got reset i had completed the cinema and the pizza place and it all got reset and deleted. I was also above level 10 and im back to level 5. I lost pretty much all of my items i had saved up and it also reset my merge board. ✓ The update ruined the game for me.I liked this game when I first downloaded it, but the new update ruined it. Firstly, it deleted everything in my inventory, and most things on my board including the grill/cooker. I’m no longer able to complete those orders. Also, and this is the biggest issue, I was almost completed with a section, and it put me back in a section previously that I’ve already completed. ✓ Fun but hardThis game is a really fun merge game, cute graphics, even has cussing humor for adults playing. They just make it way too hard to obtain certain things, especially the cookies and coffee. You either are gonna pay for diamonds, or watch a lot of the free ads..Version: 1.0.16

✓ EhhI've tried quite a few merge games in the past 2 months but this is the only one I found stuck with me and wasn't buggy - unsure how but since 09/22 I have (almost) reached level 53 for free - I take advantage of the tons of free goods they offer just for watching a few ads - there are tasks that can take a few days which can be annoying to pass to the next level but I tried to save and use pink balloons to pass by them or just waited it out - since last week I have sign out, download newest updates, and deleted/reloaded app every day because there are no new levels, orders or work for me to do - I have finish town tasks too and can no longer collect pumpkins for the stall task - I have been collecting energy and gems every day but im not sure for what reason - overall a decent game that I enjoyed but Im deleting for lack of gameplay and boredom.Version: 1.0.5
✓ ImprovementsI really do like this game a lot. I live the graphics and how smoothly everything runs. One problem o do have is how little things are in certain suppliers. ✓ Addicting BUT …Game is very addicting BUT it takes far too long for stove bread bees etc to recharge and not enough food comes out before they need to be recharged … the ads are actually cool that u get diamonds and energy ! Think that’s pretty dope u can even watch ads to recharge BUT like so you only get so many items and then it has to recharge which takes 3-4 hours !! ✓ Good for a bitThis game was fun for the first little while. Soon the food levels are so high for the orders that you can’t attain them in anything less than 2 days. The coffee pot doesn’t give cookies on any sort of regularity and after logging in to use 8 energy for 0 cookies only to wait for a regeneration, I am deleting this game. Plus, there are food creators that aren’t even utilized and they sit on the board taking up space..Version: 1.0.13

✓ Terrible upgradeThey did an upgrade that caused you to lose everything you had so you’re practically starting the game over. Then they give you tasks you can’t complete because the don’t give you anything that lets you make meat. And, to top it off, they added a nasty pimple popping mini game. I’m super curious who at the design company thought it would be a brilliant idea to add something so nauseating to a food game! This was my favorite game until the update. You spend a lot of time and money building up the energy icons then they come along and take it all away and you have to start from scratch. Must need money really bad. ✓ Not-so-happy Merge CaféI saw an ad depicting this as a time management game. When I downloaded it and tried it, it turned out to be yet another decorating/renovating game instead. Not only that, but the ad in question has an impatient customer saying, “You’re so slow!” This is obnoxious and needlessly mean to people with learning disabilities. ✓ The update is not a better gaming experienceI get all games are updated, however, your response to everyone is to give a better gaming experience. With all the critical reviews lately that everyone lost a lot of things, it’s really not a better gaming experience. Like other reviewer said, I am re-doing and decorating things I have already done. You gave gems, but to coins away. Now there is no longer free daily items, like coins and gems. The update gave you items and some coins, and a few gems, however now there are no free daily items to even get. I am having to wait and wait to get the generators that I already had. I had quite a few of each and they were gone. I was at the highest generator levels, and now I have to work for them again? I had my inventory full, and now everything was deleted from it. ✓ No more tips and no customer serve supportA few weeks ago, I stopped receiving tips for restaurant upgrades. As a matter of fact, not even the restaurants themselves had any upgrading options. It just keeps telling me, “More tips will be there soon.” I have contacted customer support several times and I never get a straight answer. I always get the same canned and super vague response that didn’t help one bit. I also wanted to know how you can acquire certain items such as the fishing pole but there is no guidance in place. It’s a fun game but it really is upsetting how user un-friendly it is. ✓ It’s almost like they don’t want us to play this gameI get it: huge overhaul of the game lots of bugs can occur but I reviewed that they left a generator (grill for meat), I had previously, out of the update. They told me I was mistaken and then magically the item was sent to me in the game the next time I logged in. That’s fine. But high level generators are now giving you less than 10 items per round. Previously the game kept giving me high level items to merge to serve the customers but tons of taps on the generators before needing to refresh. Now it’s giving me lower level items to merge to serve customers but fewer taps on the generators, regardless of level of the generator. I went from spending money to buy energy to play for hours to playing for 3-4 minutes because I ran out of generator taps. And the gross new bonus levels that give you extra diamonds…some people enjoy those Dr. Pimple Popper games. I don’t. I also don’t think that type of game should be embedded in a food game. I don’t understand why they have it so you barley get anything out of them then it takes an hour 1/2 to recharge to get more things to merge to progress. ✓ Great game, but…I absolutely love this game. I’ve been playing for quite a while now, and I was THIS close to finishing it so I was really excited. But, this morning, I opened the game and it told me it’s been updated and I was given some rewards for ‘returning’. ✓ Not a good update sadly.First time leaving a review for a game and well this one made me really sad. I had absolutely loved this game. Had it for a long time on my tablet first then got a new phone and transferred everything to it and got back to playing. It would be the game that keeps me up at night from sleeping because it was that addictive. Then this update happened and changed everything. Not only did I lose a lot of my items and things I’ve already maxed out but I also have to fix areas I had previously fixed. Now it seems a little bit more difficult and time consuming to do this all over so I simply won’t be. I’ve seen a lot of reviews and comments and your responses saying it’s a better gaming experience but honestly it isn’t. So many people are complaining because it isn’t a better gaming experience. ✓ Fun game but I was ripped offI truly enjoyed this game and reached level 27 all the while spending a few dollars here and there. I noticed an issue with one of my treasure chests. I usually wait the 90 minutes for it to mature so I can get the items out. However, last night I chose to spend 154 jewels to open it immediately, because I am really close to building another coffee pot. The items I received as rewards for this treasure chest were three items I could get from a drawer. I took screenshots as proof and emailed it all to them, asking for a refund of jewels and the correct treasure chest. The company’s response made no sense. They stated that I received a red treasure chest and the correct reward items were given to me. There are no red treasure chests!! It really blows my mind that they would risk losing a paid customer for about 2 1/2 dollars of gems when I’m sure I’m spent over $50 in all. Not smart!.Version: 1.0.4

✓ FrustratingOk, I get it. The idea of game creation is for people’s enjoyment and to make money. It’s a pretty cool game and like every other one goes really smooth at first then downhill quickly. These product generators are not realistic. They spit out maybe 10 products per 2 hours, yet it’s for the very items you need to complete orders. I’ve seen your response to other people “like yea, but you can buy regeneration”. True but it’s still not worthwhile. You spend a ton of diamonds for a few items and back at square one 2 seconds later. Please listen to your players and find a better balance, otherwise it becomes extremely frustrating to play.
