✓ Not bad but you won't win!Quite a good game to pass the time. However, don't expect to win this game as a lot of the words the game claims you have missed appear to be made up (I've checked a lot of them in the dictionary to make sure and they are not even words!) How is anyone supposed to know these pretend words with no meanings?? Also, when you shuffle the board your score goes back to zero. In saying all that, I do still play it..Version: 2.2

✓ Great way to pass the timeThe app is mostly perfect the way it is, but the vocabulary can make the game quite discouraging. Of course there should be vocabulary that encourages us to look it up to learn what it means, but a great deal of the 'words' honestly just seem like a mash of letters. I can gain quite a few points after exhausting all I can find on my own by basically randomly swiping in certain directions..Version: 2.2

✓ Annoying adsThe ads come up and blare sound even if you have the app sound turned off. Warning, do not play late at night while in bed! Update: now there is an ad that comes up for a full 30seconds disabling the game when you launch it. Update 2: if you pause a game, then return and restart the game with 15 seconds left, the clock starts, but an ad appears that you cannot dismiss, and at the end of the ad, it’s GAME OVER. Guess what, it’s game over for word shaker. My next step is deleting the app..Version: 3.1
✓ Very Unhappy with changeThe new version is a downgrade and disappointment. I use to play this game daily for the last few years but now that fun has ended. 1. The change of a light contrast of the white letters to the the blue background has given it a faded hard to distinguish look. 2. It appears that the game-board size is a little smaller. If it was not reduced, the additions of other marquise gives it that feeling of it being smaller. And 3. The constant pop up adds is annoying. The banners before then change should have been sufficient. NOTE: this is the free version so some advertisement is expected, just not this intense. I have purchase versions of word-shaker two years ago but i stilled only play this lite version due to the fact I loves that blue screen look which was not offered in the pay ones. I hope they take these review into consideration and hopefully revert back if enough people seems to share similar opinions. Until then, i will probably only play on occasions as opposed to the everyday playing i used to do..Version: 3.0
✓ Whhaaattt!I never write reviews but felt I had to with this! I love the concept, but none of the words to score on are even real! Meaning you could probably never really score more than 6% because you know TFG or something equally as ridiculous isn't a word! Boo!.Version: 0

✓ Last update is disappointingIf you’ve checked before updating this on you phone, lucky you. Do NOT update your app. It’s been 4 years since the last update and the only major change made to this one is an annoying new ad system. pop-ups in between every game, most with loud audio that don’t respect volume settings. Also a new brand new dictionary, which could be good, but just adds a whole new learning curve of near-random obscure words. I could pay to remove the ads, but I already bought HD, which I never use for it’s cartoonishness and lack of some very basic features. Probably going to move on to something else..Version: 3.0

✓ Poor updateI didn't realize the update of my fav. game included ridiculous amounts of ads and a huge number of words that are not common. High scores in the 2,000+ for 1 min. let me know I don't stand a chance. I paid 2.99 to lose the ads, but can't do anything about the ridiculously high scores.
