Definitely not realistic to the point it actually ruins the game for you. Headed towards a round of 62, but six putted on par three! The ball would not drop in the hole, very unrealistic. ✓ GL GolfA very well designed app with very realistic golfing situations. BUT ! The putting part of most games is atrocious. Very unpredictable with many missed puts for no real reason. Almost impossible to gauge green nuances to make a good decision, or similar “problems “ that wouldn’t exists anyhow. The designers need to redo the entire putting scene. ✓ Still quirkey, but debateable to be 5 starPotential to be a great App. If your version has a golfer animation, look in lower right corner for control to turn golpher off. ✓ Needs improvement!Needs better and more dynamic graphics and sound - birds and crowd! Water spout crosses the sky intermittently. Is this intentional? ✓ Ridiculous!I would love to be positive about this app. It all works well, the graphics are good, the means of striking the ball from tee to green works well. But then it all gets silly. On some greens there is no logic to how the ball behaves. One judges line & distance, & therefore strike the ball accordingly, but where the ball then goes is totally haywire. Because it behaves irrationally there is no hope of acquiring any skill, it just irritates. I wish the putting could be improved & I would play this a lot, but I have deleted it. It is more like crazy-golf than real golf on the greens. Please sort the putting out!.Version: 2.391

However, after I added all the courses that are available 5 of the courses scrolled to the bottom of the page and 4 of them are inoperable. ✓ Great game, not necessarily worth the moneyIf you are debating whether or not to get this game, the first thing you should take note of is the graphics. They are defineitly not the best. Gameplay is good, but it is not always fun to replay the 6 courses over and over. It is also difficult to first start. A tutorial should fix that. I think this is an OK game, but with better graphics and a more intruiging environment like Let's Golf! should make this game a four or five star app. I would not reccommend buying this app for $5, because the controls are pretty easy and there is nothing but courses to just play, with no challenge or anything..Version: 0

How about greens on hillsides so steep, the hardest whack with a putter barely moves the ball uphill? Or how's about course layouts that make the local miniature golf outlet look more realistic? Nope - this app is nothing like the real thing, but it is a fun way to kill some time when there's nothing else to do. I thought buying the course expansion pack would improve things, but no - more of the same bozo courses. ✓ I don't understand??????Well I was looking for a good golf game to play on my iPad and I came across this game,I traditionally play tiger woods but was looking for something different I saw this game and it was 5 bucks and rated 4 stars well I was shocked to find that this game lacks a lot to be priced beside Tiger Woods the putting is terrible the rough and game graphics are terrible I was -11 under par till one hole where I hit the rough my ball disappeared and my player body disappeared from the waist down and I used every club but no matter what I did the ball would only go 5 yards at time making my -11 under par round turn into + 4 over par like I couldn't believe it if that's support to be deep rough ? Then a little crazy to me since that would be either out of bounds or a drop option lol it's just a video game but if I was able to get a refund I would or choose another golf game I would I've giving this a lot of goes usually twice a day but I can't anymore just silly things keep happening I really can't believe you charge 4.99 for this game well I guess lessened learned I wanna check more games out that you have offered but just a little concerned thanks.Version: 2.391

✓ Pretty good, still some wartsFairly decent game .. Fun to play and can get addictive. Some quirks I have found ... 1) when you land in water sometimes ain't has you playing the shot ... From the water 2) took a while to figure out that dragging the clung triangle up or down is how you change the club. ✓ Simple FixDoes anyone actually play this app... I do. Can any one tell me why, the replay bottom is so close to the loft/punch. You have the whole left side of the screen, yet everything is bunched up, like it makes a difference of what you can see on the course. Instead, I’ll just keep waiting for the replay to finish, so I can keep playing(when game is done doing what it wants to do), because I inadvertently taped the ill placed replay button. ✓ Great Game, Great Depth, but where is the 3rd click on the swing?This game is great in so many ways, so i'll just creat a list of the pros and the few cons to help the potential buyers. Pros: Depth, Quality, Number of courses, Physics, Ability to save game, Ability to adjust game length, weather, etc...., Playability Cons: Only 1: You only get to choose how hard to swing and where. There is a double click to start the swing, and another click to choose how hard to hit, but there is no 3rd click to decide how accurate your swing was. Thus your landing position is only affected by where you aimed, the wind, and the power of your swing. I'm a big fan of computer golf games and I loved Links Golf and Tiger woods, both of which allowed a "3 click swing". This single change would make the game a little more difficult, but a lot more entertaining and give it more depth and longevity. Programmers: Please add an option for a 3 click swing. There should be a green line or area on the left side of the swing meter. Missing the "green" area after you've chosen your power by clicking too early would cause pull/draw, and clicking too late would do the same. Would this be possible??.Version: 0
✓ Bogey Price won't make the cutThe reason I'm giving this 1 star is based on price vs performance and the competition. Having said that this is a reasonable golf game with a good physics engine but it has very dated graphics & is seriously overshadowed now by Gamelofts popular - Lets Golf (which is cheaper at $2.49) & EA's spectacular - Tiger Woods (same price) The free version of GL Golf is worth checking out but at $5.99 the full version is way overpriced. I got this on special for $1.19 and I think this game is alright for this price but not worth more. I'd give it 2-3 stars at $1.19. This is not the worst golf game on the iPhone, but in view of the strong competition this won't make the cut..Version: 0
