✓ Let us block people in World ChatPlease make it so when you block someone you can’t see their messages and they can’t see yours in WC. The blocking feature is useless when people can still harass you in World Chat. And more often than not the mods are no help at all. Please address this..Version: 1.4.36
✓ It’s nice? Sort of. There are problems.I have multiple problems with this game, but let’s start with some positives: It looks nice. The hairs, the makeup, the outfits, the backgrounds, all of it is very pretty, however I know I’m not alone when I say that everything is very pricey as well. At the time of writing this, I have found myself unable to complete a chapter because of a single dress. I can’t buy this dress from the shop. Why? Because it costs trophies, trophies which I do not have, trophies that can be ridiculously difficult to obtain. Personally, I have no interest in wasting 50 of my hard-to-earn gems on a mere *twenty* trophies. I can no longer gain trophies because this one dress has put me at a stopping point in the game, so chapter awards and SU Trip are no longer an option. I find the competitions complicated. If you’re going to have competitions, at least make the guidelines a little more coherent and add the category as a search option. Like, what on *Earth* is RWBbash? A little explanation would be nice, I have *no* idea what I’m supposed to be looking for. I have these problems with *multiple* games like these. The standards are too high and everything you need becomes too pricey to obtain, so you become stuck waiting for your energy to refill, watching ads for gems or more energy as you wait for daily login rewards at the slim chance of actually getting what you need, and that drives you away from the game..Version: 1.4.4

However, I’ve noticed concerns that many of your players have talked about not only in the Discord, but in the comment section of your posts in the game. I think for your game to improve even more you should listen more to your users. Also, lowering the prices on your exclusive items could benefit you as well as your players even more. By lowering the prices it gives players who are unable to purchase items a chance to actually be able to. It also opens up doors for many more players to purchase which benefits you. LIST OF SUGGESTIONS IVE COLLECTED FROM PLAYERS: 1) Add more body types. Not everyone wants a slim thick character. 2) More skin tones!!! 3) Add chapters to the map. 4) Make black diamonds and shells more accessible for users. There was no point in adding wings when it’s next to impossible for anyone to get them. 5) Decrease energy refill time/lower how many diamonds it takes to get extra energy. 60 Gems for only 30 energy is extremely inconvenient. 6) Make limited/ all gatcha cards easier to get for everyone. 7) Add wings that can be purchased without shells. 8) Lower expenses over all. ✓ Money grabberSo I gave libii another chance but yea this game is hella boring dailies take about 15 minutes then theres nothing to do and there are only 6 chapters and the 3D ai fashion app I play gave new chapters and I’ve been playing this one longer and nothing new comes except for the clothing events ie gatcha or full purchase. I’m not renewing my monthly subscription again until there are new chapters but seeing as libii doesn’t listen to their users I don’t expect to be seeing a new chapter..Version: 1.4.4
✓ Pretty GoodOverall I really like this game and have a blast playing it! Also find it’s a really nice way to show my creativity! Only things I’d really say is that it’s hard to get everything I need for looks or perfumes which is a bit annoying. As well as trying to play this game without having to spend money is just really hard especially when it comes to Gatchas and stuff. ✓ Bad.I never review things but I really like this game and I want it to do better. Unfortunately, the devs seem to just not care. The economy is horrible and free to play is basically nonexistent at this point. Unless you plan to put in hundreds of dollars for gems you won’t succeed. And furthermore the devs aren’t listening to the player base at all. They’ve ignored things that the players want and need in favor of more money grabbing tactics. The newest update with the clothes dyeing system is completely useless because none of the actual colors look good. They’re badly recolored and still cost real money if you even try to get anything decent. This game does not have a lifespan any longer as the devs just don’t care outside of a quick cash grab. It’s sad because the art is wonderful and it has so much potential to be great. Unfortunately, i don’t see it lasting past this year with how things are currently being handled. ✓ Cute art, not f2p friendly at allDownloaded because I liked the artstyle. Gameplay is pretty standard for dress-up games, but the visuals make it very appealing. However, the stamina mechanic is CLEARLY designed to make you spend money. It regenerates incredibly slowly, and even at max stamina you can only get maybe 5 minutes of gameplay in before it runs out because of how much stamina everything costs. The free ads to top up stamina barely do anything and it gets very frustrating very quickly. Don't bother downloading unless you plan on spending money..Version: 1.4.36

✓ Awesome game but improvements need to be madeFirstly I think this is probably my favorite mobile game thus far. The characters versatility and look over all is wonderful the whole concept of the game is unfortunately it needs many improvements. Someone mention something about there being no tutorial and I agree that there should be one the just spring you into the game and you kinda just figure it out as you click on things. Also I’ve only been playing this game for about two days and I’ve already spent a lot of cash for a mobile game, the gem cost of items should be lower so when we do purchase gems they last us a reasonable amount of time it feels like I’m buying gems for every outfit almost. And some levels require outfits/items you can basically only get if you have gems which is unfair. And the amount of energy required to tailor outfits is ridiculous you’ll use all 110 of your energies trying to make on item and have to wait half a day before the energy is replenished. Energy should replenish at a faster rate than it does people will begin to lose interest if we’re only able to do one quest per day! Its basically a pay to play game… Also two of the quest I cannot receive three star ratings on because they won’t allow you to add all of the required items… for example 5 items must be changed but it only allows me to change 3.Version: 1.4.4

Literally my favourite game on my phone but after I finished the story mode I was just completing daily tasks and one day it logged me out and I couldn’t get back in. ✓ EnergyIt takes almost or just about 12 hrs to get to max energy. So Half a day… Thats too long and makes no sense. the energy goes away pretty quickly. I️ wanted to give this game a chance despite those comments but they were right. Energy is used up pretty quickly which leaves little to no gameplay and you end up having to wait long periods of time to be able to do something. With a wait time that long im better off playing another game. I️ one got on and watched as all my energy was used up in less than 10 mins of gameplay all because of the “create” feature which is needed to pass certain levels. ✓ Toxic environment, bad devs, overpriced items…..| loved Suit when I first started playing and made some really awesome friends but quickly came to notice... The devs have no regard for user safety (ifykyk on the discord server) ontop of that a world channel filled with hateful and problematic behavior, god forbid you say triangle but someone can say racial slurs openly and repeatedly. Second of all, all the items are overpriced, you have no option to buy new sets without spending real money, the gems you earn are not enough to cover the prices of the items, consistently. Adding to that, there's also competitions you can't compete in without buying new items which means, can't enter comps > rank drops > cant earn a decent amount of gems. This game needs A LOT of work to be enjoyable again for many long term players, but the devs will not take into account user feedback unless it suits their views and what they want. i'm tired of not being able to do ANYTHING good in game without spending real money. The price of clothing does not match up to what you make from daily rewards or events, and you have to save up for days to afford the price of hair and clothing. ✓ Better crafting system neededThis game is pretty fun - even without spending money - right up until you need to craft an item lol the amount of energy and/or materials it takes to craft or colour an item is kind of ridiculous, and makes me want to stop playing once it becomes required for the quest line (late chapter 5). Some of the materials are really hard to obtain (even just one) without spending money and the amount of them needed is often in the 5-10s. And then once you use the materials - they’re gone and you have to start again for the next one lol. It should either be easier to obtain materials (maybe through quest rewards?), cost less energy to “learn” them, and/or cost less materials to craft items. ✓ Listen…The game itself is pretty mediocre. Just your average leveled dress-up game, there’s item crafting involved for certain levels, blah blah blah. However, there are many, MANY problems with this game that the developers REFUSE to fix, most of them pertaining to the chatroom function. Going to preface this by saying it took months to finally get a block function that spans to outside of dms. Before, if you blocked someone, they could still tag you in posts, or comment on your posts, making the function basically useless. That’s not the only broken function though. The automatic report/mute system is pretty broken as well. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Last night, I sat and reported a user that was breaking chat rules 40 times. No mute, even though I know for certain other players were doing the same. The developers seem to be fine with letting that function stay broken. And while there ARE moderators, they can’t always be on, and the developers seem to have no intention of adding more (currently there are 6). Not to mention, the game itself is a major money grab. ✓ Good game but needs some workThis game is really fun but there’s a couple things that could use some work. First, there is absolutely no tutorial for this game as far as I know. To be fair, it’s pretty simple to figure out but I think it could still be very helpful. Second, there are a lot of outfit items in the shop that seem to match, but there’s no outfit for them or way to find other items that would match. Finally, there’s a section of the game, the SU trip quests. They are just little quests that you have to do to move the game along and you have to complete them all before you can continue. I am unable to complete Quest 1-4 “daily task” even though I’ve done all of the daily tasks multiple times. Because of this, I am unable to move on in the game. It’s very frustrating and I’m not sure if this is a problem for other people or just me but it would be very helpful if it got fixed..Version: 1.2.24

✓ SuitU competitions :)Hey SuitU! I'm asking you to please extend competition times. Last night I completed 3 competitions, and had one more left to do but I needed tickets. Unfortunately, I have a job that I work from 6am to 4pm and I am unable to play the game during that time. I can't stay up until the 3am mark for the game to reset, and i'm unable to play during the day. SO, I WAS UNABLE TO COMPLETE THE COMPETITION. 😭 I had crafted and dyed items specifically to submit in the comp, I had my outfit ready to submit and now it is just worth nothing. I will never get S+ rank because I cannot complete all the competitions. It's not because I don't have required items, it's because I don't have the time due to work, and to me, that's not fair. I would like you guys to consider those of us who work for a living, but still want to enjoy and win at the game. I get very high competition scores and I am often in the top 25+% but it isn't enough for me to get S+ rank when I am missing 4-5 competitions a week to something I cannot control. Please consider changing the times competitions begin so they end around 6pm CDT or later, unless it is a weekend. I'm sure I'm not the only SuitU lover who is missing out on comps and rewards because I have to work to survive. I hope you guys consider this! ✓ Economy in shamblesI’ll begin this review by saying that I immensely enjoy what this game is at its core, and that I am a p2p player. As a game developer, I completely support ethical means of funding one’s game and adequately compensating its development team. With that being said, regarding the new shell system: there is no excuse for releasing a set of items that even players who have spent hundreds to thousands of dollars on the game can’t collect in its entirety—not to mention how inaccessible these items are for f2p players. There is also no excuse for locking highly coveted items behind an inherently predatory gambling mechanic (the gacha), which seems every bit as likely to give you an item you don’t own or don’t care about as it is to give you something you actually want. I think of it like this: even AAA games, which are meant to offer a complete experience and dozens to hundreds of hours of entertainment, typically cost no more than $60. MAYBE you’d spend around $100-$200 on a legacy edition that included real, physical collector’s items. No game on earth is worth the nearly $900 and months of in-game energy that it would take to craft enough items to exchange for everything in the new shell shop. I’d rather just pay up-front for the game itself, rather than pay for microtransactions, so that I can enjoy all of the gorgeous art and fun gameplay that this game might provide if it weren’t so exploitative..Version: 1.3.0

✓ Issues with the game and it’s economyThis is without a doubt THE worst in-game economy I’ve ever experienced. The game has potential to be good, but it’s very p2p based and also 99.9% of the items don’t work in the poses. Do not download unless you’re willing to spend hundreds of dollars just to try to get a post recommended. The game was fun a few months ago, but they keep making updates to make the game harder and give worse rewards. Ie; rewards for ranking highly in competitions was made worse, daily gem income is 45 a day, meanwhile most items cost over 200 gems, and also prices are generally crazy out of touch for what this game offers. ✓ Needs to be 18+The game actively showcases clothing tagged with “sexy” along with lingerie on the regular- which is highly inappropriate for minors (Let’s not forget worldwide dress up competitions with “sexy” included in some of the prompts!) The ONLY “safety” are mods who patrol the world chat encouraging minors to not reveal their real age (which I do support!) but it seems pretty ironic to do so when the devs of this game just keep the doors wide open for ages 12+ to join to begin with! I truly don’t understand how you guys claim to be anti-pedophile, yet endorse a game that sexualizes the minds of minors by promoting 18+ content on the regular. ✓ Y’all need to do something about the energyLove this game, it’s my favorite dress up game I’ve ever downloaded, however because of needing to use energy to craft, you only get about 5 minutes of actual gameplay every 10 hours. That’s absolutely ridiculous. There needs to be some sort of update that eliminates needing energy to craft. Spending 120+ energy per level is absolutely ridiculous when you only make back 1 energy per 5 minutes and the energy limit is only 115. Maybe even raise the energy limit AND make energy regenerate faster. The way it works now does not promote people to want to play. In fact, it makes people lose interest because of how long we have to wait. If those changes are made, I’ll change my rating. But until then, it ruins the rating for me. I love everything else, though. Gaining gems is super easy, which isn’t able to be said about most games. The world chat is absolutely great, that’s one of my favorite features. ✓ Backing all the other reviews2nd edit: woof, it’s getting worse - they just announced in game that they want people to create original drawings, fan drawings, and copywrite (fan fic writing) for IN GAME gems that equate to about… $4. It’s getting very out of hand. Edit: until they improve and even out the in game economy, and things like gacha pull odds, there will be real problems with their player retention. Pros: - Beeeeautiful art - Fun concept, easily playable - Lots of design choices Cons: - Far too long wait time for energy to accumulate, this has to change for a more successful game that folks will want to come back to time and again. Also gives us very little to do to add energy - like watch an ad for 30 more every 2-3 hours. It’d be better to watch an add and cut the wait time by percentages or something. - Unclear payment system: there are gems and then there are black gems???? It seems black gems only get you tickets to play in the clothing lottery?? ✓ Charged me 9.99 out of no where and i dont know how to refund itI would have given this app a 3 star review but today i got an email that they charged me 9.99 and i have no idea what for. I have contacted customer support but i dont know when they’ll get back to me or if they will resolve the issue. I made two purchases on this app a week prior and I’m thinking one of those purchases was a weekly subscription and i just didnt notice? But the thing with that is, there is no where on the app to cancel a subscription. I have searched everywhere and i cant find anything. And when you go to the subscriptions category in the app store, suitU does not show up. So if this is a subscription, i have NO IDEA how to cancel it. I even clicked “report a problem” on the email receipt i got from apple and when it asked which purchase i wanted to refund, suitU didnt show up at all. Not even the purchases i did make showed up. ✓ Addicting in the worst way!I’ve been playing this game since May & since then I’ve spent hundreds! & that’s not an exaggeration. I enjoy playing so much, I find super relaxing during my downtime. Unfortunately I have decided I can’t continue playing because of how incredibly expensive the gems (in game currency) are. Sure you don’t HAVE to spend money, but we all know how these apps work… spending money definitely makes things more enjoyable. There’s a monthly subscription you can pay for that gets you 100 gems a day for a month that totals 3k. Very few items cost 100 gems or less so it all goes very quickly. & This app doesn’t have holidays sales like most other apps do. My final straw came when pulling from the fashion & make up “Gacha”. I spent thousands of gems in game which translated to an unnecessary amount from my bank account & I never even try the item I wanted. The same group of users win most of the competitions and always end up on weekly leaderboards so it’s nearly impossible for other users to work their way up. & I’m sure the top players are spending hundreds monthly to keep their spots. ✓ Money sucking pit if you want the nice outfits.So I liked this when I first started playing it, the chapters were fun, the competitions interesting, and the outfits look great but a couple of months ago the developers added an option to recycle duplicate outfits for shells you can spend at the in-game store for items. Until you realize this meant the gacha where you can pay purple or black gems (which you can spend big time, real $$$ to get) on tickets for a random draw of items now keeps giving duplicates so you can “recycle” them for shells instead of giving a different item for every ticket draw… that you paid for. People in the chat talking about spending over $100+ to try to get all the pieces of the limited edition clothing sets and instead getting ++ duplicates, spending that kind of money and STILL missing parts of the set. If you want to win or score high in the competitions you have to either spend gems on the gacha to get the special items or buy outfits straight up from the shop for high gem prices. Plus they’re dishonest in those purchasable items in the game shop. There was a mermaid dress that matches/compliments the latest special gacha (mermaid/pirate themed) and it went from around 550 purple gems just over two weeks ago to over 1000+ purple gems *on sale*. ✓ Way too expensiveI would love to preface this by saying I love this game so much. The art style is so cute, the gameplay is fun, and the clothing pieces are stunning. That being said, the events are insanely expensive. In order to fully experience the game, you have to pay real money to get enough gems to buy the clothing, and the gacha events are worse. The sets are impossible to get without spending real money, and the drop rates for the event sets are crazy low. And when I can only get 15 gacha tickets (which sounds like a lot, right? Wrong.) for free by logging in, I get literally one piece from the set. I spent so many gems to get 10 more gacha pulls and even then I only got two more pieces. The events also come and go way to fast so by the time you’ve saved up enough gems to buy some things, it’s already unavailable. And the competitions are terrible as well. The themes are super fun and creative and then when the results are announced, the winners are always someone that didn’t follow the theme and just used as many fancy clothing pieces and decorations as they could and then people vote for them. It’s not fair to the people who actually follow the theme. If you’re looking for something casual that you can actually play for free, this game is not it. You can literally play it once/twice a day if that because of how much energy is needed to do anything. ✓ It’s an addicting game but you can hardly play itFor people who want to play this game a lot it’s not for you. The main thing I will say is that stamina runs out so fast. There’s nothing you can do about it except buy it with gems, but you can only do it 5 times. Not just that but it’s only 30 stamina for 60 gems at first but after that it’s stays at 30 stamina and you have to pay a higher price the other 4 times you do it. You can watch adds for 30 Stamina but you can only do that 2 times before you have to wait about 5 hours to do it again. Eventually your stamina will regenerate fully after 10 HOURS!!! You only get points in the dress up challenges if you can buy “gem only” items or pay to “renew” clothing for more points (which is the dumbest, most blatant money grabbing rule I’ve ever come across). There are even challenges that gate keep who enters by making you have to buy gem expensive items to enter. This wouldn’t be so annoying if the dress up challenges weren’t the main way to get in game currency and items. ✓ Poor UI, customer service, and production quality behind stunning visualsThis game is visually stunning but suffers from poor customer service, terrible UI, low production quality, bugs relating to in-game currency, and a messed up rng for gacha drops. It is almost unplayable as f2p and would expect players to spent hundreds of dollars per month to be able to derive minimal enjoyment from it. The overall UI of the game is very odd - some buttons are so small, I would need a needle-sized finger to be able to accurately press it. This led me to once accidentally clicking the "purchase" button on an in-game item that cost a substantial amount of the premium currency. I exited the app quickly, hoping that the purchase would not register -- the currency was deducted, but my item was not given to me in my inventory. Their customer service operates through a single discord channel, and I was ignored there despite reaching out multiple times. The app developers rely on players for QC on game content translation accuracy, with numerous errors reported every week. They also rely on players to report in-game asses clipping and layering issues which happen every time a new asset is added to the game. The game has pushed problematic content about indigenous peoples and POC, relying on their players to correct their wrongdoings. The devs even go as far as to ask players to, for minimal in-game compensation, design in-game purchase-able assets that the devs profit off of. Gacha drops for limited events are very strange -- if you dont rely on the pity system and just want to do 10-20 total pulls as f2p, you end up only getting duplicates of the same exact item, which should not happen probabilistically. I have literally gotten the same low-rarity item 8 times across 20 pulls. Either the rng is bugged, or it is done deliberately to psychologically encourage spending out of desperation..Version: 1.4.36

However, my biggest gripe is the energy system. While the energy cost for completing the quests themselves are fine, it’s the exorbitant amount of energy it requires to simply research an item that seriously drains all of your energy and quite literally makes the game unplayable! For example, it takes 6 energy to actually complete a quest, but it’ll take maybe an additional 40 energy to just unlock the clothes you need for the look. I like the idea of keeping certain clothes unworn and paying to make them unworn again but I really do not like having to spend all the in game currency I earn on clothes for every single chapter. ✓ Horrible Moderation and Account LossThe game itself was fun for the most part and I greatly enjoyed competing daily. After the recent update, I was no longer able to access my account. To be fair, I didn’t have it linked to anything, so that was my mistake. However, when trying to get my account back, which I spent money on, I got no response. I contacted customer service, who has not responded in almost a month. I even sent an email and also got no response. At this point I’m just frustrated. Not only was the account loss a major downside, but the community itself is horrible too. There’s nothing done about toxic members in the game, and the amount of bullying I witnessed that went unpunished was atrocious. There were so many adults bullying children and I’m not even going to get into the amount of adults preying on children either.
