✓ Just why ?I put in my address and it can’t find it so Ig I can’t use it this app seems annoying and I haven’t even begun to use it because it won’t let me register just why would you ask for a address and it wouldn’t even populate with it so u can’t use the app if your address is not in it.However2341Version: 17.3.0

✓ Simple to use. Needs some work.The app is fairly straightforward; copy and paste from the previous application of RentCafe. User interface is still pretty easy to navigate, perhaps add more options for repairs portion. When looking through the posts from other users there is significant lag both on the app while mobile and on the website. ✓ The worst way to deal with your leasing companyYou thought the automated robocallers were bad? Welcome to the age of being told to use an app made FOR YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD, that can’t even verify your address as you stare at the community center across the street. Trying to put in a maintenance request the way you’re supposed to doesn’t work, it reroutes you to a website on your browser! There’s a roundabout way to do it through the ‘maintenance history’ screen, but I only found that after angrily trying to figure out how to call these people directly. Before your change users were able to submit work orders and could do it while logged into the app not requiring another website log in.
