✓ Watch Ads to Survive, Glitchy MessThe concept of this game seems really fun. I like the idea of a tower Defence game however the opponents level up and get stronger with you, however the game so far is extremely will either buggy or unfair to you as the player. The only real way to survive is to watch ads to either get more bonus coins or charges, or to upgrade the door when the AI breaks it. Some instances, I’m not sure if it’s some ability or just some glitch, the door will just start breaking on its own; as if it’s some invisible antagonist hitting it, basically making any turrets you poured your coins into useless. I’m not really sure what to think of this game, as it seems now they purposefully make it hard or buggy to make you watch more ads, however that also can be just due to fixing some bugs and balancing issues. Like I said before the concept of this game is really creative, even like playing as a monster and seeing how that perspective works. ✓ Fun for a whileNow I downloaded the game a while ago and it’s heavily based on watching ads to win. You have to quite literally watch ads to stay alive constantly. There’s a thing to watch an ad for immunity for 30 seconds then cools down and use again. As you progress you have to use that as much as possible. Also the AI gets too strong way too fast. As the timer goes on the AI soon enough becomes too strong for your defenses and on higher levels you’ll get jumped by 5 reapers. They have a skill system (perks) that you can get with gems and which is cool but too expensive if you die on a level you get 1 and if you win you get 3. If you download you’ll see that it’s basically impossible without watching ads for gems. Despite the amount of ads you’re forced to watch the game can be addicting but it does get old quick it was fun for a lil bit but I’m seeing top reviews go back months and the same problems I mention I see in those comments which is why I’m giving such a low review it’s only gets a 2 and not a 1 because I enjoyed the game for a little bit.Camx426Version: 1.10.0

✓ Not goodIt’s not even a good game, but if you do decide to try it, you’ll end up having to watch adverts nonstop just to complete the levels. ✓ Severe Balancing IssuesA. The AI is WAY too aggressive at around Night 6 going forward. They literally both go after ONLY you at the start of the round. How is that fair? Before you can even get any money or defenses set up they’re already about to eliminate you. B. The rewards for winning are far far too little. Especially when you employ an energy system. If you’re gonna include an energy system, make the rewards better. If you’re gonna make the rewards crap, then remove the energy system. Having both just makes people wanna abandon your game. C. Talents are EXPENSIVE for how little crystals you get. You need crystals to get better but you need to get better to get crystals. Then the energy system makes your progress even slower. D. Remove ads cost like $5 and literally everything still has you watch ads for more bonuses. The game’s system literally makes it necessary to watch ads here and there. If you’re gonna quintuple the price to remove ads (most games do 99 cents) then at least give 5 free ad tickets daily so that it’s actually WORTH something. From what I’ve seen, this used to be silent castle, the full experience with more survivors and killers. The blood bags also don’t do anything right now but you can collect as many as you want, by watching ads. There are characters here on the game’s photos that aren’t actually in the game. Then I find that there are MULTIPLE other ad farm games that follow this same format with different sprites. It’s fun enough to be interesting but playing for a while tells you all you need to know. New characters cost 500 gems, you get 3-5 gems for a win. The skill tree is powered by the same gems, so there’s not much room to grind for the extra stuff. The players sit here farming ad revenue for the dev in order to win because it’s the only way. Seriously, past night six you have to grab every single ad opportunity or lose. P.S. ✓ Ruined by absurdly long and frequent adsIt’s a good game with a good gameplay loop that I I would to play on the Nintendo Switch where I can actually buy and own the game instead of having it ruined by overly intrusive ads. I don’t think the AI monsters like me because they always camp out my door to kill me ignoring the other players. That’s fun, watching a minute long ad to use a character one time just so the monsters can camp only on me to kill me faster so I can watch another minute long video to use a one time character just so it can happen to me again. Don’t even click on the prize boxes that requires an ad to watch during a round because the game will play a very long live action ad talking about some trash free to play game for one a minute and by the time you earn you free upgrade for the round you’re currently in that monsters would have already broke down your door and game over unless you watch another minute long ad to fix it and get a door upgrade just to have the monster camp outside your door only until it breaks and they kill you anyway which leaves you with a feeling of “what am I doing with my life?” Moment. The rate of levelling is also very poor. For survival, the difficulty increases too fast and comes down to wether or not the ai survivors survive long enough for you to progress meaning winning is purely rng even if you have watched the cascade of ads it forces you to to even have a chance. Although for whatever reason it is somewhat enjoyable, hence the two stars rather then one. Really needs more time spent on it as I’d hardly even call it a beta currently. ✓ Too HardSo I been playing this game for about 2-3 weeks and it’s been a week since I made it to night 8. I can’t get past that level no matter what I try. Until I noticed it made me reset all my progress, and I can’t count how many ads I’ve watched for rewards, and then not gotten the reward. One example was just now, my door was at half HP with 45 seconds left to survive. I watched an ad for the guardian angle to protect my door. I watched the entire ad and once it closed and I returned to the game it said I died. Or I’ll watch a ad for gold / power and the ad has no problem playing, but when I return to the game it says “no videos available” and doesn’t grant my reward. These are the bugs that need to get fixed. I considered buying the $30 version but not with how it’s running right now. App support link also leads to a all Chinese writing. Not helpful. For example the monsters love to gun it straight to you, youll have 3 monsters on your door when no one else is dead. They also level up with the max upgraded door in play so the only way to even pass the level and not get stuck on night 3 for days is to watch ads. Even then, theres a bug that allows the killers to break down the door even after you watch an ad to save it. This bug happens for both Silent Castle and Stay Room. Its beyond frustrating. The reason this is not a 4-5 stars game is because of all the advertisements. You pay $10 to get rid of adds but you will still get adds everywhere and even in the middle of the gameplay, which are necessary to watch 75% of the time. The game is set up to the point where you either spend hours watching advertisements to upgrade skills or pay to win. I understand this is very new game and probably has a small development team but there is definitely a better way to generate money instead of putting advertisements for everything. ✓ Some changes pleaseI have a lot of fun playing this game, but there are things that don’t make sense to me. In survivor mode The soul reapers will constantly come to my door and completely avoid other doors. When I’m the higher levels I will have 4-5 soul reapers at my door which makes it impossible for me to do anything. And I understand the higher the level the harder the level is, but even on level one the soul reaper will constantly come to my door. My turrets will attack the soul reapers that are at other doors instead of the one at my door. Please fix that to make it to where turrets make your door top priority. Another thing is as the soul reaper I don’t really understand why I have a poisonous dart thrown at me that I have to stand on the healing platform just for it to still kill me. That doesn’t happen in the survivor mode so it makes no sense on why it happens to me, I already have the difficulty of all the turrets without a poison dart not allowing me to do anything. When you play as the reaper sometimes it will bug and put a bullet inside your sprite so you’re perpetually taking damage to the point where you die even just standing on the heal plate. When playing as the reaper as well the level up screen interrupts your game, but attacks continue, which can lead to an unfair death. If the game paused during level ups that would be a lot better. When you play as the survivor it’s also very hard to get a fair chance at the game if the reaper comes to you early on in the round, like first or second you’re immediately done. It’s very obvious that campaign and endless mode are made intentionally difficult disproportionately to your ability to keep up power and defenses as a way of getting you to watch ads. You also earn gems, characters, and other upgrades outside of the matches way too slowly, once again showing how they’re trying to get you to watch ads or pay money. Because of this, the game is way too difficult for way too long, and the player feels no progress and eventually dying for the same reasons gets boring. Of course you could play without using ads, but then you’ll die very quickly because the reapers (yes, plural, 3-5 of them) will come to ONLY your door at the start of the game (which is unfair as you don’t have time to prepare yourself) and if you somehow survive that, they’ll still remove your turrets and anything else that helps and eventually break in. ✓ It feels unfinishedI’ve played this game for a little bit and it’s so so. I like the idea of a killer hunting you while your trapped in a room. It’s also cool how you can play as a killer… Now here’s the problem the ads constantly and even if you choose to skip it it’ll make you watch one anyways. You can also die in the game because one of these “power up option scene” pop up. There’s also the obvious terrible ai. I’ve had one of the npc path finding break and the soul reapers chased after him just for me to sit there for 12 minutes. I love having to work towards surviving the nights. The talent system is also pretty neat if you have the crystals/gems for it. Next, the things that need to be fixed. I believe reducing some of the costs of in-game building would help such as holy water and electromagnet booster which cost a whopping 2048 electricity! I am only on night 4, but if it is attainable in later nights so be it I guess. Another issue is the ads. When that happens the soul reaper tries to escape but gets stuck in the room on a invisible door aswell. ✓ ADS WONT WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Listen this game is pretty good by itself BUT if you didn’t have to watch ads for almost EVERYTHING IN THE GAME!!!! It would be really good and I probably would’ve rated higher. But I have pretty good internet sometimes it doesn’t work but most of the time it’s working, so I try to watch a ad to repair my door right? ✓ Revenue over user experienceThe game is okay, it’s what you get when you mix tower defence and tycoon style games with a nice style to it but poor ad placement and some bugs where you will watch an add and not get rewarded accordingly make it even harder to stay engaged. Watching over 6 ads in the first game a person plays just really takes everything away from this game. Decrease ads for a players first time and slowly ramp them up, up to a reasonable limit sure but throwing players in the deep end of revenue over experience and well exceeding what is a reasonable amount of ads to balance enjoyability and actually making a profit just ruins the effort put into the game in the first place. ✓ Advertisement based gameDecent game, good concept but definitely a lot to improve on. For starters it is impossible to win with the first character. I thought this was just a skill issue and as I learned to play it would change. No, it is literally impossible to beat the game without watching ads to gain some advantage(at least with the first character). Get that bag developers, but this caused me to delete the game. There’s also just some minor touch ups the interface could use to make the game better. For example, a leather X button for closing pop ups, or even better make it so if you click off of the pop up it just closes. I’ve found when an alert or something pops up I’m there clicking the screen for like 3 seconds before I realize there’s a tiny red x that I’m supposed to press to close the alert. ✓ Riddled with bugs and adsFun concept. You’re facing off against other “players” and have to build a defense to stop the monster from getting inside your room. HOWEVER the monster you are defending against is crazy op and leaves you no possible answer except to watch ads to get an upgrade for what ever you’re placing down. When it tears down your door (which it will, you’ll only have level 3 defenses if you’re not watching ads) a pop up will show up and say WATCH AD TO REPAIR DOOR AND CONTINUE PLAYING. Which has neither an X button to click away or the answer No. If you do well, the game will reward you with an in game currency. Which you can’t accept because it just stays on the screen. So you have to close out of the game and go back in, losing the rewards. Definitely a fun concept but the ratio from play time to ad time is probably 15 seconds of playing time then you have to watch a 30 second ad. ✓ Terrible… but also good?So i’ve had this game for a while now and its a fun concept. But there are so. Many. Bugs. I will watch an ad to get a reward and it’ll end up not even giving me anything. Furthermore the gems are close to impossible to get unless you play this game 24/7 or pay money. Also every time I play as the monster, about 2 mins into the game, this arrow comes and hits me from outside the map, and I die instantly. Even if I’m a high level. Also it tells me every single time I play that I did 100% better than other players, which doesn’t make sense because I die. Another thing that doesn't work very well is that no matter what, at the beginning of the game the monster comes straight for me. Even if I am not close to him, or have the best defense. ✓ Don’t waste your timeDo not waste your time with this absolute garbage game. They had the potential to release a fun indie game but decided to let their greed take over. You will be OVERWHELMED with ads constantly and the games so incredibly broken! They didn’t care at all about this game and it shows- they even forgot to delete “new text” on buttons throughout the game. They don’t care about this game and neither should you. ✓ Lots of potentialI’ve completed every night and I can safely say I had a lot of fun doing so. The different maps, layouts of buildings, and having multiple reapers kept the game interesting. The game as a concept is really good and allows for some decent strategy, but it definitely needs an actual online mode. I could imagine coming up with different strategies with friends to survive being incredibly fun. When you go to your stats tab there is a tracker for online so hoping that it will be added soon. The game also definitely needs more builds. The only way to do damage to the reaper is your turrets and it gets a bit stale. Also playing as the reaper is incredibly lackluster. It’s just you swiping at a door until it breaks and running when you get low on health. The reaper definitely needs to be redesigned to be more interesting.
