✓ Lost enthusiasmI did love this game until you did away with videos to continue playing if time ran out or space ran out. Now I can’t play because it costs me 1000 coins every time I have a problem or run out of time. I’ll soon be out of coins and that will stop me right then and there. Every time it appears it won’t end / go away for at least over 20 mins! When it now appears I leave the Joy Match Game and play something else. It is very annoying. ✓ Change the name to “Frozen”A satisfying game with one exception: the Royal Match ads freeze at 15 seconds leaving no alternative but to exit the game app. This results in the game thinking that the player has lost. Extra time and points are lost to this serious flaw. An email to the game including screenshots and even a video of the problem goes unanswered. The problem remains unresolved. Notice other reviewers with the same problem? The developer responds saying the issue is fixed. Nope. Not fixed. Not even close..Version: 21.1.1
✓ Adverts let it downIt starts off where you get through a fair few levels with no ads, then bam, after every level which sometimes just take seconds to complete you get an advert. And at £4.99 to remove them it’s just not worth it. Going to be deleted, genuinely no idea how it’s ranked so high.Version: 13.1.0
✓ Pink rufflesJoy match 3D is fun, but more frustrating than anything. That overrides the fun. Making you start over each time is maddening. Why can’t you carry over what you’ve already found to the next try? I have been down to ONE item and ran out of time and it makes me start over. That is disheartening and I usually just walk away. ✓ TimerUp until I updated yesterday I played this game all the time, it was one of my favorites. The new update put a timer that is impossible to get everything finished. I’m a senior and enjoyed the relaxation from playing. Now the timer runs out and you have to stop and watch a minute add. My life on earth is to short to spend it waiting to play this game. ✓ Team ChallengeThough I love this game, the Team Challenge does not provide an equal match. There are teams with less than 10 members competing against teams with 35 to 50 players. There’s no chance for a 5 member team to even come in the top 10. Need some kind of levels. There are many scenarios to make it somewhat more competitive and realistically achieve a placing, but something like under 15 members compete against each other; 16 to 30 member teams compete together, and 31 to 50 member teams compete together. Just SOMETHING. No use in having teams if a minimum of, say, team consists of less than 35 members..Version: 12.3.0
✓ Ridiculous adsIt was okay when I first started playing the game. The length of the ads has increased to 90 seconds! Of course the game has got much harder so you must sit through ads in order to continue. I have better things to do with my life than sit through hours of ads. ✓ Loved it, spent money, and then….The developers took away my ability to earn rewards for 7 days after I emailed them with an issue…after spending money on the Joy Pass, without notice they switched it from needing 14 Joy Sticks to 266 Joy Sticks just to get ONE REWARD that I paid to be able to earn. Now I can’t even earn the event awards. They blocked me. Seems fraudulent to me! I thought this was a great game and awesome company. ✓ Almost perfectThere is a bug in this game that is making me want to delete the app from my phone! It closes all of a sudden and it resets the game I was on as well as my winning streak history so I have to restart the same board without the boosters! It’s so frustrating! An otherwise perfect game, but this bug/issue is a big one! I’m using an iPhone 12 mini, if that makes a difference when you test the fix..Version: 8.0.1

✓ Timer ruins the experienceThe game concept and mechanics are excellent. I could play this game all day, except that the timer forces you to watch 3-4 ads per level to complete. The coins and powerups awarded during gameplay are nowhere near sufficient to get you through all levels. They may as well not exist at all. So you either watch several ads, or you lose. And the ads are long and rarely vary. To top it off, you only get a 30 second extension per ad. If the time permitted was anywhere close to fair, I wouldn’t mind the occasional ad when I miss a beat or two, but this is truly excessive. I played about 1000 levels, even winning several tournaments before I realized that I wasn’t having fun anymore. I really miss the days of “pay once and play.” I would like to be able to play this game without the levels being timed..Version: 22.2.1
✓ Daily play timeI play this every day and have enjoyed it a lot. Lately though, when I finish one, it gets stuck on a blank page that I can’t click on to move ahead. ✓ NOT as advertisedThe ads for this game show a lot of different games that don’t exist. The only screen you get in the game is the old tired one of a bunch of random objects dumped out and you have to match up 3 of each. After you’ve cleared that board, you get the same thing again with different objects. You NEVER get matching puzzles like the ads shown. There’s never a revolving thing of objects to match up and put into the left column. There are no columns. I even downloaded this game a second time; thinking it was better than my previous one but it’s just the same stuff. Don’t advertise games that don’t exist. If it’s “in the works”, tell everyone that before we download it only to be disappointed. Not a trustworthy way to run a business..Version: 21.1.1

✓ No support!!!Achieved level 2233 when my game started glitching and left me in a forever mode of “finished” the team event. Reached out several times for a fix with no help again. ✓ Why ads now?I was really enjoying your game!!! In fact it has consumed much of my free-time in the past few weeks. I arrived at level 275 yesterday. Not one time unless I asked for an ad to extend time or sweep too many choices off did I see any ads. Prior to the ridiculous ads I would have given you 5-stars. Now I get an ad EVERY SINGLE level. You offer “for the price of a cup of coffee” to eliminate the ads. WHY NOW. Why not at level 10 like most games I try? I’m not going to pay the $4.99 to remove ads. And I’m forced to only give two stars. I’ll play until level 300 and the unfortunately be forced to quit. I didn’t mind your offers for additional things inside the game which popped up between levels sometimes. While I didn’t buy any of them, they popped up and I could dismiss them in less that five seconds. Now there is an ad of 15-30 or more seconds for other games outside of yours. ✓ Fun game but frustrating!I like the premise of the game, it is addicting and fun to play! My frustration with it, is that the super hard and hard levels pile so much on, that it is very hard to get through in the time allowed. Part of the frustration is when selecting items, you click right on the item you want, but often what they show you selected is different. Since you only have so many spaces to hold selected items you have to then find three of the item they say you selected to clear it. On top of that they hide the specific items you are supposed to find under other items making it impossible to get to the item you want, forcing you to select the other item. On top of that if you pay the 4.99 to remove ads, you still have the game ads popping up all the time. They also drop items in the game you are playing in the last seconds you have, distracting you with an ad they will force you to see when done with the level. I give the game 5 stars for creating the game but 1 star for the things they do to make it harder for you to pass levels without buying something in all the ads. After playing for a few months I am convinced they do things to make you lose like hide one of the items you just exposed when you selected something on top of it. Don’t waste any money except to get rid of the ads if you really like the game. I won’t be buying anything!.Version: 22.0.1
✓ Problems after purchaseI am unsure, but I was doing really well and enjoying the game until I actually purchased something. It now seems that it is impossible to move forward. To keep playing there used to be videos (ads) I could watch, now they are gone. In order to pass a level everything needs to be purchased. I liked the game because it was challenging but doable. Now o think I’ll delete it! Why did everything change? I then tried purchasing a few other things to get out of the hole, nothing! Now I’ve paid money and suddenly I can’t progress. ✓ Joy matchDon’t know how else to explain my issue. I read your response and if you played the game you would understand. There needs to be a reason to play. Need more rooms to paint so I can have a reason to play. It has been over a month since new rooms were added and therefore I am not earning anything as I play. ✓ Super fun game but….I like playing this game. It really is a lot of fun but too many bugs and glitches. It freezes in the middle of a game causing a loss of captured items and requires a restart. ✓ They got greedy!I have been playing this since around Halloween of last year. When I started the time out clock didn’t affect a level you could just play on until done.I loved it so much I’d play way too long. Lol It was my favorite game because you could play for a long time & not spend a dime. First I noticed the level timer started working. Then it started to change. First of all I’m on level 5645. I completed decorating all the rooms they had (30) and the special decor events at Halloween & Christmas. After the Christmas went away there are no more rooms to decorate for coins extra play etc. I didn’t mind that part so much. Today I decided to play for awhile. Now I can’t even get thru a level! They shortened time and took away ‘watch a video’ for another 60 secs of play. Now you have to buy. Not cheap either! $2 to finish a level or start over? So after all this time enjoying a fun game with great graphics I decided to spend the first time purchase for .99c. Then it just went downhill from there. No free play, the moons are hard to dig out, impossible to finish a level. I am SO DONE! The developer figured out how to be greedy & make $$. You have to watch ads between plays whether you lose or win... if you lose a round, you can watch ads for a second chance. If you win the round....... you still have to watch the ads to continue. ✓ I was Hooked on Joy Match!!It was a Great game! Lots of challenging levels but still passable. Graphics are top notch! It’s amazing how the items are sensitive to touch, in a good way! If one item is covering another that you need, it’s remarkably easy to click the correct item. I paid to remove ads, totally worth the money spent. I’m really enjoying this game! It’s definitely addictive! Well this WAS a great game but no longer after the recent update. Now if you don’t make it through you can no longer watch an ad to get more time in the level. This needs to change or once my coins are gone (which will be soon I’m sure) I won’t be buying any more. It’s really too bad, I was really enjoying the game..Version: 22.2.1

✓ Unable to play properly and no backupI have finally been able to get more lives after I wrote this review. Thank you to someone. I was also sent an email telling me they are working on developing a backup for the game. I increased the rating for this game to 3 stars based on this responsiveness to my previous review. After I complained that this game has no way to save progress, coins, boosters, etc., to a backup in case you buy a new phone, I was no longer able to get more than 5 lives on this game. Prior to that, I had been able to accumulate up to 24 lives at a time from teammates. The owners sent me a blank email after I told them about this “glitch” and asked them to please fix it. I request lives, but I don’t believe my 49 teammates can see them or my messages because I have asked them and no one replies. I feel as if somehow my messages to teammates have been blocked. I downloaded an update to the app, my IOS is up to date and I restarted my phone. The coins are also very expensive compared to other games. I would not recommend this game to anyone..Version: 22.0.1

✓ App crashes more than worksThis game started off great, but the more you get into it the more problems you have, I can’t afford to buy the deals so my app has ads. The ads crash the app constantly, usually when you have built enough points to really contribute to team games. When it doesn’t crash it freezes, for up to 5 days at a time.
