✓ Max User ErrorsI have this installed on my and only my phone. The old version worked perfectly. The new version only allows me to see UP TO 3 cameras at a time. The 4th (and often 3rd) say max user error or stopped. If I shuffle them around it changes which camera I can't see. So it mainly works, just with issues..Version: 5.1.1

✓ MeyeI have just spent ex £ on a CCTV system that says on the box, and I quote (remotely accessible via Internet and mobile phone, supports iPhone, software "Meyer" ) free from app store. Well guess what, it doesn't bloody work, this app is unbelievably useless. Shame on these, apple, sentient, jian. If your going to stick your products name on a box then make sure it all work together before you rip people off. I had my CCTV System installed by licensed people and set everything up on my phone on 19-072015. Then a couple of weeks later they said it needs an update to a newer version which had some bug fixes... To update means download a new app... Which I did everything eg. User name, password etc was transferred into the new app worked for a few weeks now it has been 2-3 weeks since it stopped working on new and old app. I wrote to them still nothing, the guys who installed it have no clue what's going on... I have the feeling it's a way of making you to purchase one of the 2 expensive apps they have available which I would do to be able to use the system but what if that doesn't fix it. Also those 2 pro apps they suggest seems to be from 2 different developers with numerous other apps that are the same just a letter or 2 different in name, but everything else seems the same. I've downloaded like 10 other free ones from them and same error I get saying I quote the error message with exact wording which is wrong spelling by the way: "Failed to connected! Pls enter your user name and password." Something fishy around here....Version: 5.3.3

✓ Disappointed.With the newest updates a few major things changed that took this from pretty great to eh. First, picture quality went down substantially - I thought at first it might be in my head, but I compared it to a family member's who hadn't updated it, and there was a definite difference. This is my major complaint. Additionally, the layout is significantly more awkward and switching between screens is laggy. Also, now ads appear at the top whereas they didn't before, which removes your title so if you use more than one like some people that could be annoying. Also it just looks ugly, where it has been fairly decent in the past. I would suggest this if they brought back the old version though..Version: 5.0.0

✓ Advert interferenceSince a recent upgrade adverts pop up when you first connect. Sometimes you have to wait 10 seconds before you can view your cameras - if you need to access your security feed you want it immediately not after 10 seconds. In summary, rubbish. Quite often cameras won’t connect or drop connection after a few seconds. Unstable and not very user friendly. Had to give one star because no stars is not an option..Version: 5.3.7

This last update totally ruined this app. It now takes longer to load and you manually have to add your cameras each time you want to view them --- a serious annoyance! Also, the ad banner is annoying. Wish this wasn't here. I'm disappointed in the new update of this app, it has the real potential to be great but with all the necessary click throughs it's more of a nuisance.
