✓ DisappointedReally slapped together interface. Full of bugs. Horrible, horrible voice narration. Not effective and not worth the money. I almost want to write a sleep app myself because it probably took this developer 15 minutes to write this one. One word Pzizz..Version: 4.0
✓ No sleepI've experienced hypnosis and this is a really poor app. It's simply too short and being told "you go to sleep" doesn't do for me. The setup is too short, if you are struggling to relax then it takes much longer to calm down enough for anything to be effective. I really wish it would work because I've been having real trouble sleeping lately. I've even put this on a loop and can listen thought the whole thing three times before switching it off as it ends up being annoying and counter productive..Version: 4.0
✓ No longer worksSince the latest iOS update, this program no longer works at all. It was really great in getting me to sleep. The program will now not even open. On my iPhone and iPad, I press the app button then the program makes the screen flash and then return to the home screen. Please update this program to work with the new iOS..Version: 4.0

✓ Way too distracting!I am a lifelong insomniac, always searching for a good sleep. I purchased this with high hopes, but I am extremely disappointed. His voice is annoying, and the surround sound effects are highly distracting. I would be on the verge of sleep, then the sound effects would cut in and I would be wide awake. ✓ Gawoff gawoff gawoff!!!I persuaded my mother to buy this app, in the hope that it would help me sleep. It didn't. However, it had the whole family in stitches, mainly because Glens tape bears an uncanny sound resemblance to the beginning of Spinal Tap's Stone'enge. I'm not trying to be nasty, but this app was rubbish, although utterly hilarious. It's funniness was still not enough to make it worth £2.99 sadly. ✓ Misleading......I'm annoyed... Having already bought glen harrolds 'deep sleep' cd I then saw this new app of his called 'instant sleep' which appeared to be an updated version. What with the different cover and title. But having paid twice it appears it's just the same recording re named and marketed. Very misleading.... And upsetting for some one exhausted settling down with hope that yet another hypnotherapy recording will work. :-(.Version: 1.0
✓ Didn't do it for meI found the recording contrived. I found his accent (although English) not quite eloquent enough for hypnotism. I found myself annoyed by the sound "effects" done to his voice, which I assume is the "latest technology" in hypnosis they're referring to. I could only get through about a 3rd of the recording before I had to turn it off. I don't recommend it -- but it may work for you..Version: 0

He starts by giving a very quick and not very relaxing breathing instruction, he has a very flat and not very soothing voice and it even feels creepy with the effects that he puts on the 20 minute "sleep hypnosis" so dont waste your money and instead either..1: count sheep, 2: go to walgreens and use those $5 to buy sleeping pills, or 3: look for another app that has better reviews and that its not so expensive..Version: 4.0
