✓ Fantastic!Hats off to apple for this one, every aspect of it is flawless. So much boredom is rectified with this great app. The only thing i would love to see added to it is peer to peer multiplayer via bluetooth or wifi (without the aid of a wireless network). Now that 3.0 is out i'm sure apple could allow at least 2 iphones/ipod touches to be wirelessly connected and sitting at the same table (whether or not a single iphone/touch can share a bluetooth connection with more than one device simultaneously, i dont know). And of course the other possibility is using wifi, without being in range of a wireless network, to connect more than 1 other device at a time would be awesome but again, not sure if it can be done. ✓ ...please add a limit game...as if this one needed another review. One thing that would make this even better is the option to play it as a limit game. My local games are all limit and the tactics are different enough that playing 'no limit' doesn't really help your 'limit' game that much. The oportunity to practice would be great..Version: 0
✓ Very Nice poker app!A very solid poker app with great graphics. Gameplay is intuitive and easy to learn. Well priced. My only gripe is that in single player mode once u fold ur hand, the hand automatically ends with the result, not allowing u to see how the game played out (I.e. Do not get to see the action for the rest of the hand). Hopefully developers can address this and give players the option in an update. Otherwise very well done..Version: 0

Then the Touch gave way to other brands of phones until finally I bought the iPhone 7. I hunted through the offline poker section of the App Store. Only found a handful of apps. I didn’t want to sign in to the world poker tour app and have to buy chips. Then one day I found this version. Christmas arrived early this year. Thanks for bringing this back. ✓ Very good casual poker gameI like the play, both in the overhead view and the face to face view. However, 2 things stand out that I wish could be adjusted. 1. When you fold, you don’t get to see how the rest of the hand plays out. You fold and there are 4 other players, it jumps immediately to the lay down. In the case of everyone else folding, you don’t get to see how the bets transpire. 2. In the face to face, same issue as above. And when you stay in and go to the lay down, if it is more than two players at the end, it is hard to tell who played what because it doesn’t show them in relation to the other players. Almost forgot... doesn’t sync between iPhone and iPad... which seems strange for an Apple app..Version: 2.1
✓ The draws, though...👎It’s a good, fun app when you hold the phone horizontally and play quickly. Having said that, there is usually one bot who gets nothing but good hands, even if they start with garbage, like 7-2 offsuit. Sometimes this is “Connie,” but more often “Chris,” who has drawn a full house on me to beat an ace-high flush and quads to beat a full house. In fact, he has drawn quite a few quads, usually at those moments you really need your straight or flush to hold up. The bots are also obscenely aggressive preflop and often see trash hands to the end and often draw out on them. They go all-in all the time, which is super annoying. They don’t give a fig for pot odds, either. So while I really like the music, speed and atmosphere, the card-dealing RNG is questionable and the bots’ betting behavior is outrageous. I also really dislike the inevitable “really lucky bot” who gets nothing but boats, straights and sets. EDIT: Played again today after a few months. The bots got quads four times in less than 10 minutes of play. What universe does that happen in?!.Version: 2.1

✓ Fantastic funI love this poker app. You start from nothing and you build your way up until you get to the 100,000 buy in. Costs you nothing to play and you have lots of fun while you’re at it. The trick to win is you fold 90% of the time until you get to the final table and your goal is to get at least third place so you fold and fold and fold until you have a solid hand and then wait till you get third place and try to get first after that. Examples are going all in after all cards are on the table and having low cards and not even a pair; folding on the blind when nobody has raised; betting wars. Also, I know of two hands where my opponent and I have the same hole cards and at the end I was awarded the pot - programming. Before I get into my review, if you’re a VoiceOver user there is a small bug that if you choose fold at the end of a round it’ll crash the app, for some reason the option for fold is still available even at the end of a round. Review: A fantastic, little addictive, great little time waster when you got a spare few minutes you can knock out a few rounds and over time you’ll amass a fortune - if you’re lucky. I love how Apple have designed this app in such a way that you can use it with VoiceOver without making a special navigation method just for screen reader users which is my biggest complaint about “blind games” which don’t close the gap between sighted and blind players, this app does exactly what’s needed, and I’m very curious in the technologies used to make it accessible if Apple would be willing to reply and let me know - I’d love to spend some time in Xcode and learn how to make something myself. Great set of locations each with their own visuals and sound, all the AI players have their own little quirks and I’ve still not figured any one of them out yet, sometimes the rolls are a little crazy, but you are against AI instead of real players. Would love a Game Center multiplayer mode. Looks fantastic on the iPhone XS MAx and it’s certainly going to to stay installed on my phone. Thanks a massive bunch for a great litle game..Version: 2.0
✓ Does Virtual Poker JusticeAn amazing app, dare I say my favourite on my ipod (and I have 10 pages of apps!). It does virtual poker justice as the computers treat their chips like real money, unlike online poker where real people just throw away chips simply because it is only on the computer. ✓ Simply awesomeFantastic graphics, great gameplay and the interface is especially well designed with 2 views available being traditional 'top down' view like most online poker apps, and a 'first person' view with cute animations of the other players. Speaking of players, the AI is quite good in this game. Players will limp-in, check-raise and bluff like real opponents. A couple things I'd like to see would be some "quick bet" buttons with various dollar amounts or 1/2 pot bet options so I don't always have to "dial in" my bet. Secondly would be an option to always skip the "acting" in portrait mode. Sometimes it's just easier to hold the phone that way but I dislike the cutaways most of the time. ✓ Great interface, but AIs are brutal and annoyingEverything about gameplay is amazing, but I just wish the AIs weren’t so brutal. Someone goes all in pre-flop with 5-3 off-suit. You have to fold almost every hand until you finally get good cards. Very easy to win, place, and show since they take themselves out by going all-in all the time, but would like more realistic AIs. But everything else is amazing. Don’t mean to be negative, just not like real poker with AIs.Version: 2.1

✓ Very niceCan't beat this for a poker client. The wireless play is a lot of fun for guys at work but we would love to be able to play online plus an online ranking system would be very neat. This client is that good that apple could even offer real money online games. There's my wishlist for the next patch :-) All in all, best mobile poker game I have seen on any non-pc gaming console..Version: 0

✓ Yes!I used to looooove this app game. I’m not sure if I misunderstood by them saying ..we’re back”, that being the reason why I could not find this game for years and thinking I was a perfect idiot. Hey not that this disproves that but we can feel a little better now. Anywho, very thankful to the developers, the world in hardship as it is, and this game being one of, even if minuscule, life’s little-to-no-effort pleasures of owning an apple product. ✓ Fun game, great graphics!The only problem I have with this game is that I am somewhat clueless as to some of the rules, and what those chips with the letters on them are for, and how to redeem them, and for what purpose do I redeem them? I also don’t understand what “blinds” are. Other than that, I am thoroughly enjoying this game! Since I’m a jazz aficionado, I enjoy the music, too. I still don’t think I’m ready for the big time on TV just yet....Version: 2.1
